Hi,
Condensed mode has been removed?
How is the battery life so far?
No need to turn on OEM Unlock in developer options to flash this?
Is Hebrew language available in this ROM?

Check Display settings for screen DPI. Now theres a slider instead of just the condensed mode

1. Condensed mode it seems to be removed.
2. Battery is super ok. It seems the same as on Android 6.
3. No need to turn OEM unlock. Just follow the tutorial (make sure that you have the drivers for your PC: just connect phone via usb before entering download mode. You will here a notification from Windows.)
4. I believe it is. I can't be sure. Just check this screenshot with all the available languages.

You talking about resolution options?
I just love it all small, fonts etc, its more comfortable.

I managed to register to the beta but had no pacience and flashed this, will i get the beta updates as if i updated through OTA?
Also, i wish that the auto-brightness checkbox will be added in the final build. Thanks

I believe you will receive OTA. This is an official ROM. Anyway, we will wait and see. If OTA will not be available, we can install in the future another firmware when it will be launched.

That list is for the system.
They changed the procedure for setting the language. Now it is a list & to set a language you have to drag to the 1st position the desired language.

It's beta only?

No matter what i tried, i kept getting "IMS Service has stopped" once my sim card was inserted. With out sim everything went smooth. Went back to MM 6 and all is fine again.
Tried flash with included CSC file as well as the CSC file from MM where everything works fine.

Lollipop has finally arrived for SM-N9005, here's how you can achieve awesomeness!

Since no-body has started a thread for Lollipop on our beloved SM-N9005's, I thought I'd start one for us
Here's what you need in order to achieve awesomeness:
Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (SM-N9005 ONLY!)
The firmware file located here: https://mega.co.nz/#!qk12UYYB!4fg39KkeatkTtcShS4rUljWpU1rGnMC9XL3C17z8Crk
Or here: http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/download/43185/N9005XXUGBOA5_N9005VFGGBOA2_VOD.zip/ (UK Vodafone) others can be found at http://www.sammobile.com
Odin - located here:http://www.mediafire.com/download/vwuqru9m1jp9wbw/Odin3_v3.09.zip/
The Samsung drivers installed, if not they can be found here:http://androidxda.com/download-samsung-usb-drivers
1. First you need to download the firmware package, once done, extract
2. Then you need to install the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 drivers (if you have not already done so, if you have, proceed to step 3)
3. Extract Odin.
4. Open Odin using right click, run as administrator.
5. Their is a .PIT located in the firmware folder you extracted in step 1. This is for the 32GB variant ONLY! Using this on the 16GB variant will most likely result in a brick! If you have the 16GB variant, skip to step 6. If you have the 32GB variant, flashing with the .PIT is optional. If you wish to use it, click pit in Odin and locate the extracted file from step 1, and select the .PIT.
6. Click Bootloader and select the file that starts with BL.
7. Click PDA AND select the file that starts with AP.
8. Click CSC and select the file that starts with CSC.
9. Click Modem and select the file you haven't yet selected.
10. Then you need to power off your device.
11. Once done, we need download mode, to enter this you need to hold Vol Down + Home + Power at the same time. Once done you will be prompted with a screen with a load of writing about custom roms etc, press Vol Up to continue.
If you're using the .PIT (remember 32GB variant ONLY!!) On the left hand side, make sure auto reboot is checked, repartition is checked, F. Reset Time is checked and Phone Bootloader Update is checked.
Once all these details are entered correctly and you're happy to proceed, press start.
Let it do its business, it usually takes around 8-9 mins to complete. Once done you're running pure awesomeness on your device.
Please Note: I can't stress enough that the .PIT file is for the 32GB variant ONLY!!!!! if you're running the 16GB variant, DO NOT USE THE .PIT FILE!!!!!!!!
Also, I take no responsibility for bricked or damaged devices, by participating in the above, you take all responsibility for yourself and for your device. You have been warned my friends. Happy flashing!

does the room working perfectly ?
will it trip knox ?
Works like a treat mate. It won't trip knox because it's official Samsung
The Batterylife is, in my opinion, quiet amazing.
Got nearly 4 hours of screen time, with highest brightness, nearly 2 hours phone callin, more then one hour of skype, more then one hour 9gag and wlan/mobile data permanantly on.
Did anybody try the towelroot method by flashing the ND3 Kernel and reflashing back this kernel ?
what about video camera and playback of vids??Mine was freezing on startup and then rebooting

did you do full update ?
as in with the boot loader?
My BL,CP,CSC and UMS options in Odin 3.09 are shaded out and can't be selected.
Can I just add the zipped package to AP and flash that with the PIT file?
Windows 10 preview, Note 3 N9005 3UK
Does this ROM have pt-br language? Works normally in Brazil?
Official ROM or Leaked?
I can't quite figure out one thing, this ROM is an official one or a leaked one? Cause I don't see anything in sammobile for N9005

How to Root, install TWRP, Xposed on Samsung A9 SM-A9000 2016

I have my Samsung Galaxy A9 SM-A9000 bought here in the Philippines.
you need to download the following; with their links provided
Odin3 v3.10.7 (im using)
Stock 5.1.1 latest A9000ZZH1APD3 HK TGY firmware using Samfirm
Stock 6.0.1 A9000ZZH1BPI3 HK TGY firmware using Samfirm
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-tab-s/general/tool-samfirm-samsung-firmware-t2988647
download TWRP
A9000-TWRP-PA7_kernel.rar
BETA-SuperSU-v2.74-2-20160519174328.zip
for Xposed framework
XposedInstaller_3.0_alpha4.apk

xposed-v86.1-sdk23-arm64-custom-build-by-wanam-20160904.zip for Marshmallow

up! I got the HK 6.0.1 Marshmallow update, same procedure. in regards of having error on Google Play Store, YOU MUST NOT update the PLAYSTORE if it showing in your notification, restart for at least 2-4 times, it will not show the notification that requires to upgrade it. just a FAIR WARNING, if you accidentally upgrade the Google Play Store, it will give you error. the remedy, try again re-flash with the latest firmware, then this time avoid updating the erring app.
good luck!
Thanks for your advice! Questions:
1. already have version Odin3_v3.12.3. I can use this version, or should I use Odin3 v3.10.7?
2. The SD card need to be removed from the phone, (In the process of firmware update) or its better to format?

I was having the same problem like you.But last month i found the cure. Not the bootloader is the problem. The modem.I updated to last bootloader and modem and when i try gps i saw a lot of sattelits but no lock. Also i remember last year i have an older bootloader and an older modem ( PI1 ).I tryied 3 different new modems and bootloader but the same. Then i remain with new bootloader and try that modem. And all was good.A lot of sattelits and lock in seconds. So modem is the big problem. ?

[HOW TO] [GUIDE] - How to completely disable Reactivation Lock on SM-G900V

This is a guide how to completely disable Reactivation Lock on SM-G900V in simple steps.
Schematically, we will install Android 4.4.2, bypass Samsung Account login, register a new one and then turn Reactivation Lock OFF.
The phone will be clear after this and ready for any suitable firmware.
1. Download this file: kltevzw_NCG_eLLiKat1_0.zip. It's simply a stock-based 4.4.2 ROM for SafeStrap Recovery.
2. Open kltevzw_NCG_eLLiKat1_0.zip with Windows File Explorer (just click it) and remove this file from it: system\app\SamsungSetupWizard.apk (just navigate to this file, highlite it and hit Del button).
Close Windows File Explorer, the file's size should decrease by about 2 MB.
3. Charge the battery to 50% or above.
4. Download Combination ROM COMBINATION_VZW_FA44_G900VVRU2APA1_VZW2APA1_2572656_REV00_user_mid_noship_MULTI_CERT.tar
5. Download zip-file with apks, attached to this post.
6. Run Odin (suppose, you have it and are familiar with flashing), point it to COMBINATION_VZW_FA44_G900VVRU2APA1_VZW2APA1_2572656_REV00_user_mid_noship_MULTI_CERT.tar.md5 in AP slot, boot the phone to Download mode, connect it with a cable, press Start and wait till the flashing process ends. Press Exit, wait till the phone completes boot.
7. Disconnect the cable from the phone and connect again.
8. Extract apks.zip to the Desktop.
9. Copy everything from apks folder on your Desktop to the phone's memory root.
10. Copy your new modyfied kltevzw_NCG_eLLiKat1_0.zip file to the phone's memory root.
11. Disconnect the cable.
12. Press Menu (dotted button) - My Files - All - RootS5.
13. Apex_Launcher.apk - Settings - Unknown Sourches - Ok - Back - Apex_Launcher.apk - Next - Install - Done.
14. BusyBox.apk - Install - Done.
15. Safestrap_KK.apk - Install - Done.
16. tr_v2.apk - Install - Open - make it rain (you should see "You should have root, no reboot required" message) - Back.
17. Superuser.apk - Install - Open - Continue - Normal - Reboot.
18. After reboot in a pop-up window - Apex Launcher - Always - Ok.
19. Menu (dotted button) - BusyBox Free - Grant - close balloon - Install - close balloon - Back.
20. Safestrap - Grant - Agree - Install Recovery - Reboot to recovery.
21. Swipe to Allow modifications - Wipe - Advanced Wipe - Dalvik/Data/Cache - Swipe to Wipe.
22. Back - Back - Back - Install, install kltevzw_NCG_eLLiKat1_0.zip.
23. Reboot System - Do not install.
24. After reboot (8 mins or so) you should see the phone's home screen.
25. Set up a wireless connection or use your SIM-card and internet connection from your provider.
26. Navigate to Settings - Security, find Reactivation Lock and untick it. The phone will ask you for your existing credentials or to register a new Samsung account. Just do it (the second, I guess ).
27. Login to your new account and you will be able to untick Reactivation Lock.
28. When it unticked, the phone is clear and ready to accept any suitable firmware.
Will be glad to hear about your success
Hi I just bought a galaxy s5 used and found out about reactivation lock afterward, is this method working with a s5 with locked bootloader? with any firmware (mine is in MM QC2)
Thank you for the guide anyway I was about to give out
Current firmware version and bootloader status do not matter in this case.
Just move through the guide and never give up
Thank you very much, I followed the guide and I(ve been able to install AEX without problems ! I owe you one

Yes, of course.
This is a complete solution, not a workaround/bypass/etc.

my phone is rooted already , i just basically use my root for being able to load custom apk , so i can still do this from doing this above and then take a ota update to 6.0.1 and still be able to load custom apk's?

Is your bootloader unlocked? If you have an unlocked bootloader you can upgrade all the way to pie by flashing a custom ROM. There are lots of tutorials around. The catch is not all g900v's can be unlocked. You need to find out if your phone is able to be bootloader unlocked by checking you cid. First two numbers of cid= 15 and you can have root on custom ROM till android pie (9.0). First two numbers of cid= || no root for you on (6.0) Lollipop and you can only uprated to 6.1
This explains it all, with details and instructions. Good luck!

This thread is about completely another thing.
As for you qutestion, generally, you cannot "keep" sm-g900v rooted while upgrading from 5.0 to 6.0.
You will have to root it again on 6.0.
The rest is said by swiftbones74 in his post above.

yes i started with this my cid is 11 , so i just ill follow these steps , im just trying to figure out what i can do with this phone ? can i still load my own apk's with a non-rooted marshmallow?
I was rooting my 900v and did not untick reactivation lock. I went back to stock 6.0.1 but the option to untick reactivation lock was grayed out. Thanks to these crystal clear and simple instructions I had it unticked permanently in around a hour . Thanks a bunch!
Will it work on my G900P? I've tried to get rid of that since I got it but there is not much support for this problem in the sprint variant.
EDIT: IT WORKED!!! The only thing I did different was I flashed the combination rom of my device instead of the one on this post. Also I had to wipe data after kltevzw_NCG_eLLiKat1_0.zip flash because it was crashing a lot and turned the screen black after 30 second. So after I wiped data the process was the same as the post. Thank you so much!!!! I'm running lastest Pie rom now.
I didn't expect to kltevzw_NCG_eLLiKat1_0.zip to work because mine is the Sprint variant but after a data wipe I got no errors, so it may work on similar variants with this problem. Now I'm going to start a thread on the Sprint variant linking to this one.

Well done.
It worked because the "P" variant bootloader is unlocked, so it was able to boot an alien kernel (from the "V" variant).
If it was locked, you would have to replace the boot.img file inside the kltevzw_NCG_eLLiKat1_0.zip with a native "P" 4.4.2 kernel.
It's important, say, for the "A" variant.
Besides, the alien kernel demanded cache cleaning, that's why you had to wipe data.
And it was the right decision to use a native Combination ROM file.
The rest of the files should work on any SGS5 (Qualcomm-based, at least).
It worked .
Thanks !
