I did do a search so sorry if I missed it. I rooted my sons phone and he likes it, minus 2 big issues. He can't send group messages nor pictures. He simply wants to go back to a basic/stock ROM as he does not care to make a ton of changes outside of getting rid of the normal bloatware.
Any suggestions on a stock ROM that will meet his wants/needs?
CleanRom, no question.

I just checked with him and he is on Clean Rom 5....I asked him and he is ok with going back to the stock settings...so any idea how I can go about doing that?

Flash Cleanrom 6.2 or whatever is the latest 4.1.2. Cleanrom 5 is old and outdated 4.1.1. Full wipe and will be close to stock. Or flash Scott's stock 4.1.2 deodex which is stock and only deodexed.
Hey guys, iv been looking for the original Google edition dump rom for like 30 minutes..
I may be overtired or just blind but for the life of me I cant find it, I want to start my own development project once I receive my S4..
If someone could please supply a link to the original unmodified version of the ROM that would be greatly appreciated, preferably deodexed to save time hehe.
Here is the full unmodified system dump (not flashable, odexed):
http://dl.androidtaskforce.com/OEM/Samsung/Galaxy_S4/GalaxyS4_Google_Edition_SystemDump.zip
Would be nice to get the Odin flashable version of this. Can't use rooted ROM because of some work apps, so Odin flashable is preferred if someone could help.

Reread it again. He was asking for 4.2.2, not 4.3.
Thanks for the post guys, appreciate that.
Is there a difference between the 4.2.2 dump and 4.3 dump in terms if battery life and stability?

4.2.2 it's an stable release, while 4.3 it's just an alpha release leaked.

You could find answer to that question and more, just by searching in the S3 thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1710613

You're running Optipop, a custom rom, and Uber, a custom kernel. You're going to have to update manually. You're not tied to that rom/kernel but it's a good combo.

Thanks how do i update manually? Sorry for all the questions

You can`t if you have have a custom rom, recovery, kernel and changed the system. You have to be full stock and made no alteration in any way to the system.

Oh ok,thanks. Anyway to go back stock or should i leave well enough alone?

It's in the OP.. In the AT&T folder. There's no lollipop TOT. You'll need to ota update to get it after flashing

Like I said the OP... If you follow the guide youd be stock. This method puts you back to 100% stock.

I would like to add , if you want to be rooted make sure after installing KitKat stock to root and then to install a custom stock based Rom like Cloudy or any of the stock based Roms here in XDA, if you install all the updates for lollipop you Won't be able to root and you'll have to go back to KitKat to root. I talk from experience.

Bad advice is not good. Lollipop is easily rooted.

If you are OK with keeping TWRP and root, you can go here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/att-lg-g3/development/rom-lg-d850-20f-lollipop-5-0-1-extras-t3052041
or here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/att-lg-g3/development/rom-20f-stock-rom-debloated-t3059610
It will be much easier to flash one of these than to do the full stock restore back to kitkat
