Does it come with the LG Backup app? Does the stock LG launcher work?
LG backup is included, as is stock launcher but launcher won't open due I believe to non-standard DPI
lg launcher also works..and dpi seems to be stock..
Yes you are correct, Home launcher does work and DPI is set to 480

Hi. Flashed this rom yesterday and working perfect. It is as snappy as V10f on ART. The only problem is the native email client won't charge any emails... I can configure all the accounts but the emails won't load.
Aside of this, everything is working flawlessly

Problem with recovery
I flashed the future v3 rom , so i have lose the recovery... i'm trying to flash with lg flashtool but i can't.... someone can help me plz???

I also have problem with bluetooth (it can pairing but cannot transfer data and sound)

How do you flashed drake? I am stack on future v3 5.0.1 and can't flash kzd. There is no recovery , no restore, lg tools does not work. Stock rom in form tot and dll is vanish. Please help. I am i troble.

D838 Freezing sometimes
After installing Drake v1 my phone was working fine until yesterday when it froze thrice. And what freaked me out was when i woke up in the morning it was switched off and wouldn't turn on even when i plugged in a charger. But after sometime when i plugged it to my laptop it turned on. Any ideas why this happened? Keeping in mind i did everything as mentioned.
How to get back to D838 stock ROM from Drake Android 5.0.1 V1
I flash my G pro 2 (16G) to Drake Android 5.0.1 V1. It works OK, due to some reasons, I would like to get back to stock ROM. But, no matter how hard I tried to use KDZ way to flash back to stock ROM, it always says "No upgrad items to fix."
Can anyone assist me to flash back to stock ROM again?

Good work done and i can guess that this rom was taken from future v3.0 but its good u edit for good but its only for d838 but can b installed on f350 variant.. but come to actual point that i m having same issue as i had with future v3.0 that i can't send ams to anybody.. do u have any solution to that?? And nice job done bro..
After installing this u will get cross error on flash tool while going back to stock but i managed to come back to stock and at the moment i m at stock f350k as sms problrm is prevailing in ur rom for me..

Hello guys, i have a P500h cellphone, with the v10a S.O and yesterday i installed the Custom Recovery and then create the NAND backup for installing the Prime V2 ROM.
The ROM work very very fine, but i have a question about a app that dont come with this release: NDrive.
In my country (chile), the P500 are sold with this great app, but in the Prime V2 isnt installed. Can i port the NDrive app to my new one installed ROM?.
With Custom Recovery i can switch between both roms, and i though that i can "copy" the app and then "paste" in the other rom (using the SD card).
My last question is related to the apps2sd present in Prime V2. I know that all the apk installed reside in the ext3 partition for leaving the internal memory free as possible...but, can i install Prime V2 without partitioning the SD?. This is because if someone remove the SD card, my phone dont start anymore (if someone steals my phone my Theft Aware dont work anymore .

Thanks to all. Problem is solved, the app must be backed up before the wipe (saving the system/app and the /sdcard/ndrive).

i was using ndrive when the phone was unrooted. then im using igo navigation its much more better than ndrive.
Hi all, I'm having a problem trying to update to ICS!
Here's my phones details before I explain:
1: Samsung Google Nexus S GT-I9020/GSM
2:Running NSCollab 1.0.60
3: Baseband=I9020XXKB1
4: Franco Kernel 2.6.35
First off I'm not sure if my phone can house the ICS update because I'm not 100% sure of my model (checked box & contents & under battery!) ???
I understood that you needed to be on android stock GB 2.36 before you could update, so this is what I did! I lost my signal/network & couldn't connect or even see the vodafone network I'm on so I reverted back to my NSCollab 1.0.60 nandroid backup, only to find the same no signal/network problem! I tried again (back to stock 2.36, still no signal!) powered off, used fastboot to flash cwm 5.0.20 recovery image, then tried to update ota ICS 4.03 after renaming to update.zip! (previousle ported to sd/card!) It worked but got stuck on ICS boot animation for nearly 20 min's before I had to pull battery! I retried a few times, but kept getting 07 errors! So then, back to bloody NSCollab 1.0.60 nandroid backup "AGAIN" , Only to spend half the day trawling google, here & numerous sites to restore my signal/network again, but this time having to get back my original imei, as after repairing it produced a 00............0000 generic one?? Got it up & running now with my baseband showing (as above!), original/true imei & signal/network!
So the questions are these: 1: Can the ota ICS update available now go on my model nexus s???? (Still confused as to my model!?) 2:Why ICS boot animation froze & 07 errors??? 3:Why when I revert to stock do I lose my signal/network? because with no network you can't even check updates for phone in settings coz no signal!!
If anyone can help a friendly noob with these questions I'll be forever in their debt, lol! If the ICS update that's availabe as of now isn't compatable with my nexus s model (???) then I won't even try again till it is, & if it is compatable, then this thread is coming from a very disgruntled ICS hungry chap, lol!
ps: no questions about how I got my signal/network & original imei back please! I'll post another thread about this when I have time! CHEERS PEOPLE!

First trying to download and installed Stock Rom v2.3.4 for your phone ( attention for your phone !!!) , ....after that you will see an update(OTA update) of v2.3.6 - just installed it. Now you can really update on OTA ICS 4.0.3....good luck!

Waitt!!! you can try installed Stock Rom v2.3.4 ...and after that I think you don't need to update to v2.3.6 ....try updated direct on ICS 4.0.3 with recovery mode ....

Thnx for reply surdu_petru, I won't try this just yet as I'm scared of losing my signal/network again, then not being able to recieve OTA updates of any kind! Will wait for hopefully more replies & answers first! Insidentally could you share with me how you can work out stock rom 2.3.4 is specific to my nexus s model? Obviously if it is correct version then it should also already have correct radio version so I don't have to flash another!?

Also, keep in mind, if those apps are dependant on touchwiz and your ROM is not touchwiz....they will probably not work. Just keep that in mind.
Hi, I'm far from an experienced modder. I only root for hotspot tether, to eliminate Sprint bloat, and for certain apps that need it (like call recorder). I currently have the RODT ND2 4.4.2 ROM and want to find the least complicated way to get to a STABLE, rooted, official-ish version of Lollipop. I'm not looking of an adventure or to do this regularly.
Can anyone please advise:
Which ROM would be least complicated to install? Will it support OTA updates or no?
What's the best way to keep (or transfer) all my app data without corrupting things or having to reset every app?
Any known issues I should watch out for in the upgrade process?

Check metalfan's rom in this section. It's close to stock and he got rid of annoying pop-up notices

1. You need to flash the full tar 5.0 with Odin
2. Titanium Backup
3. You can't run any 5.0 roms until you have updated everything with the tar (bootloader specifically)

Side note, only the full tar, unrooted, will get OTAs. Custom roms will not.

Also, I read somewhere that lollipop had a somewhat different file system. Will that cause problems with apps/data restored using Titanium from 4.4.2?

I didn't have a problem restoring apps. Tdunham has a basically stock rom but I don't think he is doing much with it now, MOAR is stable and ever evolving, my rom is pretty stable as well as it is based off of tdunhams rom with a few features from MOAR.
I rooted my z5 and trying to return stock rom.
I have Lineage os installed found no Volte option.
But i can't return to bootloader locked stage and stock rom using flashtool.
Any other is possible to get to stock rom or just Volte option alone ?

well mate without flash tool as you say you can't flash stock rom there is no other way if you want full stock, however you can always install a rom thats based on stock like https://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z5/development/rom-rxsw-moonbreakers-edition-t3454984 which is marshamllow decent battery life and everything should be working if you do not like marshmallow perfectly understandable; when looking for sony based custom roms go ahead and check out the description of the op and see what the custom rom is based on and if it has included stuff like lineage or aosp which is NOT STOCK therefore volte will not work as it is not based on stock but if its something like 32.4.A.1.54 then thats obviously stock nougat... hope i was any help shame lineage does not have volte because its becoming quite inconvenient for many users lol forcing them to switch to stock roms... oh well we cannot always have what we want.
