Exactly what did you flash? What is R10T3? And with what ROM?

I clean both cache's and flashed only the kernel. Now I tried to flashed the new releases and both gave me bootloops (flashing cache and dalvik) in Euphoria ROM

You failed to answer my question. If you want help you need to answer the questions that are asked of you.
I am running Euphoria Rom and I tried to flash RenderKernel R9 and my phone got stuck in the OnePlus boot animation. I Cleaned cache and Dalvik. Now I tried to flashed the 3 different Render Kernel R11 T5 version's with the same ROM and got the same results...Stuck in OnePlus Boot animation. What I did? I went to recovery and the clean cache's and then flashed the kernel.

Ok, that makes more sense now. Have you had a read through the Render thread to see if anyone else is having the same problem?
Yes sir, I read it. There are many people with the same problem. If can you see in the picture, one of those kernels was made to check that problem. I flashed and the problem persists

Just flash the stock Euphoria kernel back with fastboot and you should be fine.

Why are you using an app to install a ROM? You just need to use TWRP to install it. Anyway, it looks like you have the wrong firmware installed. Flash this:

phone info: HTC Desire S, SAGA PVT SHIP S-ON RL, HBOOT-2.02.0002, RADIO-3831.19.00.110
How did you unlock your phone? Did you use HTCDev?
I USED HTCDev!!
Yes the phone is unlocked! I had ICE DS 5.3 for 2 month installed i made upgrade to 6.0 and now wifi dont work. But FM Radio work supper.
I tried to install PG88IMG.zip via 4EXT Recovery and i get Instalation aborted is there some other way to do that?
I'm confused.
BYe,
Andrej
Did you flash the kernel as well?
No, how can I flash kernel and why, there is no mention in to do that when upgrading to 6.0. And whit what I must flash kernel some other version or patch???

If your phone has been unlocked then you need to flash the kernel every time you flash a new ROM. Technically you might, sometimes, get away with it - but it is best to ALWAYS flash it. Search for flash boot.img and you should find what you need.
So if I understand you, I must use boot.img from ICE_DS_v.6.0.zip and manual flash the kernel via "fastboot flash boot boot.img" ?
Thank you for answer.

Thank you, I cant understand way that was problem on 6.0 but it was not on 5.3, it is possible that my old kernel and 5.3 was the same??
again thank you

That is possible, yes. I don't remember exactly, but i think 5.3 may have the unmodified stock ics kernel, which was probably what you had previously.

If I rememver exactly, 5.3 already has a tweaked amidabuddha kernel.
But probably the same as in an earlier version of ice_ds, I assume

i've not been able to install any of the latest rom's(4.4.4) and i have no idea why, firstly i wanted to try MoKee, the installation was fine, but the moment the loading animation started, it would just stay animated indefinitely, then i tried the other latest roms like slimrom, PA, and they all do the same thing, stuck at animated boot logo.
i've tried to install 2.7.1.0 TWRP, that just freezes when i enter it, i then installed CWM 6.0.4.9, the UI is very blurry, but i can navigate it just barely to install/wipe/clean the rom's i've listed above.
the only thing that i can think of is that its something to do with the bootloader and/or the kernel.
i've re-installed the previous working version of paranoid saberdroid, and everything is fine again.
any help would be great, thank you.

I believe that the newer ROMs kernel is version 3.4. Those only work if you've updated to the official KK rom sent Ota. That is what I think

Good Evening/Hello/Hi,
I own a sgh-i997 and I am running stock firmware (Froyo 2.2), rooted and bootloader unlocked. I was attempting to update to KitKat 4.4, I succeded in installing 2013.04.30-CWM-Synthesis-1.2Ghz.zip Kernel with SGS kernel flasher and that installed CWM, then I attempted to flash CWM flashable EFS to backup my IMEI. Then I installed the CM9 (ICS) rom and when I rebooted the phone and went into CWM i encountered this

Curious if you can use the unbrick (via Odin) instead (to get you to Gingerbread as well), but the above would be a good starting point nonetheless

What is the resolution of this bootanimation
For the black bootlogo zip, I went to flash it and got "file_getprop: malformed line "Jul": /system/build.prop not a prop file?" and then got error 7. Think it's a problem with the rom I am on (Tipsy)? Or a problem with the zip itself?

It(unable to open loop device) is actually a compatiblity issue; check Post. Also this issue may have occurred due to some wrong procedure following; check Post comment #125.
Maybe, what i feel is that your phone is stuck in bootloop?
I would suggest you to flash the twrp again, and flash the custom rom after that again, with proper procedure. Be patient and chill. Your device is gonna be alright.
I would link a YouTube tutorial for flashing twrp on Poco X3, incase you need.
Also there is no official twrp available for Poco X3. Maybe the issue could be bc of that too. But hey, you can still try.

Alright but I don't have any issue other than not being able to root. Everything in my phone is working 100% fine. So I think I should let it be the way it is until I get some unskippable error. Thanks
