Have a mate 9 US model and it does support t-mobile band 12 and VoLTE, I used t-Mobile's BYOD app to make sure.
You can get a mate 9 on Amazon at a good deal.

T-mobile VoLte/band 12 support

Will the Honor 8 have VoLte/ band 12 for T-mobile? I think there is lesser chance for wifi calling which is fine but band 12 is a must for T-mobile imo.

Band 12 on Model SM-G955F?

I cannot get a definitive answer on this. When I check some sites it shows that this international model SM-G955F has band 12 which is what I need for Volte on T Mobile:
https://www.frequencycheck.com/models/G9Yo5/samsung-sm-g955f-galaxy-s8-plus-td-lte-samsung-dream-2
http://www.phonemore.com/phone/samsung-galaxy-s8-plus-sm-g955f/3234
But on the Amazon site to order the device it does not list Band 12.......
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XYKR7GP
Here is another posting of it and this list no bands....
https://www.amazon.com/Samsung-Galaxy-64GB-Unlocked-Phone/dp/B06XZRMCS7/ref=pd_sbs_107_1?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B06Y15D6RP&pd_rd_r=S8FN2DDKWM54QN8JXJ6D&pd_rd_w=5nH47&pd_rd_wg=uVQ72&refRID=S8FN2DDKWM54QN8JXJ6D&th=1
SO, does anyone have this actual model and can actually check the LTE bands available on that model for me? I would greatly appreciate it before I spend that kind of money. I definitely want the Exynos unlocked for ROM, root, etc. If you are nopt sure how to check here is an app I found to check what 4G bands your phone supports...

I do not know if the app I posted will work, but try this method if fails:
If you go in to the service menu by dialling in *#*#7378423#*#* then go to service info then configuration. All the working bands are listed there
Band 12(700ac) is present on SM-G955F!

The SM-G955F? Has band 12. If you plan on using it on T-Mobile you need to make sure it also supports VOLTE on their network.
I'll be getting mine next week and will try to confirm if it has VOLTE on T-Mobile.

well they usually do if they have band 12. I will be happy when confirmed, either way I will be making the leap, getting rid of the t mobile branded and getting the G955F exynos to have some fun on, lol

According to the FCC listing it supports the following US bands 12, 17, 13, 26, 5, 66, 4, 25, 2, 41 so aside from band 30 it has all the bands needed to work great on AT&T and T-Mobile.
It also has carrier aggregation with US bands with the following combinations:
2+12
4+12
4+17
12+12
66+17
41+41
66+66
and 3 band carrier aggregation at the following bands:
4+12+12
66+12+66
41+41+41
Usually the FCC info is the most accurate!

Will like to know as well
I also looked the options.. this is what i understood..
amazon and other ebay list the International version of ASIA where Band 12 is not listed.. and no Region lock.. you can use any SIM on this..
EU version has Band 12 listed, but it has region lock enabled, so you need EU sim and get it activated by making call for 5 min. then you can put any SIM. but band 30 is not supported (ATT)
i enquired on Clove they listed Band 12 is supported.. whoever have the device can confirm on this.

Does Oneplus 7 Pro US unclocked have Band 71 and IMS services on T-Mobile?

This phone seems really perfect as a replacement for my aging LG V20 but before I get it I want to know whether the unlocked model from the website supports Band 71 and has VoLTE/IMS compatibility with T-Mobile US. I really don't want to get the carrier version because updates will be delayed, bootloader will be harder to unlock, etc. Thanks in advance!

I know it has Band 71 and i'm not 100% if you'll get VoLTE but you should since TMO fully supports the phone.
I have unlocked direct from OnePlus. I use it on TMOUS. It does have VoLTE and VoWiFi. I turned them both off (better connection/quality for me without them)

The phone will use all T Mobile bands aside from 5G and LTE-U. VoLTE is fine, and VoWifi can be configured from settings. Overall, I can't think of any reason to get the TMO model. Assuming you're paying upfront, there's no benefit to dealing with TMO unless you need RCS+VC.
Agree, I have the unlocked on T-Mobile and all requiredfeatures/Bands work.

USA att and tmo bands? will those be supported?

hi all,
will be another OP7 with modem that support all needed bands for USA att and tmo?
I know that PRO supports it, but I'm interesting in OP7 none PRO.
in a way I'd like to have 60hz display which isn't curved that OP7 has
however, without all needed bands it will be no go for me in USA
anyone know if there will be USA specific OP7? and when?
I just ordered a OnePlus 7 global from banggood. As far as I can tell it should support all the att bands fine. Does it not support the tmob? I'd be a little upset if that were the case but even the official OnePlus Twitter said the op7 will work on usa lte bands.

Sure. But as it is banggood shipping it's likely to be a few weeks.
I am using Oneplus 7(GM1900 china version) with T-Mobile. I am very happy with the phone. It supports almost all the bands except the newest ones (66 and 71). I am getting VoWifi and VoLTE on this phone. Wifi calling from T-mobile also works like a charm.
I think, it supports all ATT LTE bands. I tried H20 sim in it and I am getting LTE. I do not have a att sim to try it out. But H20 runs on ATT and I think ATT also will be working perfect.

Exactly the same experience.
Though I read elsewhere on this forum that 5g doesn't work on this device outside HK regardless of whether you are in a location with the right 5G bands.
I actually had an aTT 5g version but need dual sim. Got 5G everywhere (more like filling in dead zones gaps where I used to have no signal). It was great. If carriers enable esim like apple devices do on their networks I will switch back immediately, as the carrier models have 2 imeis
The other disadvantage is that these seem to get the slowest updates.

Yeah, The hongkong variant 5g Wont work in the us because Hongkong doesnt share the same 5g band The us do. But it does work in The uk and some parts of europe and ofcourse in hongkong. 4G is all i need personally but is the 4g fast for you?
Yes. But it could be that city centers are emptier because of covid

you need to downgrade to TGM version of the firmware using Odin and 5G will work again from the SIM2 slot only!
I thought they have a way to root US version now. Just cost 150 buck.
