Hi all
Is there any kernels that support overclocking on CM13 for the P3110???
Best regards

Hmm i can't find slimkernel, but if I try the dhollmen kernel, there is still no OC support, CPU max frequency is 1008 mhz

Hey people today I flash UC Kernel V08 NOC to my phone DDKP2 2.3.6 but I was not able to see improvement in video recording. I saw in the comments that Chaos and team has fixed only V08 Overclocked version. So i was thinkin why not overclock my phone and then flash OC version.
My question is I have installed NO FRILLS CPU Control.. I Wanted to know what setting should i keep on it and then should I flash V08 OC version! Thanks

max freq - 1200 mhz
min freq - 300 mhz
i/o schedular - sio
governer - smartassv2
dont set 200 mhz min freq. Phone will freeze.
ok after that can i flash v08 ov version over noc version??

@Dude, Yes you can flash OC version over NOC version - but i believe that currently NOC version is more stable than OC ; However OC will definitely give an inch over NOC in performance.
but in the uc kernel thread I saw that fix has been done for OC version whereas for NONOC version there is not fix....

buddy first flash OC v08 version & then do that settings. Its so simple...
hi vishal is overclocking harmful to d phone?
also tell me can i get back ti original stock kernel by just flashing stock firmware:xxkpe-->xxkpq.?

Agreed.. and Iam Still thinking why do we need 1.2 OC???? anyone?!?!?!
Well, after installing Sch ROM, ICS Theme, and UC-Kernel v8 with OC everything is running super smooth. I'm able to play Dungeon Defenders on highest graphics quality (which is in fact native screen resolution), although my quadrant benchmark has dropped from 2600/2800 to 1500.
Why not? Of course it would be better to have some more frequencys to choose from and i would like to also have additional 1000 MHz as a frequency the CPU is clocked maximum in standard situations and only manually "overclock" to 1.2 GHz in example for gaming.
1.2 ОС-is the speed!
to fasten our phone! althoug I have overcloked but not able to see any major overhaul!

have you enabled a cpu managing app like Nofrills CPU control?
you wont really recognize the improvement in daily usage, try out a HD game like asphalt, you WILL fell the difference, (in performance as in battery drain^^)
Hi everyone,
Is there by any chance, a cm kernel with high bigmem, 1.2 GHz OC with a GPU OC that runs smooth?

Not as I know. But there's Marmite, with 1.1GHz OC (w/ FSB/GPU OC) and up to 411Mb of available RAM depending on the version.
I flashed vengeance kernel 1.46 on my tipo with 4.22 firmware and also flashed the modules.zip from 1.40 but set cpu is still showing max freq - 800 mhz

That's because overclocking was removed from the Vengeance features.
The kernel wasn't stable on overclock and overclocking will probably not be re-added to the features.
The old 1.40 still had overclocking I believe.
It's too bad, but don't try to make a big deal out of it, it was nice as long as it worked, but that's it.

was it stable with 800 mhz as max freq? i really want to try overclocking

A 800Mhz frequency is stock. I'm not sure if the 1.40 Vengeance kernel is still available somewhere, maybe you could ask around and try it. But still I wouldn't recommend it, especially if you're new to this sort of stuff.
The 1.40 kernel van clock to max 1000Mhz, but that will definitely create random reboots, I say try max 900Mhz, check if you can find a nice combination of schedulers and governors to keep it stable.
Good luck!

Hi there mate,i have a class 4 sd card too, you can use jarvis, pandora kernels, but i recommend you aries kernel which has the best performance (for me). Hope i helped you
Thanks but i will not have lags? Pandora have lags on 600MHz. When i use jaggyRom on 600MHz i not have lags. When i use setcpu and i set 900MHz the phone reboot why?. I need more MHz because i record video on YouTube

I havent got any lags with Aries kernel on 828 mhz i think, and yes, your pico reboots cause you have class 4 sd card and the class 4 supports upto 828-868 mhz. I dont know why but class 4 sd cards just dont support 878 and 900 mhz, its freakin' weird but the pll2 method its created that way :/
EDIT: Dont say thanks, just hit the THANKS button under any post that helped you "so i can become more famous, MUHAHAHA "
What does the OC in kernels? What is this?
I will test it when make Gapps to CM 10.1

The oc kernels make your device's cpu overclockable, the aries kernel is a kernel posted in original android development for pico and why would you make gapps for cm10.1 it already has xD
I no making i wait for gapps.
Gapps: I will upload special gapps later.Full package will NOT WORK

Your english is a little confusing but you will get it, here's a link for gapps cm10.1 http://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=9390248398092763478, i've tested it and its working
EDIT: Download cm10.1 latest build that you've posted and flash gapps. You can even use oc kernel if you want great performance.
I come from Polish Thank you very much
I must install kernel after CM or earlier? Gapps last?
what kernel i have to get? OC or no-OC?

Order: cm -> gapps -> kernel, you can use the aries non-oc kernel given in cm10.1 build 5 or you can use aries oc kernel, make your choise and feel free to give me questions.
Thanks
When i use OC kernel i have laags. When i use NO-OC i will not have lags?
When i set 878 the phone reboot and reboot and i have to reinstall rom. Why?

I dont have lags with aries oc - 828 mhz, lulzactive or smartassv2, and it reboots cause class 4 sd cards dont support 878 and 900 mhz.

Can you anserw the question??
Usually with oc kernel you'll have better performance and less lags, with non-oc you will have more lags, try both if not sure or use aries oc kernel with min freq 122 mhz and max 600 mhz = non-oc, min freq 122 mhz and max 822 mhz = oc.
I must use OC if i want 822? NO-OC have max 600MHZ?
____________________________________________________
When i use jaggyrom i set 320MHz and i don't have lags. When i use cM 10.1 and aries i have lags.

Yes, thats right
I dont know, jaggyrom is with android 2.3.5, this is 4.2.2, older = smoother but with the new pll2 oc method by cute_prince it shouldn't have lags.
Do you make the 2 partitions, order SD-DATA(1gb)->SD-CACHE(60-70 mb)?

On LG l3 II (have the samy cpu) i can overclock it to 1400. Can i OC htc pico to 1400MHz?? It's posibble?
Ps: I know i can burn my nand but this is only question.
it wld nt only burn ur nand..also ur phone will b burnt..

try your luck with pandora extreme kernel..it supports overclock upto 900mhz..& I think cranium kernel 1.3ghz overclock is fake(no offense to the developer) because it gives lower benchmark as compared to pll2 overclock kernels.
Try it
You can try it one last time... (I think)
Now i Oc my phone to 844MHz. It's possible to OC the phone up to 1300MHz? My phone don't will burn?

you can use cranium kernel with jaggyrom, it'll work but the performance won't be as good as you're getting now because this is pll2 true overclock you are using now..you're lucky you got your pico working stable @844mhz, mine can't go above 767mhz.
I think its not possible ,i checked the specification of MSM 7225A chipsets, the maximum cpu clock frequency for them is 800 Mhz (official) u can overclock them a bit but 1400 Mhz is too high ....

Look at the LG l3 II. This phone have the same CPU and have 1GHz. On this phone you can overclock up to 1400MHz.
Ok i don't will test I have SDHC class 4 but i can OC up to 844MHz strange
I have next question(i didn't want doing spam) My phone is increasingly slowly. I think its NAND. I OC my ophone only one of week (on one hour) and normally working at 600 MHz. What i can do?
Ok. I have aries kernel with one partion and this laggy. Now i shearch kernel for CM10.1. I have only one partion made in recovery and this kernel must overclock pll2

use two external partitions for pll2 overclocking..why can't you follow developer's instruction?
i can't do it.
