I have a tf700 and when i bought it it was already unlocked and rooted running on a rom. i think omni but it was only kitkat. i wanted to update to omni lollipop but after install through twrp 3.0.2 it goes to the omni boot animation and then reboots. What did i do wrong. i cant restore from my backup either
ok i figured out the boot loader needed to be updated then reboot the system. i wasnt rebooting after the install of the bootloader. next problem is when i installed the bootloader it downgraded my twrp to 2.6.1 now i cant seem to update it. i have no experience with fast boot any help would be greatly appreciated.
Got it i found a video showing how to update using terminal emulator. installed the new 5.1.1 omnirom and it gets through the optimizing apps then blank black screen. i can hold down the power button and that menu pops up but theres nothing else

nexus 5 in bootloop after flashing latest supersu

N5 running Chroma, latest build. Downloaded the latest supersu (2.46), flashed and now its stuck in bootloop. Tried backing up but go an error in recovery.
What can i do ?
"the latest supersu (2.46)"...?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/supersu/2014-09-02-supersu-v2-05-t2868133
SuperSU v2.71, despite the URL...
Press simultaneously power & volume down, reboot into recovery (I hope you have a custom recovery - TWRP or CWM?) and install this version.
And when asking for help, more information (such as your ROM) is better than too little.

Flashed 32.3.A.0.376, Androplus, Can't access TWRP

Hey everyone,
I have an E6653 that I previously unlocked the bootloader and flashed AndroPlus and TWRP to with Marshmallow. I flashed the Nougat ROM to my phone and then flashed the new AndroPlus kernel and TWRP, but I can't seem to access TWRP. The notification LED no longer flashes light blue during the boot process, and volume down doesn't work to enter TWRP. Am I missing something here?
I downloaded TWRP from AndroPlus's GDrive folder for my phone, just as I did previously on Marshmallow.
the key sequence slightly changed.
Press and hold power + vol down key at the same time with phone off.
(and not power first and vol down later as before)

SM-G920R4 not working after custom rom flash

Flashed LineageOS on my SM-G920R4 with TWRP and it's not working correctly
On boot the device says "Not seandroid enforcing" and then boots after a few seconds. Once the device is booted I can't do anything because touching the screen does nothing, but all buttons work fine including the touch buttons.
I don't have a lot of experience with android phones.
You need to flash stock ROM via Odin. None of AOSP ROMs are stable now.

Can't do anything in custom recovery.

Hello,
i tried to root my Mate 7 (MT7-TL10) B560
when i installed the custom recovery TWRP and even the stock recovery.
i can't do anything!
the touch dosen't work , volume buttons , only the power button ! and it lock the screen.
tried 2 diffrent versions of the TWRP 2.8.7.0 and the 3.0.2,
and both versions show that i have a problem with partition or something!
"Unmodified System Partition"
and i don't know what to do.
i really want to install custom roms start using it
* i replaced the entire screen because the last one broke. anything to do with my issue?
