[Q] My rooted celkon a354c not showing phone/dialer icon & no sim setting plz help
Hi !!!
I have rooted my celkon a354c with KingoRoot and it was successfully rooted and worked properly. but BY mistake some pre installed 4.4.2 version apps files like Phone apk, message apk, dialer got deleted and now it is not showing phone dialer and sim setting and also not showing SIM tower on the bar.
the phone became useless as i can play games only but not connect to internet via sim card as it has nothing left such as calling facility and using internet. I can install all other apps like games and any other file but when trying to install even dialer from third party it does not work and says the facility not available.
And also In booting phone shows message like com.android phone has stopped and zyt.newstatistics has stopped.
please someone let me know what i do now???:crying:

Application is not installed on your phone

Hi everyone,
I recently decided to convert some system apps to user apps so that I can greenify them with the free version of greenify.
Most of them were successful except for the following apps:
1. Hangouts
2. Music
3. Internet
4. Play Movies
I used the titanium backup feature to convert them. I did it for a bunch of others and they were all successful.
For the apps above that failed, I no longer see a directory for these apps in both /system/priv-app or data/app. They seem to have vanished?
I still have the shortcuts for these apps in my app drawer / home screen but they are the green android icon and when I click on them I receive the following error: Application is not installed on your phone
Would anyone be able to help me with this issue? phone is SM-G920W8 with android 5.02 rooted with cf auto root and TWRP custom recovery using stock rom.
Thanks in advance.
EDIT: managed to install hangouts and play movies through the playstore as user apps and all is fine. Can anyone provide the stock music and internet apps for 5.0.2? thanks.

[Resolved] my rooted xolo q800 is totally blank.

hi, one day i just root my xolo q800 with kingo root successfully .after that i uninstall all mejor apps and even his main launcher too. left only gmail, setting, camera, calander, cantacts, phone, calculator and some apps. and now my xolo device is blank screen. i cannot access any app. there is no home screen and no apps drawer. only usb debug mode accessible. back to unroot my device but no any effect. i havent any recovery or backup of my old data. please any bodey help me.
Well, that probably means you deleted some important system applications you had no idea what they were... Worry not, I'd suggest installing nova launcher as launcher and getting a locker app for the lockscreen. Installing apps might be tricky but you might be able to install Nova Launcher by typing 'adb install (your apk name here).apk. Maybe you can try for a custom ROM but you should try fixing it ^^
Good luck!

please help me

I got lenovo A6000 android phone there is a App Running name "Device Service" it is of 1.63 MB i didn't install it on my phone what is it , what it does ?? please help me ?? i have Disable it ?
It might be StealthGenie which is malware technically I think. I do know it's not good though and it usually gets on your system while you're trying to download other apps on shady sites.
You should go to your device administrators in your security settings and remove any that you aren't familiar with. If you're not sure, just remove all of them except for "Android Device Manager" and then you should be able to uninstall that app.

Rooting Samsung Galaxy Express GT18730T - Android is v4.1.2

I have followed many suggestions, but have failed so far. ONE of many difficulties is that I can not get the phone to download iRoot APKs, so did it on my PC instead, and succeeded in copying them into the Phone's DOWNLOADS (quite visible on my PC) but the phone does NOT show them when I open Downloads - so I can not try to install them to see if they will root the phone. A solution to rooting would be welcome; as also how to make those APKs visible in the phone.
I downloaded and installed File Manager App and that revealed the files copied in. One problem solved. They would not install until I had changed Settings to allow APK's from unknown sources to be installed. Second problem solved. Rooting was solved by installing iRoot. Third problem solved. But even then I could not dispose of unwanted system Apps, till I downloaded and installed NoBloat Free; Fourth problem solved. Then Application Manager offered to uninstall updates, with the warning that the app would be replaced by the factory version, but went ahead and uninstalled the app anyway. Fifth Problem solved. HOWEVER, even though Application Manager now only shows a handful of apps, the screens are still cluttered with many icons I was hoping to be rid off. Can someone tell me how to remove the already uninstalled apps from the screens ?
