Hi guys is it possible to install stock updates from Clockworkmod recovery without losing data (apps ecc)? I only needed to install a single patch but this invalidated OTA updates, I am not interested in other ROMs. If it's possible can you tell me where i can find the stock roms ready to be flashed with the custom recovery? Thank you!

Are there any limitations with systemless root? My main objectives with root would be installing Titanium Back Up and Adfree. How do you handle OTA updates?

Titanium is what I used it for and it works fine. Since I don't plan on taking the OTA, I haven't really worried about that. I'm running the last 6.0 soak test and when a final becomes available, I'll just flash that. IMHO, it's much safer that way anyway. ES Explorer is the only app I can't get root access for, Root Explorer works fine though but ES never even asks for root.

After the zip installation the first and second boot can't past the boot logo, while at the third attempt has been a success, maybe it's because you doesn't use twrp in temporary mode or because you have do a backup in the internal storage, in my moto g 2013 twrp backups in internal storage cause the brick of the phone.
