Downgrade from lollipop b312 to kitkat b143

As the title, anyone know how? I tried the transitional b300 but failed. Tq in advanced

I just did mine couple of days ago. Rollback to b300 worked without any issues. Then trying to install b141 I couldn't get it working( 3 button method wasn't getting to installation screen, it was rebooting device after huawei logo). So I tried few times with SD card taken out, worked after 3rd time(you have to push the card in just when the huawei logo is going off).
Not sure why you cannot install transition pack, what phone have you got? Is your recovery stock? Phone rooted and unlocked?

why u all downgrading .. u love so much lolipop all sudden dont like it ?

because it's a performance step back, phone is almost non usable on lollipop.

if you have L09, from B300 you can flash B137Sp03, then you can flash any kitkat you want

I just want to go back to kitkat lollipop is boring , i stuck on 19% on rolling back of MT7-tl10

yeah, done it few days ago, big improvement over b308 and b312.

Anybody else here stuck on B300 transition? I can't seem to flash back to B137 or B145...keep getting stuck at 19% and menu says failed. I was at B327 5.1.1, flashed B300 and now I'm stuck.
Any ideas? Please help.

Have you tried flashing KitKat B119?

I'm MT7-L09...tried the lowest firmware 127 up to 148, no luck.

Can you try this?
Upgrade to firmware B308 by downloading from here for L09 -> http://www.carbontesla.com/2015/06/download-ascend-mate-7-b308-lollipop-ota-zip-emui-3-1/
Then follow this guide:

Ok, problem solved. Before being stuck, I was on 145, then >148...wanted 145 back, and flashed 300. Somehow was able to then upgrade to 324 and >327. Camera is really slow on 5.1.1 and somehow doesn't take full pics (leaves gallery with multiple "no image") files.
Flashed 300 again and became stuck for the past two weeks. Re-flashing and factory resetting failed as well. Read somewhere on the forum to not factory reset on 5.1.1, after the fact, and thought I'd been soft-bricked.
**Update: finally was able to unlock boot-loader; and via adb/fastboot, re-flashed 300>324>327.
Thinking of going back 145 if I can't find solution for LP root.
Thanks for all the input tho, helped in organizing my thoughts on what went wrong.

How did you flash using fastboot. Can you write the procedure please. Did you use a custom recovery or directly flash using fastboot?

You need to be on correct firmware version (KK or LP) to flash correctly.
-Extract correct firmware using Huawei Update Extractor (127-137SP03), and highlight boot, recovery img
-Power down device and do Volume - and Power with usb plugged (to enter rescue mode)
-Shift + right click inside adb/fastboot folder (to open command prompt)
-Type: adb devices (to make sure it recognizes, you should see your device number)
-Type: fastboot flash boot boot.img (wait a few seconds, success)
-Type: fastboot flash recovery recovery.img (wait few seconds again, success)
-Type: fastboot reboot (your device should reboot and flashed to the firmware you chose.

Sorry, make sure to put extracted boot/recovery img files into adb/fastboot folder, and then proceed with Shift + right click

First check if u can enter into recovery with the vol-up+power combo

additional info would also be nice as to what exactly u did...

Hi all, I have a problem with my mate8 ... after I installed TWRP next rom (NXT-L29C432B170) can not just write anything in fastboot. I fastboot unlocked but not take any order. I can not do root. I can not flash custom recovery. I can not flash another rom. I can not change themes. Help me please.

I'm going through the same problem .. and I've tried all possible methods I found on internet but nothing worked for me ..
now my phone situation is:
I can maximum go to fastboot or Huawei eRecovery mode ..
on Fastboot:
I tried to use italian knife to; unbrick, install recovery but nothing worked ..
on Huawei eRecovery:
I connect with my wifi but after few searches or loading it give the error ..
I tried Huawei PC software it says I can't use system recovery ...
First I was able to go to TWRP recovery and there I tried different custom and stock roms to flash but after flash it was giving 'System is booting now....' and stays here and when I tried to resolved it, I lost my TWRP recovery too ... now I've nothing except fastboot and Huawei eRecovery ... can anybody please help us all ..?

Try the followings:
1) download the update.zip from: http://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-8/general/huawei-mate-8-stock-firmware-official-t3391727
2) Extract UPDATE.APP
3) Create a folder dload on a SD card and put it in the phone
4) Push the power+volume up+volume down at the same time
If it works the phone will run the UPDATE.APP and you will be back with the stock rom.

In step 3 you need to put the UPDATE.APP in the dload folder.

Try to dload the update.app from the rollback package from this website:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-8/general/best-easiest-to-rollback-to-emui-4-0-t3507399
Try all three to see which one works for you. If the rollback update.app works then you can dload the update.app for the firmware you used before.

Restore stock B131

Hello,
I have B360 but got some problems :no keyboard, and can't access to developer option ( so i can't enable usb debugging and go on bootloader)
I also can't access TWRP (stuck at message' devices will booting....)

But when it start install, it failed at like 7%
What should i do ?

I update from B131 to B360, using this method https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=70396400&postcount=547 but my /data was encrypted so I format data
Now I don't have anymore access to twrp idk why. And I have no keyboard, and when I click on developer option to enabling usb debugging, It instantly close the menu.
So now I have no acces to twrp/bootloader and i'm on B360 with no keyboard/develloper option bugged :'(
I want to restore stock B131, and I tried this using dload method, but it fail at 7%

I think i know what you have done wrong, you didnt flashed the rollback package.
Here you have the rollback package for your device http://download-c.huawei.com/download/downloadCenter?downloadId=92134&version=363841&siteCode=it-h
Here you have the firmware, just to be sure it's the corect one http://download-c.huawei.com/download/downloadCenter?downloadId=92104&version=360397&siteCode=it-h
Now the proces is simple.
First, unzip the rollback package, copy the update.app to dload folder and do the force update (Press and hold Volume UP+Volume Down+Power Button)
Second do the same things but now with the update.app from the B131 firmware zip.
DONT PUT BOTH update.app at once. First the rollback update.app and then the B131 update.app.

I tried with your file Honor 8_Firmware_FRD-L09_Android 6.0_EMUI 4.1_C432B131_Western Europe, it still failled, not at 8% but at 14% :'(
I notice I got N°Build NRD90M test keys and I should have this FRD-LXXC900B300. (cf .pdf)

I had some strange things at BUILD when i flashed the rollback too, but there wasnt any problem. So when i flashed the B131 everything was fine. Try doing a factory reset on B300 and then flash again the B131. I dont know what to say more, but here is why you have this problems,because you tried to flash B131 over B360....

Yes I did some factory reset and wipe but still fail when I install B131 :/

There is always a solution, don't get panicked. Remember that once you unlocked your phone your warranty got voided. So I don't think Huawei's customer service will give you any advice with your problem.
Try following this:
Can you get into "bootloader"?
If yes, try to extract the needed image files from the B360 update that you used before and follow this guide provided by @eksasol https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=70620803&postcount=9
This video gives you an idea on how to use the Huawei Firmware Extractor Tool: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XAtoaL6i_i0
A good note of advice I'll give you my friend. If you get to fix your phone once more, don't tried anything else on it until you are more proficient on how to solve problems by searching and learning from other members' experiences. As far as I know you don't need the debugging option to access the bootloader and use the "fastboot" commands to push the image files.
Just turn off your phone connect it to your computer and use the "Volume down + power on" procedure to get into bootloader.
On the other hand, if for some reason the "OEM unlocking" option was disabled in your phone's /settings/developer options/ then that's gonna be a problem I think, but I'm not a 100%. This might not let you flash the image files through fastboot. Try it and let me know.

I don't think i can access too bootloader
the only way before i did it, it was from commmand " adb reboot bootloader""
and the power+volum do nothing, i only can go on recovery with + and power

Sorry, I think you misunderstood what I wrote. Let me clarify myself, to get to bootloader you turn off your phone first, then by pressing "volume down/power on" simultaneously until you feel the phone vibrating and see the blue screen. This should get you to the bootloader.

Remember to connect your phone first to your computer using the usb/type C cable before attempting to go to the bootloader. I you fail to do this the phone will just reboot normally.

Good. But I don't think flashing TWRP will work but give it a try. I know this from my own experience. What you really need is to flash the recovery.img from the B360 update.zip using fastboot command. That way you'll be able to use the dload method and flash the rollback update.app and after that the update.app from the B131 full zip. That should get you back to stock.

So I extracted and flashed via fastboot boot.img, system.img, recovery.img from B360( there are no cust.img in the archive)
After I wipe and reboot. Then install rollback update.app, then update.app B131 but it fail at 25%
But now menu working good and I oculd install a keyboard and do what i want. Maybe i will just stay like this. All is working and i'm on B360. It doesn't matter if I have no root

Help with Honor 8 AL10

I have an honor 8 AL10, Chinese version, today I changed the oeminfo to EVA-l09 it was a mistake, I had and I installed TWRP and tried to flash another rom but I cleaned all data including, system, data, completely everything. And now I have a great brick, I have not been able to repair, I have tried in many ways. I need help friends, I would appreciate it. The mobile does not update the firmware by eRecovery, nor by dload, I need help.

Try to enable fastboot by powering off your device. Plug the USB cable in the PC but not yet in your device. Hold volume down and plug in the USB cable. You should be in fastboot now

I need to flash the rom for frd al10, I downloaded thousands of operating systems and the phone does not boot. Done from dload, twrp and in eRecovery appears '' getting info package failed '' and I get nothing. In huawei multi tool I read the build info and appears EVAL09C432, which corresponds to Huawei P9. I downloaded roms for P9 and frd Al10 and the problem continues, the phone does not boot. I need to remove that and have my normal phone

I try to install by dload, it does not work.
I try to install with power, vol + and vol - and it does not work either
'Software install failed incompatible with current version'
I try to recover the system by eRecovery and it appears: 'Getting package info failed'

Blank screen bln-al30

Hello, i'm new here.
Please be patinet.
Basicly i bricked my honor 6x.
I wanted to debrand it, so unlocked bootloader, rooted, flashed twrp.
Backed up everything with twrp, even oem.
Using Huawei tool, did a backup of oem.
Then flashed BLN-L21 firmware, but phone bootloped. So dload method with update.app of firmware BLN-L21C10B131, and with this method the update was successful. Tried to turn it on and:
Smartphone won't turn on. Just blank screen, but i can access to fastboot.
fastboot devices
show my device
any other fastboot option says Operation failed.
Can anybody help me?

You tried dload method with correct firmware ??
I mean the exactly same build no wich you had before unlocking??

Try adb reboot bootloader if it works tell me also try going into recovery via button combo power+Volume up if any of this work u will be able to fix

Yes, i did.
Before flashing BLN-L21 firmware, i flashed BLN-AL30 firmware but it failed.
Did it a couple of time.
But with dc phoenix said that there were bln-l21 related firmware on, that's why i did dload method with BLN-L21 Firmware

So sorry bro im also new and this is all i know but you must have done somthing worng while debranding can you tell me how you exactly rebranded and what guide you followed

Have you flashed the OEM info of L21 model?
Try flashing the 2nd file i.e. data file. Dont worry just put the file in dlaod and flash it. I was in same situation, and it was just a black screen while booting for 15 minutes. Flashed the 2nd file i.e. data file and it came up fine.
Try and report.

It wont do with error unable to fetch firmware for you.

What was your earlier build number? If it was Nougat, you should flash only Nougat version and not B131 for L21 as it will be MM based.

I copied in dload path on sd card this: http://update.hicloud.com:8180/TDS/...N-AL30_all_cn/update_full_BLN-AL30_all_cn.zip
then tried with this:
http://update.hicloud.com:8180/TDS/data/files/p3/s15/G1723/g223/v86601/f1/full/update.zip
But i cannot use dload method, because it won't turn on.
The device is recognized in fastboot if connected to pc through usb, but it's just a black screen(no powered)

Use files in reverse order.
First use this file
http://update.hicloud.com:8180/TDS/data/files/p3/s15/G1723/g223/v86601/f1/full/update.zip
Then http://update.hicloud.com:8180/TDS/...N-AL30_all_cn/update_full_BLN-AL30_all_cn.zip
I hope you are doing it correctly with first unzipping the zip files and then putting the contents in dload folder and use dload method. It will work
