Hi guys,
I'm in a trouble....
I own a TL10 phone..
flashed international system and recovery and fastboot..
after rebooting..
now is in rescue mode
"error:
func NO: 10 (func_boot_recovery)
ERROR NO 2"
tried to connect to hisuite tool but it doesn't recognise the device...
tried a restore holding power + vol+ + vol-
but it fails..
any help?
Did you tried 3buttons method? If now working, you must find the way to flash the stock recovery (correct one) trough adb commands (provided that your PC recognise the HAM7 via USB).
Sent from my S5+ using XDA Free mobile app
Or try connect.to HiSuite?

3buttons procedure works with stock recovery only. Download your ROM (right one) from the official website, extract the RECOVERY trough the proper software (search in this forum for it) and glash the stock recovery in place via adb commands.

adb device .. no device in my list..
so it's bricked!
Try reinstalling the usb driver. Try another pc windows. When "adb device" is shown, you're done.

connect your phone and see bricked rescue mode screen,
while the phone is connected to pc, press and hold: Volume Down + Power buttons.

Sadly no. I dont think there is a solution for that at least for now, because the missing files or modules cannot be flashed via fastboot i think.
I flashed all img files I can, but it didnt work. May be a custom rom with zip file can work, but there is no custom rom with android-info.txt for Mate 7.

I have bricked M2 D2303. I don't know how it was bricked for the first time(it's not mine), but yesterday I temporarily resurected it by flashtool. It booted and worked few minutes on any system(i dont remember what it was) After trying to put customrecovery it started to bootloop.
Now Flashtool doesn't see this device anymore, but fastboot is stil alive. I flashed CM12.1 boot.img - it showed sony logo, android logo and then bootanimation(blue waves). After few more tries of flashing different images it doesn't start to boot, screen remains black. I searched for boot, system and userdata IMG packets, but I've found only this one: http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-m2/general/aosp-5-0-2-d2303-progress-t3073842
After flashing nothing happens. Fastboot still works, but flashtool doesn't.
I don't have any idea how to resurect it now...
I've never had any sony android device... My only ones were nexuses and Oneplus One.
Try repairing using Sony PC Companion...This may solve your problem
Than you. I tried to follow this instruction: http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/Xperi...uctions-using-Pc-Companion-Win-or/td-p/249946
But in my version of app isn't any "repair phone/tablet" button

Download the TWRP recovery and OmniROM or any other flashable ROM.
Flash the recovery through fastboot.
Reboot into the recovery, allow /system modification and install the ROM; reboot to system.
Then re-flash stock if needed.
Maybe stupid question. I've already tried to unbrick via recovery yesterday, but I can't boot it. I flashed TWRP by "fastboot flash recovery twrp.img" but i wasn't able to boot. ADB works only on android and there is no fastboot command to boot recovery. I tried some hotkeys like volume up/down, both, but they do nothing.
fastboot boot twrp.img also returns an error.

If the bootloader is locked you shouldn't be able to flash any .img file. It it isn't unlocked in order to flash a recovery the phone must have a kernel (Sony made them for KK) that supports the recovery in a separate partition. Stock Xperia phones don't. Flashing any random .img file I won't be surprise if the phone gets bricked, it isn't like in many other phones.
Anyway, to fix it you must be able to flash via flash mode. Flashtool when connecting a phone reports in the log which mode is enabled (if the phone gets recognized at all). So you can use it to see if anything is alive. If the flash mode is dead for any reason but fastboot still works you must a kernel for Xperia M2 flashable via fastboot, if any is available. That may reopen the flash mode and from there do a phone repair from PC Companion.
Oh, and as usual if you are in Windows be sure all USB drivers are correctly installed..

To repair your phone by using PC Companion you have to go to Support Zone: 1
Then follow the steps (sorry for the language i can't change it) : 2
3
I hope it will help you
Hope your Xperia will fixed bro,
Keep your spirit
@Miche1asso
Fastboot mode works, I'm able to flash any boot image.
Windows drivers are installed correctly because flashtool repaired this phone few days ago.
Wchich kernel to flash? Recovey-friendly one? It's for 4.4.4, but last installed system was lollipop. I am able to flash system via recovery on bricked sony device? On my Oneplus One it's impossible.
Or rather any original kernel to revive flashtool?
Unfortunately most of download links are dead :/
@tromine It would be better if my PC companion worked the same... Support zone shows nothing.
Edit: I flashed this kernel: http://www.android.gs/install-cwm-recovery-on-sony-xperia-m2-lte/ It's a progress - its shows sony logo again I tried few times to boot into recovery bu every time it stucked on sony logo. I pressed power off button (next to sim/sd) and left it for few minutes on c harger and... It booted into recovery (without any volume hotkey)
It looks like stock recovery on my oneplus or zenfone:
I am able to flash system using it? Only stock one or any?
O rather i should flash any other recovery?
Push zip file via ADB or any other way to tho this?
Or one question for everything: What's the fastest way to flash CM12.1 from there?
Edit: Nearer than farther Now I have CWM v6 on it But it still can't flash any system image
It says installation aborted; error in storage(...).zip; can't partition non mmbcblk device: /devices/msm_sdcc.2/mmc_host
Edit3: I tried 4 roms(stock rooted, CM12, CM11 and one more) and the same error. I have no idea what to do next... cant partition... maybe flashing userdata? It was flashed recently... Anyone knows what can i do?
sorry for doubleposting, i can't delete it.

A couple of things: Did you update PC Companion to the last release? It must have the option to repair the phone somewhere. I can't help much on that because I use the OS X version, but the option is there on one of the top menu.
Anyway, since you managed to flash a working kernel (with CWM) the phone isn't bricked. From there (the CWM) I would flash a full custom ROM which includes a kernel with CWM, obviously wiping everything (cache and data). The kernel must belong to the ROM to avoid further troubles. At that point hopefully the flash mode is restored. But even if it isn't from there with the last PC Companion repair the phone.
PS: I realize I messed up a bit writing in English in my previous post. But it seems you've got what I meant anyway.
I use the newest flashtool and PC companion downloaded from sony page. I updated them.
I searched few times, but my pc companioj just hadn't got repair option.
CWM wasn't able to flash anything(alwatys the same error)
Anyway... I installed flashtool on Linux Mint. It detected device immediately. As linux version is hardly outdated, it couldn't flash anything on this device(device list stopped on Xperia T/S - no M/M2) but somehow it unlocked my xperia.
When I next time tried to use flashtool on windows it just detected it and flashed stock.
Now I'm on 5.1.1 and everything works fine Thanks!
I'm still on FRD-L09C432B101, haven't had the need to update yet everything just works great. I WAS rooted. Now with nougat around the corner I thought i would prepare my phone for that creamy deliciousness. Said and done i began working on it last night by unrooting through the superuser app (not my smartest move maybe but I couldn't adb and push stock recovery, I just kept getting an error) so I tried to flash recovery.img through twrp which allowed me to try the dload folder method. But everytime I boot into erecovery the phone wants to use wifi and download the update but fails. So now I'm stuck with no root and what seems like no stock recovery for some reason and to top it off unable to use adb.
I think I need some expert help here?
Hey,
Follow this, it should be ok :
- Turn of your phone
- Put the right update.app in the dload folder at the root of your SD CARD
- Plug your USB to your computer
- Press Volume Down and Power button, you will boot in bootloader mode
- Flash the original recovery with fastboot command
- Unplug your USB cable
- Reboot the phone with volume down, volume up and power button pressed
Your phone should update to original.

The FRD-L0xCxxx is your phone model
the B101 in this example is the software version, you need the one that matches your model
and has a higher number than yours for example the next update from B101 is likely B201
search the forums for the firmware or use Huawei firmware finder
guys can someone help me? I should do a clean installation of the system through the "dload" procedure, I state that I'm now using l-09c432b401 (bootloader unlocked) passed a thousand times by various custom rom, flash several stock firmware but they gave me errors, I finally solved partially through the PC flashing boot / vendor.img partition .. here is the phone, but missing various functions .. the point is that I can not install the firmware via the original recovery because it hangs at 5% ... all tried the firmware ... To force phone shutdown press and hold "vol+" and power button for 8-9 seconds.
After this, to enter bootloader mode when Flashtool asks for it press "vol-" and plug USB to the computer. When the led is green you can release the button. Be sure to have drivers installed on the computer.

i just flash my device without wipe sin, and it works. thank you so much for being with my success...:highfive:
now my device is starting up showing xperia logo and loading
do you know how long it will take to boot up.
I've tried like heck to find the answer before asking but to no avail. I'll keep it short:
- Phone will not boot, comes up to blue Honor boot screen, shuts off and immediately comes back on, off, on, off
- Can get to Fastboot (blurry image attached)

- device is locked, usb debugging is off (was attempting return to stock)
- CMD shows fastboot device but won't perform any flash or unlock commands (failed: remote command not allowed)
- have yet to get to recovery or erecovery
Is this trick in the button combos? I've tried them all repeatedly, is there a single instant I have to hit them/let them go?

Download the full firmware for your model.
Extract the zip. Copy the contents (with update.app) to dload folder on sd card.
Power off the phone( it is already off i think)
Press vol up+ vol down+power key
It should start flashing the stock firmware

Good luck. Hope for the best
Not that anyone is still here but the dload method will not work. The phone won't leave the boot loop and go into recovery. Tried every button combo and timing I could to no avail. I have given up.
You should be able to remotely factory reset it through Google Find My Device
Try DC Unlocker I had this issue and it worked

Which is your problem. You can boot to fastboot and PC recognize your phone?

I can boot into fastboot and it says "relocked". At Command Prompt "fastboot devices" shows the phone but any command (flash, update, oem unlock) all give me an error of "remote command not allowed".

As I can see you are proud owner of a softbricked phone.
My recommendation: take it to an authorized service center and let them fix it.

It simply means I'm asking for any update on this issue. And I was curious how OP was able to flash a custom rom since for doing so you need a custom recovery. Hence, I asked how he was able to flash a custom recovery since there are no TWRP or Orange Fox version for this.
YOU DON'T FIND CUSTOM RECOVERY?
