Need Modem.bin -- or some way to fix my Baseband

I wrote in a few days ago regarding my phone not being able to detect the SIM card.
From further studies, I found that the issue is likely my baseband. Here's my Tablet's info:

I am not sure if that's normal but I gather baseband unknown is not good. I'm trying to go for a fix and maybe reflash my modem file.
However I have two other complications:
* My broadband is down, I'm typing from a USB Dongle
* My tablet can't be detected by Windows. The issue started sametime the Sim coulnd't be found, I tried connecting the tablet to 3 different PCs and it couldn't be detected at all -- I can't even install USB drivers as the PC doesnt even recognize the phone. So I can't update via USB.
I can still connect via WiFi, might go to a place with WiFi and try "Software Update" to see if I can get a software update via the air.
But it seems my only other option is to flash via MicroSD in recovery mode.
Can I fix the baseband by flashing from MicroSD in recovery mode?

I think I screwed up, I flashed using Mobile Odin the 4.0.4 firmware found in one of the threads here for Hong Kong (can't find it anymore). The ICS here flashed my device to a P6200L --> And now Mobile Odin won't work with it! The baseband is still broken. So looks like I lost the ability to flash my device altogether now. I'll try KIES and hope I can do something in KIES, because the new firmware didn't fix the problem.

Ok, it's rare that I ask for help but I am baffled!
Phone is carrier unlocked and will not recognize ANY sim card
There are NO APN's shown
NO PHONE NUMBER

Mobile network type: unknown
Service State: out of service
Mobile Network stateisconnected
If I try going to network settings and scan available networks I get a "Connection not available"
WiFi works
It's like the Radio is stuck OFF??
1.Lent my Atrix 2 to a friend running perfect on 2.3.6,they got the "update available message" and said ok- update failed phone bootlooped crashed etc.
2. I have managed to get it running but on everything 2.3.5,2.3.6 and currently installed inlineflashing_edison_67.21.125_cfc_p3_apbp.xml.zip
3. Current Device info:

Try a factory reset, if no good flash one of the roms in the dev section.... worth a shot.....

Factory Reset-didn't work!
What custom rom would you suggest I try ? I did try the CM10 and it stuck on the Cyanogen Circle screen, I doubt a custom rom will make any difference . but it cannot hurt !!
Are there "dialer codes" for this beast ?
Where in the file system is the radio settings??
I am very close to giving up on this unit and renaming it the Atrix 2 Media Player Edition

Try the fsz again, this time the ics one.... other than that its def possible its broken...

[Q] xt926 Unknown Baseband Help

Something went wrong when flashed a beta 4.3 ROM and my phone soft-bricked. Was finally able to get it back up and running using the Droid Razr HD Utility 1.21. Flashed the stock ROM but it would hang in set up with the "This could take several minutes" message. However, I was able to load my TWRP backup files and have been able to restore both stock and the 4.2.2 ROM I was using when all this began. However, my baseband has NOT been restored with any restore or stock ROM I've tried. So I have no service and no data connectivity at all.

Tried a custom now I can't get a signal on my previous rom. no baseband no imei

I had Clean Rom Based l535VRBLK3. I installed CM10.1.2d2vzw.zip and now I have no bars and phone doesnt recognize my number. My baseband is VRBLK3. Do I need to update it VRBMF1 (latest one)?

Troubleshoot using post #2 for CM however you can see if flashing the VRBMF1 firmware will resolve your issues.

I tried diffrent modems and no luck ... I will try Clean Rom . The main reason for CM for me was Russian language

This is my phone info (taken from EFS Professional). I installed shortcut master and went in radio settings. It says GSM service : Emergency calls only. I tried hard reseting / apn change / mobile network automatic and manuall search but nothing shows. Changed from GSM to all i had in radio settings ( like GSM only / GSM auto PRL / etc etc) and nothing happened. I dont know what is wrong with this phone. IMEI is the same as the back cover.
Any suggestion please is highly appriciated

Try to reinstall stock firmware using KIES.
There is no fear for wrong firmware download since download perform by KIES.
However in my case, KIES2 asking S/N, not IMEI. On video he is using KIES3. Of course, you need active internet connection.
