How To Flash Samsung Galaxy Star Pro Duos Stock ROM using odin
Please follow the instruction carefully, it may brick your phone.
Step 1 : Download & install Odin (latest version) on your computer.
Step 2 : Download and install Samsung USB driver on your computer.
Step 3 : Download Stock ROM from below link.
Step 4 : Open Odin
Step 5 : Tick Auto Reboot & F. Reset boxes.
Step 6: Click the PDA and browse the *.tar or *.tar.md5 files this is a ROM file which you downloaded.
Step 7 : Switch off your phone.
Step 8 : Press & hold ( Volume down + Home + Power ) key to go to download mode.
Step 9: Insert USB cable to your phone.

Step 10 : Click the START botton and wait for a few minutes to complete flashing.
Step 11 : After flashing complete, you will see a green (PASS) bar on the top like below image.

These are the instructions on how to flash stock firmware on Lava Iris X5
Requirements : Your Android device should have atleast 20-30 percent of battery to perform the Flashing Process.
Step 1 : Download This link. https://docs.google.com/uc?id=0B3qYFBKKL2hic0F1SEtZdDhuV3M and extract Broadcom MultiDownloader Tool and Drivers. After Extracting you will be able to see
the following files:
Step 2 : Install the USB Drivers.
Step 3 : Power Off your Android Device.

Step 5 : Now, Open Broadcom MultiDownloader.exe (you have extracted this in Step#1 ) on Your Computer.
Step 6 : Once Broadcom MultiDownloader Tool is launched,
Click on Settings and select the Configuration .
Step 7 : Now, Under Configuration you have to define the firmware path. To locate the firmware folder (that you have downloaded in Step#4) Click on [...] Button and select the firmware folder.
Step 8 : Now you have added the firmware folder in Broadcom MultiDownloader tool successfully. Now click on Apply button to continue.
Step 9 : Now, Connect your Android Device to the Computer
(make sure it is power off and Press the Volume UP and Down together, connect the phone to the computer at the same time).
Step 10 : Once you have successfully added the Android Device to the computer then Broadcom MultiDownloader
Tool will detect it and show it.
Step 11 : Now, Click on the Start All Button to begin the Flashing Process.
Step 12 : Now, Broadcom MultiDownloader Tool will flash the Stock rom on your Android Device.
Step 13 : Once Flashing is completed, you will be able to see Green OK Status.
Step 14 : Now, close Broadcom MultiDownloader Tool and disconnect your Android Device from the computer.
Congratulations, Now your Lava Iris X5 is successfully
running the Stock Rom you have Downloaded.

Just so you know , I used Odin 3.04

Make sure your device is found by Odin
Click on PDA and load the CWM file which you have just downloaded .
Click Start
Let your device REBOOT
You have now SUCCESSFULLY FLASHED CWM

TWRP 3.0.2-0 Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo (GT-I9060)

TWRP 3.0.2-0 is out now for Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo (GT-I9060)
Today we are going to look at two methods of installing TWRP .These methods will work on any android device(if you use odin method then only samsung devices will work). If you are new to Flashing then this tutorial is for you.
Note: Recovery files in this guide only works on GT-I9060.
Method list
1. Odin Method
2. Terminal Emulator method (no computer method)
Method 1 : Odin Method
Files we required for Method 1
1. TWRP 3.0.2-0 (.tar.md5)
2. Odin 3.10.7 (you can also use any old version too).
3. Samsung USB drivers.

Let's Start and follow steps
If you know how to use odin you can go straight to step 6.
Preparing Computer
Step 1 :- Extract Samsung USB drivers to any folder in your pc and install it.
Step 2 :- Now reboot your computer.
Step 3 :- Extract Odin 3.10.7 to any folder in your pc and open extracted folder.
Step 4 :- Right click on file named odin3 v3.10.7 and click on "Run as administrator" then hit yes.
Step 5 :- Now click on button called "AP".
Step 6 :- Navigate to the directory where you have downloaded the "recovery.tar.md5" and double click on that.
Step 7 :- Goto the "Option" in odin and uncheck "Auto reboot".
Preparing Device
Step 8 :- Switch off your device and enter into Download mode by pressing and holding Volume down + Home + Power keys simultaneously and leave keys only when you feel vibration.
Step 9 :- Press Volume up key to continue.
Step 10 :- Now connect your device to computer using USB cable.
Step 11 :- And hit start button in odin to start flashing (Wait till it flashes).
Step 12 :- When you see "Reset" in left top box remove your battery and boot in recovery by pressing Volume up + Home + Power key simultaneously and leave keys only when you feel vibration.
Thats it now you have successfully booted in new recovery.
Method 2 : Terminal Emulator Method
Files we required for Method 2
1. TWRP 3.0.2-0 (.img)
2. Terminal Emulator.

Note : You should be rooted if you want to use this method. Check guide here
Step 1 :- First of all copy and paste "recovery.img" in your root directory (means in internal sdcard)
Step 2 :- Open app named "Terminal Emulator" in your android device.
Step 3 :- Now type "su" in terminal hit enter and grant root access.
Step 4 :- Now type command written below carefully and press enter.

dd if=/sdcard/recovery.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p10
Note:Mount points may differ in different devices here mount point is "mmcblk0p10".
Step 5 :- Now type "exit" and hit enter and again type "exit" in order to close Terminal Emulator.
Step 6 :- Now press and hold Volume up + Home + Power simultaneously and leave keys only when you feel vibration.
Thats it now you have successfully booted in new recovery.
At first boot of TWRP its will ask " keep system read only" . Just swipe no need to change anything.

I know this a year old thread but will this guide work for the Grand Neo GT-i9168i (The one that Samsung released to the Chinese market)? Is the hardware in the phone different enough to make this not work?

Step 2: Copy "SuperSU.zip" in your phone memory.
Step 2 : Now open sp flash tools & select scatter file "MT6580_Android_scatter.txt" with recovery.img.
Step 3 : Remove battery From Phone, Click "Download" on sp flash tool & Connect USB With Cable with PC,
Wait till Successfull.
Step 4 : Now connect battery & press on Vollum Up key and power key at same time.
Step 5 : Press on install button and Select "SuperSU.zip"
Step 6: Now Swipe on install Button.
Step 7 : After successfully instaling supersu, reboot the system.

Steps:
- Step 1: Download and Install the android USB drivers on your computer. In case you have already installed them, you can skip this step.
Step 2: Switch off you Android Phone .
Step 3: Now download the stock ROM or the custom ROM which you want to install on your phone. After downloading, extract the zip file on you system.
Step 4: Download the SP Flash Tool on your system and extract the downloaded zip file on your system. After that you can see the following files listed.
Step 5: Form the files listed run the Flash_tool.exe file.
Step 6: Once the SP Flash tool is started, click on the Scatter-Loading button located in the right side.
Step 7: Now locate the scatter file in your custom or stock ROM. It is generally located in the bin/directory.
Step 8: Now click the Download button to start the downloading process.
Step 9: After completed all the above steps, connect your smart phone to your system using the USB cable and press any button other than power button so that your system will detect your device. You can use volume buttons.
Step 10: Once the flashing process is completed, a green ring will appear on your system. Now disconnect your device and switch it ON.
