Xperia L custom ROM can't install - Sony Xperia L

Hi
I have rooted and unlock boat loader for my phone C2105 at 15.3.1.A.14
Installed thunderzap as per guide "http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-l/general/guide-to-running-android-lollipop-t3041413" however when I install zip (pa_taoshan-5.1-20150822.zip) or cm12.1 , it always hangs after "patching system image unconditionally"........
After this nothing happens and have to take battery off which makes phone soft bricked (does not go beyond SONY or in case of thunderzap stucks on its logo) and I have to flash ftf using flashtool.
This has happened repeatedly with cwm, twrp (installed using Recovery-Installer-1.8-XL).
Plz help!

download ThunderZap-4.1.zip. Extract the zip file take bootjbcwm.img. put your mobile to fastboot mode. power off ur mobile & connect ur mobile to pc while pressing volume up key. open flash tool click thunder icon(in top of the left side) click fastboot mode select extracted bootjbcwm.img. wait for 5 sec. unplug cable & power on ur mobile boot into recovery mode with pressing vom up key wipe data, cache, dalvik cache, install the rom wait for 5 to 10 min. reboot system
If it is still hangs at patching system image unconditionally may be the downloaded file was currupted.

[Completed] [RESOLVED] Soft bricked Symphony Xplorer P6 is looping on TWRP splash screen

My device is the little known 'Symphony Xplorer P6'. Android L 5.0. It was rooted. And recently I flashed TWRP recovery using Mobileuncle. d-h.st/oEO9 this is the link to the .img file of the TWRP I used.
Later I installed Xposed installer and it tried to install Xposed framework but it didn't support my device. The install/update button was greyed out. So I went on XDA and found this alpha version of Xposed installer that works with Android L from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3034811
Then I downloaded "xposed-v78-sdk21-arm.zip" from the same thread and flashed it using TWRP. And rebooted. It rebooted straight to recovery. I needed to check if the newly flashed zip file worked and I could finally install Xposed Framework but it won't reboot to system. So I decided to clear cache. I selected just the cache partition and swiped to wipe. But it was stuck showing "wiping cache". It was wiping cache for a long time but normally just wiping cache doesn't take that much time. So I pulled the battery and rebooted to recovery. Then I wiped Dalvik cache. Still didn't boot to system. But the cache was clear. So I tried a factory reset (the first option that shows in TWRP on the wipe menu) after I pulled my sim cards and external SD.
And now whenever I turn on my phone it shows the boot logo (Symphony logo, my phone's brand) and then goes to TWRP splash screen and the display blinks after a few seconds and again its the TWRP splash screen. Means when it was supposed to show recovery options (Install, wipe, backup etc) the splash screen started again. And blinks again and splash screen again and so on untill I pull the battery. I know my phone is not bricked because it turned on (or is it?). As it is stuck at the TWRP splash Screen, It cant go into recovery mode where you have Install, Wipe, Backup etc. options.
What do I do now? Experts, please help the noob

I've downloaded and installed the USB drivers and Flash tool. Now downloading the stock ROM. As soon as download completes I'll begin flashing. Thanks for your links. Another thing, I've removed the battery and connected the phone via USB, the phone shows the charging screen for a moment then turns off, then again the charging screen and then turns off, Windows 7 is playing the device connected and disconnected sound as the screen happens. Is it normal?
Update: After clicking the download button in SP flash tool and connecting phone via USB the download procedure doesn't start. The device driver I installed was "Android Gadget VCOM driver (COM4)". I think I need the "MediaTek DA USB VCOM driver".. I'm going to install that.
Update 2: Installed "MediaTek Preloader USB VCOM driver" Download procedure started and running

Tutorial -How to unbrick Lenovo Vibe Z K910 with 2 sim cards

This is how i unbricked my Lenovo K910 (chinese version with 2 sim cards)
I was acidentally wipe everything,
by everything i mean on dalvik cashe, system, internal storage, data and cashe.
and after that phone was empty and stuck on lenovo logo and blue light, bootloader was locked, recovery and twrp recovery was erased....
If i hit power power for 10 seconds and more, lenovo k910 turns off...again i hit power and lenovo logo is on screen , and blue light, and i cant acess recovery, because it is erased.
Whole one day I tried everything what i find on lenovo forum, xda devolepers...etc, but nothing didnt work for me.
Basically i did it with instruction from firts 3 pages on this theme, but with modified twrp recovery, every time i try with diferent recovery, mostly i was trying with cwm recovery and 2.7 twrp but i was unable to boot into recovery mode.
This is how i did it,
1.Download this:
minimal adb fastboot v1.3.1 http://www.mediafire.com/download/q77gkew59y1kbwk/minimal_adb_fastboot_v1.3.1_setup.rar
modified twrp recovery 2.8.1 i find it on somewhere on xda..i can't remember where http://www.mediafire.com/download/ul6751ndjc05ujl/recovery.rar
download custom rom that you wont to install, i use a baralajbi rom from needrom v13.
2. Install minimal adb fastboot v1.3.1
3.In directory where you install minimal adb fastboot v1.3.1, copy recovery from step 1 and custom rom that you downloaded from step 1.
4. Remove Usb data cable from phone and turn off your Lenovo K910 by pushing power button for 10 and more seconds, untill your screen is dark and without, blue, green , and red lights on.
5.Run minimal adb fastboot v1.3.1 as administrator, and write this fastboot boot recovery.img but dont hit enter.
6.Now push both volume keys (volume up + volume down) and connect the usb cable. After vibration hit enter in cmd.
7.After a few seconds your phone will boot in recovery. You will see 2.8.1 twrp recovery on yor phone, and on computer my is windows 7 it will open 12 gb partition from phone, wait if computer neds to download drivers for phone.
8.If you are erease everything like i did, in that 12 gb partition it will be only twrp folder and nothing else.
Copy rom that you downloaded from step 1 in that 12 gb partition.(not in that twrp folder)
9.In twrp recovery on your phone hit Install, and you will see a lot of folders , i cant rememeber where it was copied my custom rom from step 1.
but it is not so dificult, open every folder on twrp recovery untill you find your rom, chose it, and swipe to install
10.After install complete and reboot your system. You're done
11. dont use " adb sideload " command it will result in error: device not found
12. If you got some problem with windows while download drivers for you phone, you can manually download lenovo usb drivers, you will fin them on almost every custom rom for k910 on needrom.
I only register on this forum, to write this, a lot of things I have read here has helped me, so I have an obligation to help someone else.
I wish you good luck.

hi
i use this
but when i press enter ro boot in recovery
its say faild device is locked
and could not unlock boot loder becouse device is dead and no adb commands work !!

YU Yureka with no OS stuck on a Bootloop and unable to enter recovery mode.

Hey guys!
So, i was trying to install CM13 unofficial version, and wiped the system and internal storage using TWRP recovery. I was supposed to install the rom from a zip file i had placed in the external memory card. What i did, was, i rebooted the phone by mistake, after wiping it from the recovery without installing the ROM and now the phone is caught in a bootloop. I know i am an idiot to do that. I tried removing the battery and reboot it in recovery mode using the key combination with no luck. It just starts the boot loop. I tried using fastboot and adb from pc to push files into the internal memory, but my device is not getting detected on the adb anymore (maybe the usb debugging is disabled now?).
What i guess is stopping TWRP recovery from showing up is the lack of twrp/themes folder in the internal memory since i wiped it. But there might be some other cause that i am unaware of. What do i do now? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
Hey! I'm having the same problem with my yu yureka.. Can anyone help me please!

Hi! I'm having the same problem with this post... Does anyone knows the solution of this problem. I'd be really glad if anyone could help me with this..please!
Hey are you able to boot into fastboot mode? If you can....
Prerequisites –
1. Make sure that you have 70-80% battery on your phone.
2. You need a PC and a USB cable to connect your phone to the PC.
3. Flashing the factory firmware will wipe all the data present in the internal memory. So, make a backup of that if you can.
4.Install all the necessary Device drivers.
DOWNLOADS -
1. Download the flash tools from here . http://www.mediafire.com/download/87gfz7mdch188an/Flashtools_For_Yu_Yureka.zip
2. Download the factory firmware from Here (cm 12.1) . http://builds.cyngn.com/factory/tomato/cm-12.1-YOG4PAS3JM-tomato-signed-fastboot.zip
Steps To Flash Factory Firmware –
1. Extract the flashtools zip in a new folder on the desktop.
2. Extract the factory firmware zip in the same folder and make sure that all of the flashtools files are also present.
3. Now, power off your phone. If you are stuck in a bootloop, then pull out the battery and reinsert it. (Do not switch on the phone.)
4. While pressing the Volume Up key, connect your phone to the PC with the help of a USB cable.
5. You should now see the fastboot logo on your device. If you did, leave the Volume Up key. (If you do not see the logo, retry the process.)
6. Now go to the folder where you extracted the flash tools and factory firmware and run the flash-all.bat by double clicking on it.
7. A command window will open and the flashing procedure will start. (Make sure that your device does not disconnect from your PC during the procedure.)
8. The command window will automatically close once the procedure is completed.
9. Disconnect your device and boot it up by pressing the Power button. (Since this is first boot after flashing the firmware, it may take upto 5 minutes.)
Done you should be back on cm 12.1

I flashed the factory image via YGDP tool as well as fastboot. But it boots upto a point and then goes in bootloop. Also if i wipe data/cache still it makes no difference. Also unlocked bootloader and twrp also don't load up. Again goes in bootloop.

Sorry to hear that anyway,
By stock lolipop you mean you had the yureka plus with Volte From factory right!!...if so the twrp might have been for the yureka plus with the cm bootloader which got replaced in the new Devcice
I am facing the same problem and in my case I dont think its an battery issue...I was happily using the CM 13.0 Snapshot Rom since a long time...but today morning when I did a soft reset by going into the settings in my yureka...the phone has gone in bootloop...and nothing is working...using fastboot I even flashed the twrp again and also flashed the CM 12.0 Stock firmware..but nothing is working...after the YU logo it restarts....please help...
I am also facing problem maybe worst

Ignore that and use other fastboot commands and go ahead, as your device is being detected in fastboot mode.

But when I am executing other fastboot commands it halts the process between with error "FAILED (remote: unknown command)".
I have read about this error and people suggested that I need to get into "Download mode" not "fastboot/bootload". To get into "download" mode I tried pressing "VoulumeDown+Power+Home", but nothing happened, it simply restarted the phone.
Please advise.

Sonx Xperia l Taoshan flash fail

I flashed my Taoshan using this instructions :
https://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-l/orig-development/rom-cyanogenmod-14-alpha-1-t3469162
So I downloaded all and place it on my sd card. Then turn off phone and boot into TWRP recovery.Factory reseted phone and 1st flashed rom.It says 2 times unknown command at the end but it says successful. Then flashed gapps for 7.1 and it says error code 70.So I know that I need to find smaller pack of gapps but I would do that later. Then I flash these all addons and fixes. If I remember correctly only 1 addon did not install. When I want to boot my phone to system it just vibrates and nothing on screen.Only black screen and if I only hold power button it vibrates every 5 seconds.Cant go to recovery or anything.I get my phone working back by connecting it with pc and sony companion program.Anyone know where I made mystake or any alternative roms to flash ? Also I cannot flash twrp on phone but I will success once.

Phone bricked , cant find a solution

I am using honor view 10 bkl- l09 c675 and i unlocked the boothloader and flashed cosmic rom. I didnt like the camera and the overall feel so i thought of installing the stock firmware but its not happening. After installing cosmic rom i cant use twrp. the official one doesn't flash anything and the unofficial one is not working. I have tried the sd card dload method , i have tried extracting via update extractor but there are no boot.img or recovery.img and no ramdisk recovery.img there is only system.img.
I am so confused rn. i have tried 10 different update.app form every page but nothing seems to work. The only option i can think off is funky huawie but its 40$. please help
PS : provide the links. it is stuck on bootloops and will the company help with it ?
Download full b130 package from FF, and use no check recovery to flash it.
Or flash system.img using fastboot commands
This worked for me (l09): https://forum.xda-developers.com/8-...awei-p8-lite-2017-honor-t3766652#post76463918
put the smartphone in fastboot ... holding down the volume key and insert the usb cable .... then flash the original file system, kernel stock and stock ramdisk.
- We turn off our mobile
- Keep the buttons pressed: ON / OFF + Upload Volume (do not release the buttons until the Huawei logo appears)
- Once past the Huawei logo, we release the buttons
- In a matter of seconds the recovery will appear
There are three options:
1. Reboot systema now (to exit)
2. Wipe data / factory reset (erase everything and leave it as the first day)
3. Wipe cache partition (clear the cache of all installed apps)
Very careful, just one click and do it without warning with another window
Good luck friend!!
