New features of S7 - Samsung Galaxy S7 Questions and Answers

Hey guys, i-m interesting on this device, in your opinion which android will mount?? And what new features will have?? sorry for my bad english.

Flagship Android devices of 2016 are bound to have their own version of 3D touch. Hopefully better battery life, water resistance, obviously better performance. Better cameras and whatnot. I would go for the Galaxy S7 but immediately put a Cyanogenmod ROM as soon as it is made available. Touchwiz is horrendous.

Galaxy S7 will have Headphone Jack like iPhone 6S. Big Battery Life Boost - a big jump to 3000 mAh and 3600 mAh capacities for the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge respectively, up from 2550 mAh and 2600 mAh of the S6 and S6 Edge.

Waterproof should be a feature like the Xperia devices. Lets hope.

Hi Good day
I want the best phone I bought this list:
samsung galaxy s5
sony xperia z3
LG G3
But do not know which one is better.
Please tell me which of these three is the best?
Thank you
GS 5 Good camera, amoled screen, removable battery, water proof?,+samsung gimmicks
Z3 Good camera, good batery life, water proof, decent design
G3 Quad HD, Cheaper than Z3 or GS 5, decent design, removable battery, decent camera, big phone.
Negatives:
GS 5 Samsung Knox, plastic,bloatware
Not removable battery, prone to scratches because of glass sandwich
Locked bootloader, Mediocre battery life
Choose one, all of them are good phones.
1. Sony Xperia z3
2. LG G3
3. Samsung Galaxy S5
Thank you friends.
Please give me more tips.

You can really just flip a coin to choose (assuming you can find a 3 sided coin). G3 has the bigger screen and best scree-to-size ratio and probably the best camera. It has the benefit of SD card slot and removable battery, but no waterproofness, which the other 2 have. With Samsung you're stuck with TouchWiz and a GB less RAM, so it won't perform as well in real-life (meaning outside of synthetic benchmarks). The Sony has the best battery life, but without the removable battery, and the front facing speakers are great for media consumption.
1. Z3
2.LG G3
3.Samsung Galaxy S5

Isure buy one of these phones you please tell me.
Thank you very much

Well it depends on what you want, but if photos matter to you choose the Note 4.
Just in case look at this comparation and think what do you need more. http://www.phonearena.com/phones/compare/Samsung-Galaxy-Note-4,LG-G3/phones/8577,8347
Hi
Sony Xperia z3 is best phone.
Gotta go with LG G3
Good screen, decent battery life, good screen to body ratio, great speakers, good development
To not open another thread have similair question:
I am upgrading from Galaxy S3 and I have some options trough my provider which ensures me a cheaper deal and this are:
- Galaxy A5
- Galaxy S5
- Z3
- G3
I am leaning towards A5 since its metal and alot cheaper then other 3, but I heard it has bad CPU and can't switch battery, is it really that much worse then the others? Would an A5 even be considered an "upgrade" over my S3?
The Note 4 is the king of the phablets and the most powerful device on the current market. If you're considering it, it's truly a brilliant device.
The G3 is a flagship phone, the Note 4 is highest-end device. Comparing them isn't really fair, as Flagships aren't the highest end devices.

The A5 is almost identical to the S3. Not worth it, and indeed you can't change the battery. The A3 is a mid-low range device.
For the others it's a matter of preference. What features are most important to you?

Well I really like Note 4 but I am afraid it might be too big for me, I remember when I had the first Note, I was struggling to use it for let's say when I had to quickly make a call during driving or taking it out of pockets or such. To me tough most important is the battery life, good camera\video, no lagging - quickness of making calls. Note 4 kindof fits my description it's really perfect - but the size. If it was just a little bit smaller :\ I guess I might have to wait another month or two for the S6.
The Galaxy S5 is 5.1" and IP67 Certified aka it's waterproof, the others you mention don't have that kind of protection, USB3.0, removable battery, a better 16MP camera with OIS.
The 5.5" LG G3 doesn't have much development for custom ROMS (if I'm wrong, pls correct me) even though it has a bigger screen then the S5, and both supports microSDXC to 128GB and have Snapdragon 801 chips.
The Sony smartphone is a good device but again in my eyes, Sony fell behind and they're having a hard time coming back up.
I always tell users to look at the whole picture and if in doubt just walk into any store and personally test the forementioned devices you're inquiring about in your first post.
Hope this helps a little.
Sony Xperia is the best chocie according to me. Next Samsung S5 and then LG.

You mean you have already a bought a product that has not yet been released?
Time travel much?
On a side note, The DeLorean is back if you are looking to go back to the future.
I am also searching about specification of upcoming Galxy S7 smartphone.. Memory option is available with 32/64/128 GB with Micro SC card support. Primary camera has 12.2 MP with BRITECELL sensors. Overall it is an attractive gadget.
Whats the antutu score s7 edge got?
All we know about the Samsung Galaxy S7
What is the Samsung Galaxy S7? The Galaxy S7 will be Samsung's newest flagship smartphone, and is expected to be revealed alongside the S7 Edge on February 21 at MWC in Barcelona.
What's the difference? The S7 is flat, while the S7 Edge will have a gently curved screen.
How much do we know about it? Very little. Rumours suggest the S7 will sport a 5.1-inch display, while the S7 Edge will be slightly larger at 5.5-inches. Both are expected to sport 32GB/64GB of storage, 4GB of RAM and a 12MP rear-facing camera.
When will it go on sale? Both phones are expected to go on sale across Europe on March 11.
Why should we care? Samsung is the world's largest smartphone vendor, and their high-end Android handsets are among the best on the market.
Hello all! First of all, this phone it's a flagship and cost twicely vs. normal phones. For me it's a unpriority investement.
with touchwiz no more samsung
I am thinking of getting this phone.
I got questions:
1. It is a little smaller then the non edge ones right?
2. I read lots of accidental touching because of the edge that make for some annoying user experience. Your thoughts?

New Phone... Galaxy S4 LTE-A?

Hey Guys!
I have a Galaxy S4 i9505 with CM12.1 and i´m searching for a faster phone!
My my questions:
-How is the battery life when i switch from i9505 to i9506? Does the SD800 need more power than the SD600? Accu is the same.
-Can i feel the performance from SD800? or it does not make a noticable difference? I´m a gamer ^^
Thanks at all
I think you should go for the OnePlus X. It has the same specs as the I9506, but it is a more recent model.
Or the LG G2. It has a 3000mAh battery, so it's gonna bump up your game time
Performance wise there surely is going to be an improvement. The benchmark scores will be similar to that of an S5, since they pretty much have the same chip.
thanks ^^
i´m a fan of the three buttons down on the phone like the s4 ^^ i guess the one plus x had them to, but not the g2.
I´m afraid of the battery life from the X... only 2550mha...
It's just 50mAh difference.
The only advantage the S4 has is the ability to get a bigger battery.
On the other hand, you may be able to get a power bank for the X.
only 50mAh to the S4, but 250mAh to the S5
I guess i try the X...
Then get an S5
I mean they have the same performance since they run the same Snapdragon 801 chip.
hmm.. but the S5 normal with SD801 or the neo ?^^ xD I hear the neo had very good battery life but is the SoC from Samsung with 8x 1,6GHz enough?
Yes i´m bad in buying something new XD
Well, it depends.
The S6 had the highest benchmark scores from any flagship last year, thanks to Samsung's Exynos chip.
I don't know if this is also the case for the S5 chip.
The downside is, the Exynos chip doesn't have much in terms of custom roms development. The most you can get is touchwiz based roms.
The Snapdragon S5, on the other had, has lots of roms probably.
So if you are planning to change roms, you should also take that into account.
I, personally, would go for the Snapdragon version.
I´m a big fan of cyanogen mod ^^ Than X or the S5 Snapdraon Version... But the X had 3GB RAM ^^
Unless you're a big multitasker, 2GB ram is enough.
I constantly have 1.2GB free ram. I don't think there are any games that use more than 1GB ram.
But since the X is a newer model, it may have faster ram, which in turn results in better performance.
You should probably watch some reviews, and maybe some comparisons.
than i´m searching for an good used S5, thanks ^^

Huawei Mate 20 Lite vs. Samsung Galaxy S10e

Huawei Mate 20 Lite which has better battery life (3750mAh), but it's a little too big for me (158.2 x 77.2) VS. Samsung Galaxy S10e which has less battery (3100mAh), but it's smaller which is better for me (142.2 x 69.9).
Other than the battery and size, I like both phones equally, but I'm looking for something long-term because I'm not huge on phones and don't want to get a replacement every other year. I've had my current phone for years, but I have to replace it because I dropped it in the toilet and the battery drains faster than the speed of light, oops.
I also don't want the phone to lag or freeze.

Question Samsung is lying about battery capacity, it's not 3700 mah

On Samsung's website, or google fi's website, they said the capacity of z flip 4's battery is 3700 mah, but actually the two batteries are at 2,555 mAh and 1,040 mAh respectively. Combined, that adds up to 3,595 mah, 105 mah less.
Feel like samsung took us as clawn.
Galaxy Z Flip 4 battery certification all but confirms a fairly big upgrade
The Galaxy Z Flip 4 is looking like an exciting release from Samsung, and it seems the battery will be better with a pretty huge boost.
9to5google.com
It would be ok if samsung put 3600 mah in their ads, but 3700 is too far.
What can we do?
Every year I see these posts. Samsung rates there device a little higher because every battery is different. Most battery's hold more or less. 3595 signs like a good healthy battery. Samsung also has battery protection built in since the note 7 days. A full battery to the brim isn't healthy
