I was just wondering that which kind of game-data does our phone support? Is it Adreno like S II or something else?
Many thanks in advance ...

i was speaking about gaming , i don't know in your country but in italy s2 plus it's at 165€, in the same range of price there is lg g2 mini and lg L90, both with snapdragon 400 and adreno 305 960x540 display resolution , if they have an optimized software gaming expirience could be realy nice

OMG.... if it is as it say in the news, I want one
Anyone know anyting about this new phone?
why? Nothing revolutionary there ...... maybe great but the description is a bit vague to tell.
I know nothing.. Would like to know more
^^ here you go, check out this link.
It certainly looks like a decent spec BUT previous phones from GloFish have had problems with their ROM and practically zero cutomer support, try using a T-Mobile Sim card in one last years units and it won't work for a data connection - their customer support knew about the fault but did nothing to fix the issue. Its not something I would risk a few hundred quid on to be honest - Mike
Thanks for the link master athlon.....
Samsung S3C6400 533 MHz Processor... hummm... anyone knows if this processor has 3D inside like the Qualcomm MSM7201A 528 Mhz processor?!?!?!?

Yeah, people do seem to beat up on E-Ten, even though I've never heard of an HTC phone working the way it should out of the box. I'm really excited about this phone, the specs are comparable to the Diamond, plus dual SIMs, plus a microSD slot, plus a real battery.

I looked it up here, and it doesn't say anything about 3D acceleration. It does support 2D acceleration, though.
Any one who has this phone. Comments on the performance please.
I wish HTC would produce a device with DVB-T, would make a nice pocket tv device

It's very fast and responsive, uses SPB Mobile Shell like a lot of Glofiish devices. Alas, no accelerated 3D support but the Samsung processor DOES have accelerated 2D support.
VGA screen is crisp and clear, and dual SIM function is really good.
they are brave enough to come out with a unique dual sim WM device and I love it!
The ROM upgrade had been done only once? Guess its bec they are being bought by Acer so there's a little company adjustment of personnel or the like
Hi all,
I have a simple question: does it have a "standard" 3.5mm audio jack or a smaller 2.5mm one?
Thanks,
Davide
Says here that it's a 2.5mm jack.

You should be able to find the S2 used on eBay (et cetera) in your price range. At least, I saw them around $200USD when I was looking about 4 months ago.

i don't think i'll be able to buy mobile phone from eBay..
So Ace III has been released 2 days ago. Obviously I will be getting one whenever possible.
Let's start a development thread for this new device, shall we? Let the discussions roll.
eeee VideoCoreIV? ... **** that phone
20% performance gain to ace 2 and less compatibility in games...
But official JB on start...(mayby good one)
hmm I will go tomorrow to EE or Vodafone to see that phone.

No it doesn't sport a Videocore IV GPU. It's powered by a variant of PowerVR SGX540.
Although I would be really much more happy if it was powered by Videocore IV. I have plenty of experience with this GPU from tinkering with RaspberryPi.
Yeah VideoCoreIV is litle bit faster than Ace2 or SGS GPU but overal if someone have Ace 2,GPU performance on Ace 3 will be that same if there is sgx 540..heh
Or if this will be directly GPU from SGS then will be slower than mali400mp1...lol
Mali is better, PowerVR is too old.
Mali400mp1 is only litle bit faster SOMETIMES than Pover Vr SGX540 from first Galaxy S.
One thing is important. Ace 3 have in LTE version 1.2Ghz cpu...this is alot better than Ace 2 if CPU is good (freq. is not all)
Little bit is always better
I wonder what the SoC is.

Yeah, check it out for me please. I'd prefer an LTE model though.
They must be locked, so I'd prefer Orange -- as I use Orange.
The price is high 350 € in germany i bought my ace 2 new for 150€ -.-

It is the Processor used in phones. It is important to note
that the differences between ARMv6 and ARMv7 is effiency and the ability
to run many things on your phone within an application. The difference is
substantial, doubled, and tripled in some cases.
