Unless you can kick it out of that mode (doubtful) then yes you indeed have a brick.

hello there,
after i succesfully updated my phone to
RUU_VILLEC2_U_ICS_40_S_HTC_Europe_2.15.401.100_Radio_16.21.20.02U_16.09.20.11_M2_release_286571_signed
my phone doesnt power on anymore but when i connect for charging it indicates the Orange LED (not blinking). Do you have any ideas how could i bring my phone to power on?
HELP!!!
Help me please!!!!
If your screen won't come on you are actually bricked. If you are under warranty and screen won't turn on there is a good chance you won't be charged anything

have you tried to boot into recovery or Hboot?

i dont know but in the RUUC2.exe was written "... was updated SUCCESFULY" ... im gonna send it tomorrow to repair service
Bricked...when your screen won't turn on. If it won't turn on how will they know it's been modified.
I've sent bricked modded phones under warranty and had replaced.
So as I stated earlier if you are under warranty call your carrier and say your phone stopped turning on and they should replace it.
Or you can go spend for sure over 130 for no reason

Not if you were on 2.20 before getting to QHUSB_DLOAD. If that's the case, get ready to pay $65 for jtag.

Ya it seems you have had problems since day one with even the simplest tasks. If you are determined its really easy to learn you just have to read up and follow instructions...but hey to each his own...

Why would you update when we have jellybean already?!
To get at&ts bloat?
Why not wait for a custom ROM based off of it?
That phone didn't know what was coming... Poor phone

Lol you made thread couple hrs ago asking how to install this and didn't listen and then make this one cause of brick ...srry man its just kinda ridiculous as this is your 3rd thread in less than 6hrs dealing with your ota screwup

You don't.. SuperCID + OTA = brick.
No not a soft brick. A soft brick is what happens while you are downgrading hboot.
