Phone process stop working CM13.0 XT1032 - Moto G Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I`ve installed CM13.0-20160311 + C-Apps + Gapps nano on my Moto G 1032, and after I've installed everything I need, I tried to make a call but when I pressed the call button the screen comes back to home screen and the "Unfortunately the process com.android.phone has stopped" pop-up message appears. The call actually works, but the phone app does not, so I can't hang up the phone.
I've tried several "solutions", but no one help me with this problem. I've tried wipe/format cache, dalvik, delete the directory "/data/data/com.android.providers.telephony/" and "/data/data/com.android.phone/", upgrade to 20160312 and 20160313, downgrade to 20160310, but nothing works.
Any idea?
Thanks!

C-Apps is for CM 12.1 not 13 the Package over ridden the Dialler with CM 12.1 C-Apps Dialler and that's what went wrong,Reinstall without C-Apps.

[Completed] [Q] "Unfortunately com.android.systemui has stopped" when rebooting CM11 Snapshot M5

[Q] "Unfortunately com.android.systemui has stopped" when rebooting CM11 Snapshot M5
I've unlocked the bootloader, rooted my Moto G (xt1032) with superboot and installed CWM recovery on it. So I tried installing Cyanogenmod 11 (cm-11-20140405-SNAPSHOT-M5-falcon.zip at the moment) for my device and initially, everything works fine. It boots pretty smooth and downloads all the apps from the Google Play Store. But when I reboot the device I get the eroor "Unfortunately com.android.systemui has stopped" a few times. After clicking "okay" I get to enter my PIN for my SIM card, but then it just gets worse. The error pops up constantly and I have no possibility of selecting anything else. The apps on my wallpaper dissappear and appear again, the wallpaper switches to fullscreen, then normal again and so on. Wiping cache or dalvik cache does nothing, only a factory reset helps. Then it installs all the apps again, but when I reboot, the same problem persists.
Some threads suggested it may be an app and since it only happens when I reboot, could it be an app that launches on boot?
Others suggested trying an older version of Cyanogenmod (which is why I'm using M5 at the moment. M6 gave the exact same problem). Or has it something to do with the gapps file I'm using?
Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

[Q] Moto g 1st gen : "Unfortunately system ui has stopped " problem.

I bricked my moto g XT1033 and flashed a custom recovery (Clockworkmod) but when I started the custom recovery a wavy blurriness keeps sweeping the screen. Then I flashed cm12 nightly build and the problem was still there but a new problem started. This message : "Unfortunately, system ui has stopped" keeps popping at half a second interval. The wavy line problem stops after 5-10 mins after boot but the popup problem persists. Maybe the two problems are interrelated. I have tried factory reset, wiping cache, system and all data but to no avail. I have tried flashing cm again too. Please help !!!!

[Q] Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped

Hello,
Today my rooted xperia z3 suddenly keep popping up "Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped" error after i soft reset
the problem is there is only one ok button on that error dialog. and if i press ok it keep showing the same error again and again
i google it and tried some suggestion like clearing facebook cache, disabling and renable the download manager, i even tried to clear the cache and dalvik cache in the recovery tools. but it still the same,
so i'm forced to reset to factory setting my xperia because i need to use whatsapp urgently
but after reset to factory setting it still show up the gapps stopped error in the language chooser, and i can't past that language chooser since i cant click continue without the error dialog keep popping up.
so is there something i could to remove this error dialog, currently im gonna try to reflash the newer rooted rom and see if that could fix the error
btw since a week or two ago, my xperia sometime pop up play store stopped working error, but it disappear after i clicked ok
my device is xperia z3 using the rooted original rom (i have used it for couple month)

you need to wipe data and cache's when you flash new roms, if you didnt.
if thats not the issue, try flashing the rom only and no gapps, and see if the apps still crash. if they dont, you will know its a problem with your gapps package.
