So i just got the app and it was working but i logged out of both the app on the phone and on the computer. I attempted to log back on later, and it wont connect. I'm trying to remote connect which is what i did before because my Wifi is not too strong. I've been over everything and it's all the way it was before. The push service says disconnected so I'm not sure if thats it or what. I have a t mobile concord if that helps.

You can turn on Keep screen awake in the settings of AirDroid(on the phone) and then connect to it for a try. Or check if you use proxy on the computer. If the proxy is used, turn it off for a try.

I was able to connect to my home WiFi network. Then, I installed AirDroid which wasn't working. I typed in the IP and port as mentioned, but it wasn't working. So unistalled the app and disconneted the WiFi on my device and restarted it. Now, it detects the network but isn't connecting to it.
Any solution guys?
I tried resetting settings, forget and reentering the pass, restarting, etc.

Restart Your Router.
I tried resetting as well. But, it wasn't working. I guess it was some connectivity issue or something similar. It was yesterday night.
This morning, it connected sans any trouble.

Hello. I started using the app on my xerpia z2. It works 20% of the time but the other 80% it fails to connect. I check my phone and it's connected to the internet. If I manually launch the Airdroid app in my phone then I'm able to connect to it through the website. I noticed push service is on but beneath it, it says "Disconnected".

Hi,
Sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused. This push service now may not be very stable when on LAN connection mode, while it has almost no effect on Remote connection mode. We are working on this and will make improvement in next update, which will soon be released.

Great it seems to be fixed!
never mind it's broken again
I hope it's the right place to write. Sometimes connection fail for me as well. After a few attempts it still says that it is impossible to connect but I can see the battery percentage.

Airdroid isn't working again and it never worked well. More than half the time it fails to connect with no reason given and sometimes the messages don't send, they just hang on sending. This is a very buggy app
If the connection cannot be built when you're in LAN connection mode or Lite, you can try ping or telnet command as described on http://help.airdroid.com/customer/portal/articles/1304391 to check if the network connection is good. If it's Remote connection mode, turn on Keep screen awake and then connect to it for a try. Or check if you've turned off proxy applications.
i'm a premium user. i can't connect remotely, only on local wifi, i have tried al the week, and still can't conect, i already checked my settings and everything is ok, the app is open, is turned on (not in sleep mode). everything used to work fine, whats the problem now.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble connecting to remote connection mode. To help us find out what's happening. would you please tell us more about your use case? what network (3G/4G/Wi-Fi) you are using on your phone and computer. what's your AirDroid account address?
So a few weeks ago I received an update ota for my nexus(unrooted). Everything seemed normal until I tried to connect to my school wifi. Before the update the wifi worked fine at school. For some reason when I try to connect now nothing happens,it says connecting for about a second then it's just blank as though I hadn't tried to connect to it at all. I have deleted the network and tried to reconnect and it still doesn't work. I have also factory reset my phone and still no luck. My wifi still works at home too. The first time log in onto the school wifi gives a prompt that asks for user id and password (not web based or internet pop up based login) through the android os, it is a one time login. Any ideas ?

I'm facing a very annoying issue for a while and so far i wasn't able to figure out why it happens.
Sometimes (not all times) after being on mobile data when i came home WiFi doesn't connect automatically to my network. I'm not sure if this would happen in other networks because i only use this one but i guess it's phone fault. When this happen, i go to WiFi settings, it detects the WiFi network but it can't connect even if i force it to connect. The only way to connect is to reboot the phone, thats why i guess its phone fault.
This is very annoying because it's not the first time i think i'm using WiFi and i'm using mobile data and my plan hasn't so much data.
Installed today 193_0 firmware but it stills happens.
This is happening to anyone else?
