Please help me root my nexu5 5 to it original state - Nexus 5 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi , I recently flashed my nexus 5 to the Marshmallow factory image, the build being MMB29V. Now, I recently flashed the TWRP 3 custom recovery on my phone but I cannot access it using the fastboot. On selecting "recovery mode" in the fastboot, i see the usual google screen for 4-5 seconds and then the phone vibrates and reflashes the "google" screen and the phone boots to the Android OS thereafter preventing me to access the twrp recovery. The only time i am successfully able to access the custom recovery is once right after flashing the custom recovery( ie flashing the recovery using adb, then restarting the bootloader and then selecting the "recovery mode" option). Please help me rectify this mishap asap so that i cannot go ahead and root my phone.
PS: My phone is unrooted ie it doesnot have root access and the bootloader is locked

Common issue. We have to try again & again until it works. Sometimes my phone reboots into TWRP at the first attempt and sometimes I have to repeat the operation 3-4 times.

Can't flash a custom recovery with a locked bootloader.

[Q] Loop on 4.4.3 upgrade - problems - HELP please

I did a factory reload of a rooted phone with CWM.
Now for the CWM issue the Moto G loaded OK and then said there was an update for android to fix some bugs. This was 4.4.3. I loaded it and it gets half way and it then says
"Signature verification fail"
at the bottom of the screen and
" Install Untrusted Package"
The options are yes, no or go back
at the top....
whichever one I try it then tries to boot shows the Android / Motorola screen and starts up gets a txt message for 2-3 seconds... it then goes back to Android CWM recovery with the same options as above and repeats the process. again and again and again. No function keys will stop this cycle which just repeats again. This continues until the battery dies.
any ideas ? how can I override this action in CWM v6.0.4.6 and force it to do a factory reload ? any help or advice much appreciated.

"If you can still power your phone, can you still access the boot loader? If so, I would suggest using adb from a computer to flash Phillz recovery. CWM always gave me a lot of random errors when flashing items. You could use PhillZ to flash the stock ROM for 4.4.2. After that, just follow the same process I did. Download the update zip via the OTA download when it prompts you. Once it's finished, DON'T boot back into Android. Boot into Phillz recovery from the boot loader, move the zip out of the cache and onto sdcard or your computer, and then flash it either straight from the phone or by sideloading it from your computer. Then you'll have a working version of vanilla 4.4.3, and you can flash over a custom ROM in the future if you so choose."
unfortunately I can't get into bootloader. I can connect usb and it makes no difference. therefore adb commands dont work. it just goes straight into screen described with those three options. I'm hoping that there is an override action in CWM which isn't power and volume down which do nothing.
If not how can I force it into bootloader instead please ? any suggestions appreciated.

[Q] Issues with recovery flashing post Lollipop update.

I have been having this issue with flashing recovery on my Nex5 ever since I installed lollipop(factory image).
I have repeatedly tried to install TWRP (2.8.2.0) on my device but it just doesn't seem to stick no matter what I try.
Each time it gets installed but as soon the the system reboots, its gone. If I directly boot into the recovery from fastboot or bootup recoveryafter flash without restarting the bootloader, the TWRP logo shows up and then the device just restarts.
Please help me out here. Really want to go back to PA4
Thanks
You probably updated to LRX21O through OTA.
Go back to 4.4.4 through factory image. Boot system once. Reboot to bootloader. Flash twrp. Using vol keys, boot to recovery directly from bootloader. Flash PA.

[Q] Moto G (Asia Region) Boot looping at bootloader. What to do?

Guys, I just gained root access to my phone 5 days ago, yesterday I installed custom recovery (TWRP - openrecovery-twrp-2.8.5.0-xt1032). I think my device is XT1033. After that i tried to install xposed framework by installing it through the recovery and then my phone started to boot loop at the bootloader warning. My phone can access the fastboot menu. From there when i try to access recovery it just shows the logo of TeamWin followed by a black screen and then directs me to the bootloader warning message as usual and keeps looping. Also when I hit the factory reset button it tends to boot loop at the boot loader warning message.
The attachment shows the window it loops.
Please help me. Is my phone over?
Hey dont worryy. Just use philz recovery 6.55.0. That is best as twrp donot support xt1033.
Then in that just clear cache and dalvik cache. And try to reboot. If it does its good. If not then just flash any other rom using otg (usb ) if u dont want to lose any data.
Edit- to flash recovery. Press the power key for like 10 sec until the phone reboot. And black screen comes up. Then quickly press power and volume down key for 3-4 sec to go itno fastboot mode. Then flash the philz recovery ( search for it in original android development or google it) and flash it.

Please help me rectify this mishap asap so that i cannot go ahead and root my phone.
PS: My phone is unrooted ie it doesnot have root access but the bootloader is unlocked.

Samsung J400F stuck in loop after flashing custom recovery TWRP

Hello people!
I have a J400F phone model, I was working with android 9 rooted & working well, I updated to android 10 with a fresh install, the phone works well, and I wanted to use a custom recovery TWRP and root the phone, it stuck in boot loop, this is how I flashed:
- Used Odin with the latest stock firmware "J400FXXU6CTGO".
- restart the phone, and the bootloader is already unlocked "OEM Unlocked".
- Downloaded TWRP for J400F from halabtech, flashed it, then rebooted to recovery.
- In home screen, Wipe --> Format.
- With TWRP I flashed RMM_Bypass_v3_corsicanu.zip then no-verity-opt-encrypt-6.1.zip
After this I tried booting to system but then It kept rebooting after reaching the samsung logo.
Any help is appreciated guys.
I managed to access the download mode by taking out the battery, put it back in the phone, connect it to USB in the computer, press vol down and home button and you should be able to enter the download mode to flash the stock ROM (still reading on the second part).
