This toolkit was initially created for OnePlus One by @Consistant and I have made a port for Zuk Z1.
I am not responsible for any damage this toolkit may cause to your phone.
WHAT CAN YOU DO WITH THIS?
- Unlock and lock bootloader
- Root
- Flash TWRP and Stock recovery
- Install and uninstall Xposed (You must install this before installing xposed)
- Download and flash 38J CM12.1
- Do some adb and fastboot commands (booting into custom recovery, sideload a zip file, reflash to stock with a downloaded image, check bootloader status...)
- Install ADB and fastboot (just for mac)
MAC INSTRUCTIONS
- Download Mac version of the toolkit in downloads section and unzip it.
- Open Terminal
- Write 'sh ' (without commas) and drag start.sh into the terminal. It should be something like this: sh /Users/Javi/Desktop/Zuk Z1 Toolkit/start.sh
- Now you should see this
- Read very carefully everything the toolkit says to you. It is very important or things won't work.
WINDOWS INSTRUCTIONS
- This toolkit was made to work with Mac. In order to use it on Windows you will have to download Cygwin.
- You will need usb drivers in order to use adb. If those didn't work try to use Samsung's. I've tried both of them on Windows 10 and can't make them work with adb.
- You will also need adb and fastboot which you can quickly install here
- Download Windows' version of the toolkit on download section and unzip it.
- When you have done every step, open Cygwin terminal.
- Write 'sh ' and drag start.sh to the terminal.
- Press enter and you will have the toolkit working.
- Read very carefully everything the toolkit says to you. It is very important or things won't work.
LINUX INSTRUCTIONS
Try the MAC instructions. If they don't work for you, try using 'bash' instead of 'sh'
What is working?
Everything should work.
DOWNLOADS
Please give me feedback on the updates and tell me if something is not working. I can't test everything.

REQUESTS
Post your requests and I will try to include it on future updates.
----------------------------
I abandon the project as I have sold my device. If anyone wants to continue with it he is free to get the code and modify it.
This port would have been imposible without the work of @Consistant which did 90% of the work you see here. I should also thank @Breadcrust which developed a working TWRP and @ghost45 which developed a working CWM. Thank you very much.

V 1.3 of TWRP for ZUK Z1 has been released.
Thank you for this.
I have a question: Why aren't fastboot commands working on the Mac, yet?
You just need to replace "fastboot flash partitionname filename.img" with "./fastboot-mac (or whatever its name is) flash partitionname filename.img"
If you need any help translating Spanish into English or viceversa just let me know, I speak both very well.
Thank you
Edit: Any chance to see ROM ports any time soon?
I wonder what Cyanogenmod is waiting for...

You are part of this community right?!?!?! So move your ass and start modding by yourself!
If you don't know how to, then shut up. Don't get me wrong, no offence, I'm also keeping my mouth shut because I dunno how to do it.
This is a favor people do for free, so you can't ask for it!
As for the oneplus, they aggressively overhyped their devices and people were dying to get a phone (Duh! I was a stupid one of them).
Zuk is a respectable company and they didn't do any invite or overhyping bull****.

I thought the only difference between them was that one you could touch and the other you had to move with physical buttons.. So I only added one because the toolkit is getting bigger and bigger. If there more differences between them i will add it on the next update

Oh. Thanks for your info.
Massive Update has been released check op for change log ?
This is a really slick tool. Nice to be able to quickly try out the various recoveries so easily.
Just for fun I did a nandroid backup with a fresh install of twrp (I usually use the multirom version) and had a backup that took 16 minutes and 2651mb in size. I then installed philz touch and took a backup that took 20 minutes and was 3861mb in size. Guess I'll stick with twrp. (Although I might try the backup with OUDHS, that looked pretty nice)
Abso-lute-ly GREAT job, @Flashalot! Thanks for your hard work on this and sharing it. Thanks for giving permission to our awsome Galaxy Tab 2 developer Android-Andi to adapt this for the Tab2 models. I've tested the Recovery Switcher's beta/RC version and confirm he did it correct way, given credits and mentioned you multiple times there. I've clicked thanks button beyond all your posts in this thread, regrettably not so many people seem to do it.
Minor Update Released Check op for change log ?

Cool, @Flashalot
Please consider to replace PhilZ with the newest version next time, as Phil3759 has made important updates last week and solved some bugs that were there since v6.09.x (same bug also in CWM since v6.0.4.5 until today)

Support thread for Cyanogenmod 11 for Moto G
Debug Thread
This thread is meant to be a Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting thread for all the lost souls that encountered trouble that is unrelated to the development of the rom.
Do you have trouble finding which variant is supported?
Are you afraid it will brick your phone?
Are you unsure about the procedure for flashing the rom?
This is the thread to ask your questions and I will try to answer a few of them already in the OP.
General questions on how to unlock the bootloader and flash a custom recovery can be found in @matmutant's thread. This thread is only for Cyanogenmod specific questions.
Q1: Which phone variant is officially supported?XT1031, XT1032, XT1033 and XT1034) and Google Play Edition (XT1032).
Q2: How do you flash the ROM if you come from stock/other custom rom?Follow the steps:
unlock the bootloader
flash custom recovery
wipe /cache
format /system
format /data
install latest zip
install Google Apps
Q3: What to do if I want to update CM?All you have to do is flash the official CM on your device. You will get notifications about updates on your phone or you check manually in Settings -> About Phone -> CyanogenMod Updates. The OTA update works completely automatic with a supported recovery and you do not need to do anything else (no /cache wiping, /system or /data formating, no Google Apps installation).
Q4: Where do I get the latest download? You can find the downloads on the cyanogenmod information page. However, there are 4 different types (Nightly, milestone, release candidate, stable). You can find a description of the types on that page as well. Currently there are only nightlies and milestone builds available.
Q5: Which version do I need to download?Download the version with the latest timestamp (e.g. cm-11-20140219-NIGHTLY-falcon.zip ). It is a unified build and works with all supported devices alike.
Q6: Where can I find a change log?
You can find a change log on cmxlog.com and in the cyanogen updater, just click on the version number of the OTA.
Q7: Which custom recovery should I use?Currently, there are 4 custom recoveries: CWM Advanced Edition, CWM, TWRP, CWMSwipe. You can get the letter three from the OP of the development thread or by using search.
Q8: I am getting an error when doing OTA Update on CWM Advanced Edition. The storage is set wrong in the recovery. Boot into recovery go to "Advanced" and click on "Storage set to /data/media/0". Reboot your phone and do the OTA Update.
Q9: What is not working?Always remember that this is still an early build. It is far from perfect, however, mostly useable. You can find a list of bugs in the Debug Thread.
Q10: How to report a bug?Make sure that the bug persists after a clean install and is not just the result of a dirty flash. Format /cache, /system & /data, reinstall the rom and check for the bug. If it still persists report it in the Debug Thread
Q11: What is the AnTuTu Score for this ROM?It is around 17,000.
Q12: How can i enable On/Off screen with Flip Shell on MotoG under CM11?
The Flip Shell should work out of the box since CM11-20140317-NIGHTLY.
Q13: How to enable Immersive mode ?
Got to settings > interface > Expanded Desktop style.
Choose between Disabled/Status bar visible/Status bar hidden.
Long press power button and choose 'Expanded Desktop'
If there is something important coming in the discussions below, I will try to add this to the OP.
thanks to @dhacker29, @a1Pha, and all others that push the development of the Moto G.

Is it also known to work with the CM11 build from dhacker? I only tried CWM so far.
Uhhmm i don't know the reasons why it should not work with cm 11, but if so it would really strange and the dev should know this.
It is a nice idea to build a CM11 specific FAQ, though, it is pointless to duplicate global Q&A already hangin' in the already existing FAQs and Guides.
eg these ones :
[Q]: How do I unlock my bootloader?
[Q]: How do I install the recovery on my Moto G?

it works just checked!
I successfully instaled cm11 and its perfectly working. But I have a worry:
The CRT animation (from turn off screen) i'ts laggy. Its like at 2 fps or somethings, it isn't smooth at all. This lag is present also when I touch the multitask button, it takes like a second to show the apps. On some menus, the lag is present too.
The weirdest part is that a few hours ago, the lag dessappears, but now is back again.
Anyway with the same problem? or any solution? It will be appreciated

I'm using pink kernel last build btw, but i have this problems before with kernem from cm11

can you go to settings -> apps -> running and see if you RAM is full? If that is not the case than I would recommend reinstalling cm and see if it was just a faulty flash.

I think I will try the reinstall.
Is there any other wipe/formar/erase comand that you think I should use, if case this problem comes from a corrupted file?

If it is still present after a fresh install ( formate /cache /system /data) than it is probably a bug and you should report it to @dhacker29 in the development thread of CM11

Thanks for the info. I was wondering what the score is since I was unsure what to flash on my device, this or Nexus G+ ( Which scores over 18k )
And regarding your question, as long as you use Dalvik and not ART, it should work just fine
4 cores
Does someone know if the processor is working with all 4 cores now? Thanks!!

Wakelock
Hello Crash, firts of all thanks for the great rom, you did a great job.
But i have a little problem, my rom is upgraded from cm11s to your rom, and i have a constant wakelock from Google Play services, the "SystemUpdateService " service causes 7 hours wakelock for me, i have to shot it down by hand with a third party program.
My question is, this is caused by the upgrade from cm11s or because the nightly build ?
Before the install i flashd one of the cm12 nightlys.
Sorry for my bad english

GApps
Hi Crash,
I tried to reinstall your rom after I installed Blisspop 502 and GApps (pa_gapps-stock-5.0.1-20150307-signed.zip).
After reboot, all gapps crash (e.g.: youtube stopped working, play services stop working, etc.)
How can I avoid a full wipe?
Your help is very appreciated.

Hey Crash,
Love the ROM, one of the better ones I saw and it fits my needs perfectly
One quick question though, I saw on the cm nightly change log that support for recording calls was added for the opo however it's disabled.
I've read around that it needs to be enabled on build.
Are you able to enable it?
Thanks!!
I still prefer this ROM than Oxygen.
Thanks for build this sucker ! Love it so much
crash with DS audio
Crash rom was reli nice, especially the battery life. However, I have a NAS and home and tried to access it with DS audio (an app designed by synology). However it was forced to close it every time. Is there any way to solve this?

In the OP Point 7 of installation guide. That installs MagiskSU. Just install magisk manager to control root.
I'm coming from epic global ROM, do i still need to do the formatting?
Edit: by format system, do you mean factory reset or formatting the entire SD card where all files will be erased?

Gesendet von meinem Xiaomi Mi MIX
This is wonderful!
I ordered my Mix and it should arrive next week..and I was only DREAMING of CM14.1 build, as I'm not too fond of the "no drawer" Xiaomi does with the ROMs. Also Pixel Launcher is so nice to use!
@pappschlumpf you really made a happy man out of me!! I would ask one bit of info: did you use kernel sources from the Note 2? I was trying to understand how to perform a build by myself but lack of sources had stopped me. could you explain how you solved this?
Thank you!!
Fingerprint fixed! New zip in the OP
Great job, made in Germany ?
I'm perplexed by how well this rom works, great job dev!!

Great job sir you are a great guy
Wait did they release the mi mix kernel sources ? Looks like i'm behind
This is so exciting. Can't wait to try. My device was unlocked when I got it, but when I flashed the global software, I didn't realize that wipe and lock was ticked. So now my bootloader is locked. Since it is tied to the mi account and not the device, I have to wait for them to okay it. And they seam to be in no hurry. Silliest way ever for unlocking. Anyone know a way to speed up the process?

XET is coded in python, and should work with all xiaomi devices.
Features:
Backing up and restoring build.prop file
Changing DPI -Recovery
Installing Mi Mix 2 camera apk (Auto backup old file to /system/priv-app/MiuiCamera/MiuiCamera.bak) -Recovery
Installing custom grid size up to 10x10 (Auto backup old file to /system/media/themes/default/com.miui.home.old) -Recovery
Camera 2 API activation -Recovery
Removing system Apps -System (no root needed)
Downloading and installing twrp for supported phones (this with official TWRP) -System (no root needed)
Rebooting phone to fastboot, recovery, sideload, system -System (no root needed)
Checking bootloader status (locked/unlocked) - Fastboot
Sideloading zips (drag and drop) -Recovery
No root needed, only recovery or system in some cases (see ^)
At this stage, i'm aiming for people that want and CAN help me with testing
I suggest starting script within cmd (open cmd > drag and drop > enter) so you can easily send me screnshoot or details of error.
Also, code is open so feel free to fork it.
Download & Install (click)
And last think, if u want to appreciate my job, you could consider buying me beer or help me to keep my server up on paypal.me/Mezutelni

Right question is:
Do you want me to still maintain it?
I could rewrite whole script, update and fix it as much as i can, but i haven't seen much feedback, so, the question is, do you want me to keep it alive?

The XDA community is often "ungrateful" ...
They use everything but give you the most of the time no feedback. Only if something doesn't work and often not even then.

Ok, so i will update it, and try to maintain it, atm i have rewritten twrpinstallator, and did some other small stuff, but i still need to host my files, so if you want to help me, consider donating me on my paypal (link in 1st post).
Also, i want you, to tell me what new features you would like to see.
When my server will be up, i'll add gcam install and auto root option, also in near future, i'll "beautify" app uninstaller, afther this, i will record some youtube movies, with small how to install etc.
