[Q] Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped - Xperia Z3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello,
Today my rooted xperia z3 suddenly keep popping up "Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped" error after i soft reset
the problem is there is only one ok button on that error dialog. and if i press ok it keep showing the same error again and again
i google it and tried some suggestion like clearing facebook cache, disabling and renable the download manager, i even tried to clear the cache and dalvik cache in the recovery tools. but it still the same,
so i'm forced to reset to factory setting my xperia because i need to use whatsapp urgently
but after reset to factory setting it still show up the gapps stopped error in the language chooser, and i can't past that language chooser since i cant click continue without the error dialog keep popping up.
so is there something i could to remove this error dialog, currently im gonna try to reflash the newer rooted rom and see if that could fix the error
btw since a week or two ago, my xperia sometime pop up play store stopped working error, but it disappear after i clicked ok
my device is xperia z3 using the rooted original rom (i have used it for couple month)

Phone crashes

Hello everyone, I'm having a problem with my Galaxy S3. I rooted it and installed CWM two days ago, well last night I installed the Paranoid Android ROM on it. Now I get a message on my screen saying: "Unfortunately, ParanoidAndroid OTA has stopped" and when I press ok it pops up SIM network unlock PIN and give me an option unlock or dismiss.I dismiss it and it goes back to normal screen, but then another message pops up saying: Android.com has stopped and will keep popping up on the screen and won't stop until I take out the battery. I have done a factory reset and a clean cache partition on it. The only thing I can think of is that when I change the phone into tablet mode it doesn't automatically reboot, so I manually do it and that's when I get the OTA has stopped. Can someone please help me resolve this issue. I would really appreciate it.

[Q] acore.process stopped

Hi ,
got annoyed with constant rebooting and stuff (stuck on .17 presently after failed update) so wiped all data from recovery to start again fresh.
unfortunately acore process repeatedly stops every 30 seconds or so . wiped data again from settings but still happening.
going to unlock, install twrp and then eventually custom ROM when I get time.
Anyone know of a fix to stop this acore notification in the meantime ?
Thanks for your help !

[Q] "android.process.media has stopped", fresh install of CM 10.2.0

Yesterday I installed CyanagenMod 10.2.0 (Stable) on my HTC One S. When the phone started up under CM for the first time I was greeted with the error message "Unfortunately, the process android.process.media has stopped". This error has persisted, jumping up repeatedly as I try to use the phone, and the Gallery, Camera and other apps crash due to it.
I can prevent the error message by disabling the "Media process" app in settings, but this is less than ideal as it prevents the Gallery and other photo apps from seeing any of the photos on the phone.
The phone was previously running the stock HTC ROM.
I have tried resetting the phone repeatedly, wiping every possible thing that can be wiped in the Recovery mode, but to no avail. I have also tried installing CM 10.1 instead, but the same problem is present.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what the problem could be here? I'd appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

[Completed] Error: unfortunately the process com.android.systemui has stopped (4.4.2)

Hi to everyone and thank you in advance for your time and expertise.
When I press the "HOME" button at the centre I get this error: unfortunately the process com.android.systemui has stopped (clock is off by 12 hours, too). The error does not appear in other circumstances.
Following advice on XDA I rebooted in recovery and I did a cache wipe/format.
The phone got stuck (2 hours) on formatting cache.
I removed the battery and restarted but when I press the "HOME" button the error "unfortunately the process com.android.systemui has stopped" was still present.
I rebooted in recovery, again, but found that I had a new error: "cannot mount(open) /cache/recovery"
I followed yet another thread on XDA ("cannot mount(open) /cache/recovery"), rebooted in recovery, again, but this time I wiped the dalvik cache.
I rebooted but when I pressed the "HOME" button, again, the error "unfortunately the process com.android.systemui has stopped" was still present.
I rebooted in recovery again (this time there was no error "cannot mount(open) /cache/recovery") and I wiped/formatted the cache.
This time the phone did not get stuck and formatting of cache completed succesfully.
When I rebooted I got the message "Android is upgrading" and a list of 270 apps were "upgrading".
When the phone restarted and I pressed the "HOME" button, the error "unfortunately the process com.android.systemui has stopped" was still present.
Please note that if I do not press the centre "HOME" button, the error does not appear.
Can anyone please help me resolve the Error: unfortunately the process com.android.systemui has stopped"? I do not want to format to factory setting. The phone was rooted by a friend 3 years ago and he now left the country and I am completely ignorant about android in general and rooting etc... so I am afraid to format to factory settings and, please, use simple step by step instructions with easy language...
Again, thank you in advance for your time/expertise.

Edit.
After posting this help request, I continued to search and I found this: http://android.stackexchange.com/qu...process-com-android-systemui-has-stopped-on-g. I uninstalled Google App updates, I rebooted the phone, pressed the centre "HOME" button and the error did not come up. I then rebooted the phone again, and this time the phone started to update Google Services and Google automatically. I then pressed the centre "HOME" button, again, to check and, again, everything worked fine. I decided to try to actually used google (search), and this time the error came back, once more.
So it seems that the problem is connected to using Google after the upadetes. Any ideas how to fix the error?
