You should have done a little more reading. You needed to have twrp installed BEFORE you flashed MM.
Your options now are to downgrade to regain fastboot and flash twrp then flash one of the MM rom's in android development.
If on a 6045i you will have to use panasonic eluga switch's firmware flasher to get you back to 5.02 because marshmallow is already in mobile q.
If NOT on a 6045i you can still use mobile q from the alcatel page to get back to 5.0.2.
A search of the forum will find links to both as will a google search.

So just to clarify, I have a 6045I factory global unlocked from Amazon, It has never been rooted, bootloader unlocked, nothing. So would I place on SD and apply update through stock recovery, or is there a different method? Really just want root for adaway and xposed. TWRP would be nice, but not necessary. Just don't want a new paperweight. Thanks!
Can i install twrp to flash thid or stock is fine?
You can try windroid toolkit v3.1.
First u have to unlock bootloader then to flash recovery and supersu .
For me it is not recognising my phone hope u will get success.
If try then pls share ur experience.

For me it got downloaded but showing device either offline or unauthorized
I'd run a full virus /malware scan.... I use 360 Security on mobile devices and PC's. It, along with SUPERAntiSpyware has served me well.

Just install the TWRP 3.0 in android development (it has instructions in the thread) and then you can flash the supersu mentioned.

Well the obvious choices are:
1) Use mobile Q to restore to 5.0.2...unlock bootloader, install twrp....upgrade to marshmallow using the modified update.zip that doesn't wipe recovery and finally root using the file mentioned.
or
2) Live with it as it is until someone figures out how to restore fastboot which will probably still require downgrading.

That's the problem. This phone is totally stock with nothing done but the update. I literally charged it, turned it on and 20 minutes later 6.0.1 was nagging for install, which I did. There is now the OEM unlock switch in developing options, but I don't know where to start, or flash.

You must go back to 5.0 to install and then update it because in 6.0.1 update Removes Fastboot commands so you can't install it twrp....
I have a problem with rooting 6039Y on rom 6.0.1 by persona78. Stock rom 5.0.2 and root working fine. When i flash via TWRP after the update to MM i get this message:
-Cheking patch status
---Already patched, attempting to find stock backup
---Stock restore failed, attempting ramdisk restore
---Ramdisk restore failed, aborting
This solution - echo SYSTEMLESS=true >> /data/.supersu - not working.
Phone was simlock removed via furiousgold, maybe this is a problem?

Hi Guys,
My 6045K dual sim are on MM 6.0.1 official rom. I noticed I lost trwp and so on.
How can I downgrade do LL and install a custom MM zip file for 6045K ? There is another way to install custom roms on MM without twrp?
Thanks in advance.

The sim card issue is wierd, the only way I fixed it was to load Eluga firmware, then with sim in the phone, I had to flash the fsg, modem, modemst1, modemst2 partitions, reboot then manually search for mobile network after sim detected, and also manually turning on mobile data. Then install twrp and ROM of your choice. Just make sure Eluga sees LTE prior to flashing any MM rom to insure your not going to have issues...

Hi.
Your bootloader has been already unlocked? Twrp installed?
If you didn't do that, do it before flashing 6.0.1, when you are in lollipop yet. Or on 6.0.1, install twrp by Alcatel flasher
When 6.0.1 installed and twrp, flash SU. Thats all

So... you went to 6.0.1 immediately. Now it need more work to flash a new firmware.
In 6.0.1 you loose fastboot commands, with no fastboot you can´t unlock bootloader.
Solution, you need to force root, i don´t now, maybe kingroot or something like that.
Then install Rashr from Google Play, find TWRP for your phone model, with Rashr, root and TWRP image you can install TWRP!
Whit TWRP, i think you can already flash a ROM, but is better to unlock the bootloader...
To get back fastboot commads you need the ABOOT image from 5.0.2 and a flash zip to flash it with TWRP.
After get back the fastboot commands you can unlock the bootloader and get a "free" phone to flash for sure.
Check this example for a ABOOT zip, you can use it by replacing the ABOOT.img from inside and the splash image for 6045 phone model ( i don´t know, maybe ABOOT is the same!!! )
https://forum.xda-developers.com/idol-3/general/6039y-how-to-recover-fastboot-commads-t3555489
With Alcatel flasher no need unlock bootloader and you can install twrp.

Alcatel flasher? the Eluga program? or?
I'm talking about Alcatel flasher by DeckerSU
After installing TWRP & SuperSU, can any of the custom roms made for the other 6045 variants be flashed to and work correctly on the 6045O?
Just wondering because I just bought one.
Thanks in advance.
Hi,
Kindly consider the following case:
My idol 3 Stock rom is for some reason causing my phone to bootloop forever and i plan to test a custom rom to see if there would be any progress.
My idol 3 variant is 6045K which does not have SD card
Thus, im not able to put custom roms to flash and i'm stuck with the mobile upgrade from alcatel which is retarded or sugar QCT software which is useful to re-flash stock roms only which does not solve the issue.
Any recommendations how to workaround the bootloop and put a zip custom rom on my phone storage ?
P.S: I only have access to stock recovery and download mode.
No internal storage access nor SD card available
You can always use the Eluga tool and try to downgrade using an old version of Mobile Upgrade Q, Or if you still are on LP, Unlock your bootloader, Flash TWRP and install the ROM of your choice.

* fastboot commands seem not to be working, how may i unlock bootloader ?

My apologies, Let me rephrase.
- You can use Eluga Switch to head back to LP and use an older version of Mobile Upgrade. Eluga you can use without having to use Mobile Q, But warning, LTE is a no go on those ROMs and you will (Allegedly) permanently lose LTE unless someone here with the same Variant can help.
- Since you don't have any fastboot commands this is my last option, Use the Alcatel Flasher to flash TWRP and use one of the stock ROMs here that has all the partitions for you to get your phone back to normal.

I believe the solution is coming close..
I need to know how to use alcatel flasher to flash custom rom or TWRP as all i can get from eluga or sugar qct or even mobile upgrade Q is only the stock rom which can not fix my bootloop issue
Pls note that i don't have SD card or access to enable USB debugging
Kindly advise

Thank you so much.
I went with the russian guide as far as i could and reached the "read" step
But i'm not sure how to make use of it with "boot" or "recovery" partitions to fix my bootloop issue
I wandered around the flasher to see if there is any import feature to add a custom rom in order to flash but failed.
Would you kindly brief me how to proceed after reaching the "read" step?
