Hello XDA Members,
This is our first app to post it here.
We are a group of small developers of India. In India there are many Free SMS Sending Sites available online. Problem was that there were no app for mobile to send Free SMS using those sites.
So, we made 'Wayr'
An app in which you can send Free SMS to any number and any where in India with an user friendly GUI.
As the app is new so we do expect some bugs. So, if you face any bugs or problems, post it here.
If you have any suggestions or ideas for this app you also can post it here.

Yes, We know there are many apps on Play Store like this and we tried them but the GUI according to us was not that so good and also the functionality.
So, We made this app.

You mint website is down. Could you please add more gateways like full on sms, ultoo, way2sms. it would be really great. then Conversational style inbox if possible.

You mint does not. Work
I want to say that you mint does not send message in Bangalore so please help .it says went successfully but does not reach to the mobile. And I tried with the web To you mint . Com but that also didn't work so please change the portal. Like way2sms and make the ui As free sms India coz

thanks bro one thing when using contacts is not nice please use like the default contacts app
put some portal fast need it badly and add chats like functionality.

We are working on different UI for Contact List... (Stay updated on twitter.com/quappic)
Meanwhile if you like the default contacts app then select the contact you want send sms to... Chose Send Message (Icon beside the number) and you can select Wayr to send SMS through

How is the development going on. Any new updates. I have removed the app since the gateway is not working for Kochi, Kerala. If you could gateways like fullonsms, way2sms ultoo. Then it will be great. They are the fastest one sms delivers. Other gateways sometimes send msgs. But I wonder where its going to without receiving in mobile.
Sending sma does not work for me...i tried many time...

Now we are trying to implement the multiple account management by adding another gateway!
By doing this we can add more gateways quick and easily!

First of all, thank you for giving a mirror!
Unfortunately, the person I've texted didn't recieve any msg till now. This is probably a fault on YouMint's side, not the app. So, please include some other popular gateways (Way2sms, for example)
For the app itself, it's nice. I tried many apps from playstore (especially Free SMS India, now discontinued), but none of them worked. So hoping that this will work nicely.
The interface is pretty, unlike those apps I've tried before (A little girly though, but doesn't matter ); and it's simple, making it easy to use.
Some suggestions:
1. As mentioned before, please include some more gateways.
2. Implementation of emojis like other messengers would be nice.
3. A silly one, but why don't you remove the white background from the app icon? Only the "W" might be nicer.

App will on work with Ethernet connected PC too, however both android and PC should be on the same network.

Feature request: remember last opened folder. Very handy if watching series. Because right now every episode I have to navigate back to the series folder. In my case it's a pretty big hassle. Y:/AVIs/Complete Series/<series name>/S<season number>/episodes here.

I'd also "like" to point something out: The folder where all our video files are has a hashtag (#) in front of it so that is the first folder. Unfortunately, the app doesn't open it. If I remove the #, I can open the folder and play everything. Is this something you can/want to change?
EDIT: Changed the sign in front of the folder to a plus sign (+), it works now. Thank you for this awesome app!

The only "issue" I have on my tab is that the buttons are not that sharp (as you can see in the screenshot). Other than that, no issues so far

Hi,
I don't know how you are trying to access the saved folders I had tested it, it was working. Anyway to access them just tap the button which has folder ? icon on it (in browse screen's right bottom). It will open a dialog with all the saved folder.
I think I should highlight it or you have any suggestions?
If it's not working please let me know.

I just installed krypton a few days ago its prety nice, new menu layots its fairly easy to navigate.

Guys, let's talk about browsers...
Which browsers do you like most for battery management and functionality... Because i think chrome and Firefox are not very sensitive on battery life.
So please share your suggestions or favourite browsers...

I do use Google chrome provided in the EMUI.
The reason is, i was able to get the urls which i browsed earlier in my computer.
I don't think browser will use more battery one than another, the major power consumption from Screen when you do browsing...
chrome is the best!!!!

CM Browser is very good and fast !
Don't use Opera as it usually has major security flaws in it . Go with Chrome or Chromium by CM .

Just don't use any Chinese Browsers like UC Browser or Dolphin because they're build in such a way that they track your activity and sell them . They keep the track records inside Android -> Data -> Respective Directory @jirka607 @venom007

Yes. We can relate browser with your data consumption. Not with the Battery.

Chrome and firefox are safe and secure to use.

Because they have the Largest Underground Mafia in the world . Chinese App Developers are more interested in selling confidential data than satisfying the consumers

been using my p40 pro for a week now, have most of my apps tbf so cant complain but i dont have nationwide or bankofscotland app.. The website is laid out pretty much exactly like the app anyway so thats fine but is it safe enough to just shortcut it to my homepage? all help is appreciated.

Im doing exactly that, for the things I cant download, im doing shortcuts/hotlinks and most apps/sites are designed to be mobile browser friendly so for me its all good!
