[Completed] [Q] Sudden Battery drain in One plus One - XDA Assist

Hi ,
My name is Nitin and i recently bought OnePlus One from US. From past 3 days I am facing very strange issue. My battery percentage will be around 28% and sudden within a flash of second the mobile will be off. It was not happening before. Dont know after the latest update it is happening. I somewhere read that it is due to double tab screen. Hence i disabled it but no use. Today is the 3rd time I have observed this.I am running on 44s(Latest Update) Please let me know what should I do?

[Resolved] [Q] Samsung Note 3(hltexx) Carbon Rom Battery Drain

Hi guys, this is my first post on XDA and I hope I had already searched enough before posting.
I have made a clean install of the Carbon ROM on Note 3 (hltexx) following the instruction on this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2630134 specifically at post number 198 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=50325593&postcount=198
Everything goes well, although I face a problem with battery drain. Even when phone is idle no wifi/data/sync is active it losts about 30% over 6:30 hours. The main processes that use battery are Cell Standby and Phone Idle.
Is there any way I could find the root cause of the problem? I had installed BestBatteryStats. If there is something usefull i could post from this application I could do it.
Resolved installing latest nightly build.

Battery related issue

Hello,
I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 and have been facing some issues with the battery which is troubling me alot from past 1 week.
The problem that I am facing with my phone is that first day I kept my phone and the battery indicator showed 93% charged in the morning, I thought due to some problem my phone didn't fully charge even after keeping it on charge for like whole night and I kept on facing this problem day after day. I figured out that if I remove my battery and put it back the battery indicator changes to 100%.
To cut the whole story short, I would like to know is it a hardware or software related issue because my phone is under warranty and I can get my battery replaced anytime.
P.S - I thought this would be the best place to ask this question. I couldn't find a better place to post this.
Thanks & Regards,
Sabhay Tandon

[Completed] nexus 7 2012 WIFI (nakasi) battery drain problem

my nexus 7 2012 wifi (nakasi) is having serious battery drain problem now (at first it was not having any problem but recently its having this problem). The battery drains from 100% to 0% in 1 hour ( i have a rooted one with GREENIFY for hibernation of all apps). then after i turn it on after the heat have gone from the nexus, it will have some 90% charge left in it. Irritated with this problem, someone please help me. I was using kitkat 4.4.4, but due to this problem i have downgraded to 4.2.2, but the battery drain problem persists!
Please Review [APP][2.1+][21 Dec. - V2.0RC4] BetterBatteryStats
Please install that App and take a text Log following the instructions in that thread. Make sure to take an Idle log. An Idle log is one where you reboot, then make sure the BetterBatteryStats app is working fine, and then leave the tablet alone for at leat 5 hours.
you may post such a log in that thread for the experts to review and provide suggestion on your problem.

[Q] WiFi causing battery drain

Hello,
Looks like my home WiFi is causing battery drain in my OnePlus One. When it's turned ON I lose 30-35% during 24 hours and when it's OFF 5-7% (assuming that phone lies not used).
My device is rooted, running 05Q OTA and stock kernel. 4G is disabled. WiFi signal is quite low at the place where I used to use my OPO. But I don't think that is the casue of battery drain. My Nexus 7 (with CM12) doesn't have this problem. Maybe it's my router firmware?
You can see all screenshots at imgur (dot) com/a/kqquU (sorry for that but I can't post links because I don't have 10 posts on the XDA forum).
Overall my battery isn't that bad but the fact that lying device is awake for around 22% of time makes me worried.
I asked for help from OP support but according to them there is no issue with my battery. Hopefully you can help me.
Sorry for my bad English.
Cheers,

[Completed] Moto G (XT1032) Battery Issue

First of all, hello to everyone on the team of XDA Assist and thank you for having this great forum. Okay, now to the big deal, so this issue starts since the first day I changed to Lollipop through the CM 12 Nightlies, the main problem is that my battery drains a lot in idle (like 20% in 4 hours while on 3G mode and 2-3% per hour on WiFi) and also, my battery gauge is wrong (e.g: I use my phone and it stays at 60% then it suddenly drops at 57%) and I dont know if this is a software issue or a hardware issue, here is a list of the things I have tried:
Wiping Cache/Dalvik/Factory reset/Data
Calibrating the battery with a "calibration" app on the PS
Changing the ROM, I have tried CM12, 12.1 and Im actually running BlissPop 5.1 (Same problem on all of the 3 ROMS)
Letting the battery fully discharge and charge from 0% (When I connect my phone to the wall charger while the phone is off, it will turn on by itself)
And I dont know what to do anymore, seriously this is getting me crazy and yes, I already posted on the Moto G subforum but no one answered... so I guess they dont know how to fix my issue? However, I know this is not a helpdesk so I would like to know what else can I do or where other subforum can I go to fix my problem already.
Thanks in advance.

Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. The best I can tell you is to post in your device's forum. They are the experts on your device. But I'd go back to stock and see if you still have the same battery issues. If you don't then it's an issue with the Rom you flashed.
