[Completed] com.system.patch virus

I have a sumsung ace 3 gts7272 that has been infected with a virus called com.system.patch. here's what it does:
1- the first thing I noticed was that a white page pops up for like a second and it says com.system.patch
2- the second thing is very hard to not notice. a white noise page pops up every 10-30 seconds and the phone restarts and ANY CHANGES YOU DO BEFORE THE RESTART WILL BE GONE. YOU CAN'T CHANGE ANYTHING.
3- in settings>security>administrators you can see com.system.patch as administrator and android is not ticked, you can tick it but once the device restarts all is back to the way it was.
4- you cannot remove com.system.patch from app manager.
5- you cannot deactivate its authority as administrator.
6-you cannot factory reset it is deactivated. secret code does not work and using keys after it says factory reset done and it restarts everything is back to the way it was.
7- I removed the sd card and the background photos are still there.
8- I can connect it to the pc as storage device but nothing more than that.
9- I tried odin3.9 and it does the whole download process but after reset it goes back to the way it was and I can never get the PASS message.
10- I tried professionals who work for sumsung but after trying everything they just said you should change parts that would cost 3/4 of the phone's price which is not worth it.
I still don't wanna give up. Please help me get rid of this annoying virus.

Hello and thank you for using XDA Assist.
We cannot provide technical support nor can other members reply to your posts here on XDA Assist . That said, contrary to misinformation spread on some web sites, "com.system.patch" is emphatically NOT a virus. It's merely an annoyingly stubborn adware application. It can usually be removed from a root-enabled file manager or a custom recovery with file management options (TWRP), with or without first disabling it as administrator. If does not have the ability to permanently cripple your device, but improper use of Odin or other tools may have compounded your problem.
There is no obvious place on XDA to discuss such issues, but I suggest you ask in the friendly general Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum at http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help. That's a good place to start where members familiar with that application might be able to advise you.
Good luck!

How can I stop my Note Pro (SM-P900) from freezing and random rebooting?

I purchased a refurbished (wifi only) model. The problem occurred from day .
The system will freeze after about 5 minutes and sometimes simply reboots, even when it's not being used.
I have done a factory reset and booted to safe mode but problem persists.
I think it is a hardware issue, but what should I look for or tell a repair tech?
I have the exact same problem. Anyone have any further information?
Sent from my HUAWEI P8max using Tapatalk
Same problem here. Would be nice to get a solution.

Read the threat " Flickering Screen" but only a last few pages as previous pages have no helpful information with many guessing solutions.
@Beut, could you please give a link to the thread "Flickering Screen"?
In various other threads people are refered to that thread, but neither by googling nor by searching the forum I could find it.
Thanks in advance!

Boy, this thread got sidetracked quickly. Mostly because you asked a REALLY IMPORTANT question. Once it got sidetracked, no one came back to address your original concern.
So here is what I know.
1. If your system becomes unresponsive - meaning any icon you tap on nothing happens, even when pressing the big button in the bottom center - tap the power button. It shuts the sceen off. Then hit the oval button, unlock the screen. It should work.
2. The random reboots probably means something has been changed or knox has been tripped. Possibly the device may have been rooted/unrooted once. It probably is a google thing. I personally HATE google+. Try to clear the davlik cache. It is located in /data/dalvik-cache - in the root area, if using Total Commander. You have to have root. Delete everything in this directory then do an immediate restart. On restart, android will rebuild each caching file for each current app, it may take a minute or two, but there will be a progress message all along.
Try those things
Do any of you guys have the Verizon or the SIM card LTE version?
If that is a YES, believe that I can help you.
(Regarding OP's WiFi model, I think that one needs to be replaced or returned)

[Completed] Sony xperia m2, some kind of fake apps installing themselves over and over again.

I'm desperate, till two days ago I had a perfect phone just for my needs, nothing more. Then, all fo the sudden, some apps like Apus Launcher, Lock Protection, Mico (some kind of dating app) and other useless apps that don't even work keep installing. At first I thought I had a virus, so I factory reseted. They came back, so I tried reseting, and disabling auto recovery of data, changed google play account and etc... Now, here is the biggest problem. They are coming back, although at less speed. But the real problem is, MY PHONE WILL JUST TURN ITSELF ON ALL OF THE SUDDEN, GO TO THE GOOGLE PLAY PAGE OF THE APPS, AND START DOWNLOADING THEM. While they are being downloaded, my phone will block, showing "Loading launcher" untill they download and he will come back to normal again. Please, I am desperate, if anybody has any idea how to disable this.

[Completed] samsung galaxy core prime boot issue

hello fellow community. i apoligze for posting this in this wrong place but i just got here and the spam protect wont let me.
so um i have a samsung galaxy core prime that is stuck on the samsung bootscreen. i was getting rid of files because my phone ran out of space to open gallery. i tried uploading the files to drive but after i did a ton of stuff started crashing. like the google play services and android.processes.media. so i turned it off and turned it back on. the startup was normal till i got to the samsung logo screen where the logo glows and blue and white dots come out of it. it wouldnt stop looping that one animation so i took out the battery. its been doing the same thing everytime i start up. ive already tried recovery and clear cashe partition and as far as i read, the next best thing would be hard reset. but i have important things on my phone that google cant back up. is there anyway what so ever i can fix the boot problem and return to normal usage. and if not is there anyway to retrieve data off of a phone i cant get into like memos, some pictures, and text records.
please someone help me, but please just dont delete this thread for it being in the wrong place. any help would be grealy appreciated. thank you.

[Completed] [HELP] Lenovo A606 Launcherless

I have a Lenovo A606 phone with me that was preloaded with Android KitKat. I'm still new to the technical part of Android, so I decided to explore my phone by rooting it with Kingroot, which allowed me to access the system drive to remove bloatware and etc. The phone also came with a crappy launcher, so I decided to replace the launcher with Google Now Launcher and then remove the original launcher so that the RAM and processor is not choked on any background processes. This, with an intention to give my phone the stock look.
A couple of months back I decided to factory reset my phone and guess what. After that, my phone became launcherless, if that's even a word. Now, the phone just boots into a white screen that says initializing, please don't turn off device. This can take forever as I'm pretty sure what the software is trying to do, which is load the default launcher which is now missing.
Some of the solutions I've looked around the web is installing a custom rom to the phone. But the phone now pretty much is useless as it does not allow me to do anything. Not even getting to the settings page because the notification bar does not have a direct button to settings but has options to toggle wifi, bluetooth and so on. It allows me to drag and drop files via the PC but that doesn't do much. I've tried some adb techniques, all of which failed because of one error which is "error: closed". Anyways, I'm not that savvy with that.
With all due respect, if there's anyone out there who can help me get through this problem by all means, not even running its stock rom or maybe run another similar rom. Oh, and btw, it's running android stock recovery. Your help is much appreciated and your help explained detailed and listed step by step would be even more great! Thanks!
