Hello Oneplus One XDA!! Has anyone actually replaced the screen on their OPO themselves? Also, does anyone know anywhere in California where they repair One Plus Ones?
Someone is offering to sell me a cracked One Plus One and I don't know if I should go for it. It seems as One Plus, the company, does not repair phones if you were not the original owner. I've read a few forum and seems as if replacement is not that difficult, but I don't want to take the risk, ask I'm a novice.
Thanks everyone!
OnePlus will repair the device if you're not the original owner, as long as you have the original order number from the purchase.

Thanks!
Still wondering if anyone has fixed their OPO.
A guy on the forums fixed their screen.
Hi all,
I just bought a Oneplus One yesterday and it's really wow.... So far so good, I am just happier than I've ever been with a phone.
I was wondering if there was a way to change the owner or register onto Oneplus website to get the Oneplus invitations for my relatives, even if I bought it second hand?
Did anyone of you tried this?
Thanks,
Thomas
PS: That's not a must have and I guess I'll have to discuss with the guy who sold it to me to make sure he is fine with the principle as well. But if it's possible, I'll try it.

If you are just concerned with getting invites for yourself, you need not change the ownership and whatsoever.
Instead, go to OnePlus website and simply signup/register for invite on your desired email address.
Once you receive the invite on your provided email address, use that email address to sign up for creating a OnePlus Account and claim that invite and that's it, now you are a owner of an invite
I've OPX(E1001) Ceramic Edition white which is china version, I asked the OnePlus Team is my phone original or not.
As a reply, I got this mail from OnePlus X support "

Hi Friend,
Welcome to OnePlus Customer Service. It seems that you have a China edition of the OnePlus X which must be bought from a third-party seller. We do not endorse or support purchases from third-party sellers, and OTA software updates are not available either.
If you bought the China version of the OnePlus X, please visit http://service.oneplus.cn/ or [email protected] for warranty information and customer support options.
Cheers!
Miguel"
I want to know other than of OTA updates what is the diffrence between China version and original OnePlus X? any specs? price? Quality? Performance?
Hello and welcome,
you can ask your question under this forum:
OnePlus X Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
Usually if the product is not genuine, there is no guarantee that you will get for what you paid for. That is, you can't be certain if it is similar to the real version unless you have used both genuine and 'third party' devices before. That's why official support is unable to help you as they do not support phone's made by third parties.
Good luck, gsstudios
I'm still having 9.5.3 version, when will we get further updates for 5G version??
I will be the bearer of bad news here; I doubt anyone here works for Oneplus so I don't think anyone will have a specific answer for you.
My guess to the question: Sometime in the next month
Seems like nobody knows and OnePlus are keeping very quite about it.
I've been asking repeatedly on the community app but still no news.
Very poor from OnePlus considering this is their all singing all dancing version.
Does not seem to look good moving forward.

Hello everyone, excellent day everyone first of all.
I stop by here to ask your opinions about the Google Pixel 7 Pro, I come from a huawei p50 pro without google services (which many apps did not work or had to use emulators) and a software where (they pay more attention to those from china than in the global version)
I would like to ask your opinions about the pixel 7 pro, bug, how is the battery issue going, how long does it take to charge the battery, performance and camera, how is the guarantee verified and if it is purchased on amazon how is it managed, I would like honest opinions since it is a model that I would like to try

Do you mean the manufacturer warranty? It's 1 year from the date purchased new and is tracked by the device serial number. The terms in your region may be different as local and national laws apply.

How is what managed? If you're talking about the warranty, I would assume that it works the same way; a new device would have the 1 year warranty. I would advise buying direct from Google if you have the option, though.

I do not own a Pixel 7. I own a Pixel 5, and I'm just offering general perspective that isn't specific to the device
