I want to buy battery pack for my note 8 but I am confused between
1.Samsung Universal USB Extended Battery Up Pack for Smartphones and Tablets includes cables (9000mAh)
Price:54.99$
AmazonLink
2.Anker Astro Pro 14400mAh Portable Power Bank Pack External Battery Charger for iPads, Samsung Tablets, iPhones, Android Smart Phones (Dual USB Output: 5V, 2A; DC Output: 9V / 12V, 2A) [4 connectors for mobile phones, 6 connectors for tablets, US AC adapter included](Lightning Cable not Provided)
Price:59.99
AmazonLink
Please provide your opinions guys so that I can decide which one to buy
Thank you
I usually go for non branded units of eBay they are simply cheaper. But having a look at your two choices I'd recommend the Anker Astro Pro 14400mAh. Neither on the Amazon page nor the Samsung product page could I find the the output amps for the Samsung. For most modern devices you need to have a 2A output. The Anker clearly states that it has
2 x USB 5V 2A (special circuit design for Apple and Samsung Galaxy Tab)

I got an Anker 13000 portable power pack. It works slick.
+1 for anker...i have the 10000 model and it's great, and their support is awesome
I was just reading about the top 5 most popular external battery packs over on Life HAcker and the Anker was the most popular among users polled.
I'd post a link but I'm still in noob status.
8A/h should be good enough for Note 8. More than that only increases the overall weight.
This from amazon great, too.
DEFINITELY get the Samsung. It's much more compact and better made than the others, you won't regret getting it.
Here is another option @ 15600mAh for about $149

Never hurts to have more power...plus you can charge more than one device at the same time.

Battery Pack,
20 000 mAh would be pretty nice.

With much fanfare, LeTV announced its new flagship flagship-killer product, the LeTV 1s. Building on the success of its first product, the LeTV one that packed a octacore processor into an “budget” priced phone, the LeTV 1S improves on the winning formula. The most visible upgrade is the full metal unibody, a technology that allows the phone to be more durable and more compact – in fact they claim it cuts down the thickness of phone by 2mm. The second biggest change is the inclusion of a ultra responsive finger print reader on the back face of the phone – a design that is featured on other flagships like the LG G4. The other upgrades are more incremental – the screen has been upgrade to improve brightness, the camera has been upgraded to improve responsiveness, and the CPU is now 10% faster.
A feature that sounds really promising is their fast charge feature that is enabled with their new USB Type-C cable – a feature that could cut the time to charge the phone. LeTV claims that 3 hours of talk time could be obtained with just a 5 minutes charge. This sounds amazing if it works as advertised!
Whilst all these features sound great, they don’t deserve the “Flagship Killer” title. LeTV has a solution for that too – a huge price cut. Instead of selling this phone at the same price of the previous model, the chose to cut its price by 1/3, dropping the 1699 RMB price tag to a mere 1099RMB (172 USD). This seemly suicidal strategy has only been used by Amazon with their Kindle Fire tablets and have never been seen on a mobile phone. This phone is now priced at the Budget price point, but the performance and build is Samsung S6 level. It seems that LeTV is definitely looking at selling aftersale services such as their TV service to make their profit.
LeTV 1S Full Specs:
CPU : MediaTek helio X10 Turbo 8core 64bit ( 8×A53 )
GPU PowerVR G6200
RAM: 3GB LPDDR3 RAM
Back Camera: 13Megapixel F2.0, 4K recording
Front Camera: 5 Megapixel
Supports Bluetooth 4.0 (with apt-x)
Modem support: TD-LTE, FDD-LTE, WCDMA

Hey guys, i-m interesting on this device, in your opinion which android will mount?? And what new features will have?? sorry for my bad english.
Flagship Android devices of 2016 are bound to have their own version of 3D touch. Hopefully better battery life, water resistance, obviously better performance. Better cameras and whatnot. I would go for the Galaxy S7 but immediately put a Cyanogenmod ROM as soon as it is made available. Touchwiz is horrendous.
Galaxy S7 will have Headphone Jack like iPhone 6S. Big Battery Life Boost - a big jump to 3000 mAh and 3600 mAh capacities for the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge respectively, up from 2550 mAh and 2600 mAh of the S6 and S6 Edge.
Waterproof should be a feature like the Xperia devices. Lets hope.
I need to replace two smartphones, used by adults who are not very experienced with phones.
The first is an Honor 7A, used for phone calls, whatsapp, web browsing (information and various readings).
The second is a Huawei P8 Lite used for phone calls and whatsapp.
The overall budget (therefore to buy two phones) is € 200 (maximum 250).
The aim is to improve the usability of the phones which has become somewhat poor.
In this case, does it make sense and is it a good upgrade to replace them with a Huawei P20 and a P2 Lite respectively, used in excellent condition?
Or is it better or similar in the new (always staying within that budget)? If so what?
On Samsung's website, or google fi's website, they said the capacity of z flip 4's battery is 3700 mah, but actually the two batteries are at 2,555 mAh and 1,040 mAh respectively. Combined, that adds up to 3,595 mah, 105 mah less.
Feel like samsung took us as clawn.
Galaxy Z Flip 4 battery certification all but confirms a fairly big upgrade
The Galaxy Z Flip 4 is looking like an exciting release from Samsung, and it seems the battery will be better with a pretty huge boost.
9to5google.com
It would be ok if samsung put 3600 mah in their ads, but 3700 is too far.
What can we do?
Every year I see these posts. Samsung rates there device a little higher because every battery is different. Most battery's hold more or less. 3595 signs like a good healthy battery. Samsung also has battery protection built in since the note 7 days. A full battery to the brim isn't healthy
