[Completed] Rca 7 Voyager 11 7" tablet is toast!! - XDA Assist

Hi,I have the oh so freakishly dreaded rca voyager 11 7" tablet from Walmart.
8gig,lollipop 5.0 ,with 4 core processors, model RCT6773W22 B.
I was trying to root my new tablet using kingoroot. All was going fine or so I thought.at first reboot my tablet was OK but then it got stuck where it was.
So,after a few minutes it kinda flickered a bit, rebooted again but didn't come back on. ...oh here we go I thought!!! I pushed the power button and a screen just flashed and flickered but would not boot.it is stuck at the picture of a battery with an orangish colored lightning bolt (like when battery dies and you plug the charger in.) That logo only stays up for a minute or two the screen goes dark as if it's caught in a boot loop from hell.I have read countless articles, been to umpteen million sites, watched view. Just a big zilcho!!! I'm out of ideas spent gobs taking it to repair shops,3 new usb chargers,3new USB cords..and countless useless tips from friends....you guessed it....zilcho!!! Again!
Any help I can get is truely welcomed and appreciated!!
Thanks in advance!
Robbie_A and his flashing, non responsive tablet.
P.s. Am unable to hard reset tablet or access recovery options or recovery section of tablet. Also must mention I was using windows 7 pro on my laptop to do the root.

[Q] Not sure where to post this, Help with off brand tablet

Hello all!
I'm having a few problems with my android tablet. 1st, a few months ago the tablet would not turn on after leaving it dead for about a week. I tried to charge it but it wouldn't work, so I left it alone for a few months. Today I decided to try to turn on my tablet and it came back to life! BUT when I turned it on, the tablet showed a white screen with lines going through it after the boot up process ended. I restarted the tablet and it went away. Unfortunately it keeps on doing weird things with the screen but only seems to do that when I'm browsing through the play store/downloading apps. I've restored my tablet as new and it's still giving me these problems. Also, now it won't recognize on my PC. It was recognizing a few minutes ago but now the tablet turns white when I plug it up to the computer. I've tried to look on google for help but I can't find any, also I've posted this on AndroidCentral but they've been no help to me at all... If anyone could at least lead me to the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks. BTW tablet is : Ployer MOMO9-3 running 4.0.4 I think. If it needs to be updated, can you please advise on that too.
Also want to note that it'll work for about 45min before it freezes, screen turns different color or gets static like and I'll have to reboot.

[Completed] Help with Hannspree 1281 unresponsive

If it ain't broke...see if it'll go faster. That's what I tried, BUT ended up
If it ain't broke...fix it 'til it is!
Android 4.2.2
It's rooted with Vroot, has SuperSU and Titanium Backup Pro, shows rooted.
Had ADB working, tablet taking commands.
I first tried to put in CWM recovery for the HSG1279, supposed to be the same tablet, just bigger screen. I don't even know now whether THAT'S true or not.
Started in recovery mode, but was just stock, so I tried arctools to put in a generic Rockchip CWM 6.0.3.1. That's when things started going sideways. The install hung (imagine that!). The arctools had a forced restart of some kind, so I used that. When I got back to my home screen (whew!), I used Titanium backup to see what recovery mode looked like. The tablet went dark, and would not power on. I did the paper clip trick, which got it started, but did NOT wipe anything out, so not a hard reset. Any time after that when I tried to restart in recovery mode, the hard shutdown with the clip was required. Yesterday afternoon, I went off to work for about 3 hours, leaving the tablet on, but in standby. When I came back, the tablet was dark and no amount of paper clipping would help. It would not recognize a charge. Not being one to duck a fight, I opened the case and unsoldered the black (-) wire at the PC board. The battery measured some voltage, but I didn't notice how much, about 1/4 on the 25v. scale. I soldered it back on, put it back together without any further incident. It sill does just what it was doing...nothing. I have noticed that when it's plugged into my PC's USB port, and I reset with the clip, Unknown Device shows up in my PC's Devices And Printers list. When I unplug the cable, I get the stock Windows "be-boop" USB removal sound. When I plug it back in, I get a short "boo-boo-boop" sound. That's where it is now. Anyone have any ideas on getting it going again? For me, no more trying files that aren't made specifically for this oddball tablet. This has been a fairly expensive lesson in that.
Thanks for any help.
~Bob~
Hi,
Honestly, I think you've made a mess for yourself. Lol
And flashing things made for anything but your specific device is a bad idea. Almost always it will lead to big trouble.
And the hardware tinkering is high risk too.
Anyway, we are entitled to do what we please with our devices, so not judging. Just advice.
There is nothing useful on XDA for your device that I can find, so you would need to ask for help... But you may have passed that point already....

Any use posting this to the General Discussion?

[Completed] OnePlus One non responsive, wont boot or charge (black screen), help please

Hi some help would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance.
Sorry for the long paragraph but I wanted to give you as much information as possible about my problem.
So I got my OPO last Friday, no issues so far until this morning when I had charged it from the night before, the phone worked as normal, after using it for about 20 minutes I was on the lock screen with about 90% battery. Suddenly the screen goes really funny, glitches up and freezes. Its hard to explain but anyway my immediate response was to restart it because this stuff happens all the time right? HAHA. Anyway the phone, once shut-down, was rendered unresponsive.
My first response was to put it back on charge using the official charger, no responce so I left it for half an hour. I unplugged it and pressed the power on button and success it boots, to a black screen again unresponsive!
I then charged it for a further 10 minutes and tried recovery mode it worked so I thought I would press reboot, it reboots to a black screen. Now after a good few hours of charge it is unresponsive completely no recovery mode or fast boot. Right back where I started.
So this is my problem: The phone doesn't vibrate, no charge light, no on screen response. Or any signs of life for that matter. I am really good with technology but new to android. I haven't tried rooting or anything and I was using stock cyanogenmod 12.
Here's what I've already tried:
-Charging it pretty much all day
-Recovery mode
-Fast boot mode
-All this with it plugged into the pc and plug charger
-Boot cycle
-No signs of the phone in device manager on my PC either.
If anyone could help or point me in the right direction that would be great thanks.

Onda v919 Air 32GB wont boot past Onda logo

Hello,
I am a newbie on here. I have searched for an answer to my problem and I'm not really sure if I can fix the issue by flashing a new ROM or have the know how to be honest.
It is dual boot with windows 10 and android 4.4
After a week or so of use i was in android and it went blank, i assumed the battery went flat. On charging it gave me the option of booting to windows or android. I chose Windows and since then it wont boot past the onda logo. I have tried factory reset by holding down on button and volume down but it doesn't work. Nothing comes up bar onda logo on loop.
After contacting Deals Machine they have finally given me the option of sending back the tablet, with carriage at own expense and they will refund money or send replacement. Second option is keep tablet and get refunded 20% of money. Third option is keep tablet and pay half for another!
Oh i should say i have ordered an OTG usb cable to see if i can plug in a usb keyboard to press f8 for recovery options, as i assume its trying to boot to windows but i don't know if its getting far enough for this option.
I'm thinking i should cut my losses and send it back and get refund if carriage is a decent price.
I'm pretty gutted as this was for my sons birthday and it got such good reviews etc. And i flipping stayed up the whole night before his birthday changing it from Chinese to English. This was character building! no pun intended.
I'm very sorry if this has been covered elsewhere (i really have looked).
Any help and advice would be greatly received
Kind Regards
Brian

[Completed] Need Help for LG G Pro 2

I have a Lg G Pro 2. Few days back it got bricked by its own( a crazy fact). That time it was showing QHSUSB_BULK. I figured it out as 9006. Took the phone to a local service shop. Today I got it back and found that nothing had happened to the phone, expect worse. Now it is not detected by PC, only green light blinks for some time if tried to power on. And then everything is black and cold as death.
I think it have been flashed with wrong ROM. Anybody here can guide me with the test points of Lg G Pro 2 (D838 F350) ? So that I can force it to QHSUSB_BULK ? Or any step by step advice to get it up ?
I am in real need of assistance, and thanks in advance for any sort of help. Best Regards.
I would like to mention that the phone indicator blinks for sometime if I try to power it on, as it does on boot, but nothing else is there. No recognition by PC, no presence in Device Manager. Blinks for sometime, stops, again starts blinking... and this goes on at regular short intervals. The area around the camera gets warm after sometime. Everything loops till I pull off battery.
Now, am I missing something ? Is the problem not as deadly as I am thinking ? Is it soft bricked ?
