Can you go into Bootloader/Fastboot? (Volume Down + Power)
EDIT: Read your other thread. You need to flash a stock recovery. You can do that via fastboot. Flash a stock recovery, format SD card, then flash a custom recovery again and you should be good to go.
Process of flashing any recovery is easy. Refer to the method in my signature, you just need to follow the RECOVERY FLASHING PART ONLY.
Other necessary info is also available.

Great. Now you have a stock recovery. Just format the SD Card from recovery and the SD should be good.
Afterwards, you can flash any custom recovery and mess around with flashing ROMs etc.

Download This. Open the zip file with 7-Zip or WinRAR, go to firmware.zip, extract recovery.img.
Then flash the recovery in the same way. This is the stock recovery and not TWRP.
I am assuming your phone to be S3 and updated to Jellybean already.

I never personally had it screw things up.. it always just ended up disabled. You can use the RUU i linked above to upgrade without any issue. You will just need to flash TWRP and supersu afterwards.

I get to the main screen and a message saying "Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped" I hit ok and it keeps popping up, and i can't log into my phone?

Run the s-on ruu I posted. It will fix that. Then flash twrp and supersu.zip in twrp to re-root.

But TWRP can flash recovery.img itself. Switch to IMG instead of ZIP in the Install menu.
