Where can I find a replacement Screen for my phone? - AT&T, Rogers HTC One X, Telstra One XL

Can anyone please help me find a replacement screen on my AT&T phone? every screen I find is a 15-28 day shipping date, and the only one I found that ships reasonably, the cable that connects so the touch screen works, it didn't fit my phone. anyone please help!!!

bought mine on ebay, it works but I'm having issues due to the nature of the install I had to re-use the mounting from the old screen and the old adhesive was so hard to get off and the new adhesive I bought on amazon wasn't sticky enough and when I tried to reset the mount the glass separated from the digitizer slightly! ugh.....
might I suggest reading this post - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2164760
and buying your screen from this site - http://www.etradesupply.com/oem-htc...t-housing-and-light-guide-with-at-t-logo.html
should be in stock...

Where's a good site to pick up a replacement screen?

Long story short, I busted my Inspire's digitizer, but the LCD underneath is still intact, and I'm having trouble finding a replacement.
Amazon sells just the digitizer, but I've seen that replacing the digitizer is a extremely tedious task and it's way too easy to damage the LCD in the process (one video had a guy completely obliterate the LCD trying, was freakin hilarious!), and the only LCD/Digitizer assembly they have on there has reports of the seller sending damaged parts.
Anyone know of a good site that sells the digitizer/LCD assembly that isn't Ebay? I freakin hate Ebay....
Edit: found this for the Desire HD, anyone tried this seller before?
try ebay ..
it is easy and safe ...
but if you don't like try
amazon .. but it is very cost .. and you must be in USA
or try
aliexpress
but not sure ...
I hope I'm not to late.
I went on amazon and looked up the digitizer display assembly. The screen you are getting should have the home, menu, return, and search button on the bottom.
It's kind of expensive, but it's the entire screen with the digitizer already attached to the glass, and is super easy to put in. You can also find videos on youtube to put in this exact screen.
http://www.cnn.cn the guy is in Hong Kong but ships quickly and cheaply. Best source for any part for pretty much any phone.

Ive purchase both a digitizer and an LCD from amazon. Make sure you buy replacement adhesive.

Broken screen

Ive cracked my screen and ive found i can buy a new screen and lcd for 169.99. or i can buy just the over glass for $20. I heard you can use a heat gun to seperate the glass and the lcd. Has anyone done this and can tell me if it works?

Mostly likely the digitizer will get destroyed in the process. Buy the complete unit.
Someone said a few days ago he only replaced the glass but he had to break it in order to separate it, use the search I bet you'll find it quickly. If you can afford it take the whole thing, less chances of screwing up your phone, and you could always keep the old lcd for a test run with a glass only or in case you somehow manage to crack it again.
Still I'd suggest buying a screen protector once you fix your screen, costs less, barely noticeable and saves a whole lot of money and hassle.

This. I cracked my screen and bought an entire new one for $160 via ebay. It took 10 minutes to take apart and install the new one and be back up and running. I also bought the Otterbox Defender, honestly...works like a charm. It's durable, nice, feels good and it doesn't feel as bulky as it looks. The only down fall about a case with a screen protector is that the Galaxy series has a screen that goes all the way to the edge of the phone (like most modern phones now) so hitting stuff on the VERY edge of the screen is more difficult because of the raised case.
Buy the screen and a protector and if you are still curious, buy the replacement glass for your broken screen and try it. Worst case, you're out 20 bucks and have a completely broken screen (would be out the other $160 for the new screen you'd have to buy if you mess up any way) or best case, you're out $20 bucks but have a new screen incase you ever break it again.
Unscrew the 7 screws on the back (one is above the sim slot, keep it separate as it's a different size) and once you take the back piece off, there's one small black screw holding the board to the screen. The phone is 3 pieces, screen, board and back piece, it's extremely simple. Just pop all the circuit things with your nail or whatever (there's like 6 total). You have to pry your headphone jack off as it's glued unless your new screen comes with one...doubt it.
someone posted they got sammy to replace it for 189, call sammy up and see what they say, i think thats a good price
Forget Glass

I repair phones and have replaced Lcd/digi assembly on both I727 and T989. No way you get that apart without busting the exiting assembly up. The cheapest part can be order via Ebay from China and you'll have to wait about two weeks for part. Or there's the company I used in San Fancisco at gounlock dot com that has it listed at $154 I believe. They have a listing on ebay under SkyStarTrade and I offered em $148 including shipping and the took it. I had the part in 3 days. Would highly recommend!!!!!!
I just got off the phone with Sammi Friday. The Rep quoted me $158 to replace the glass. So if they mess up the digitizer is on them. Cheaper than I was able to find the combo anywhere on line. So tomorrow my phone heads back to Sammi. I'll let you know in about three weeks how the service was and whether they honored their quote.
And exactly 8 days from the date that I shipped it to Sammi I have a my phone back. They replaced the LCD, bezel and glass for $158 as quoted. Not only that but they paid all shipping and used UPS 2nd day air both ways. And I'm still under warranty by having them take care of it. All in all couldn't be happier with the service. So if anyone needs the glass fixed my vote would go to Sammi.

Broke LCD while repairing glass, what to buy?

Like my title says, I was attempting to fix the broke glass on my s3 when all of a sudden the digitizer cracks. I am kind of pissed since I just had the razor in there, waiting for the LOCA to move on its own. Anyway, I digress.
Now I need to get a full LCD + digitizer to repair it. I have come across two different options. One is to get an LCD + digitizer assembly off of Amazon/ebay and glue it into my current phone, but the Amazon reviews have a couple saying that they don't fit the Verizon S3 too well, somehow. This is the one that was recommended in the youtube video I watched.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...ASIN=B009OZWQRM&linkCode=as2&tag=wwwkwpcca-20
The other option is a full LCD + digitizer + back frame. This thing:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/US-Samsung-...n-Assembly-Frame-White-/350859402808#shpCntId
They both cost the same so I have two questions.
1) Which part do you all recommend?
2) What would "fixing" my phone entail if I ordered the full LCD digitizer back frame assembly? I am assuming it's simple enough to transfer parts over, but I don't want to buy the part if it ends up being harder to transfer the chips over than it is to glue a new screen in place.
Also, the final quality is a concern. I don't buy new phones often. I bought this year-old S3 with a broken screen with the plan of fixing the screen and having it for years. I still hope to do a good enough repair to have this phone for years to come.

They both will fixed your problem. I do not recommend glueing, it's not easy to do, messy and you may end up replace the whole thing at the end. It's your choice to pick one.

I recommend getting the one with the frame, it will make the job so much easier. Here is a youtube video on what it will take to get the old frame off, and put a new screen on it.
Thanks so much, both of you. I did go with the one that included the frame. I might as well go for the basically brand new phone, right? That video did help make my decision, too.

[Q] Can I Join New Digiter glass and Seperate New LCD

Okay so I was duped by the low price when trying to fix my wife's One X and purchased the digitiser only.. I didn't even attempt to install it but I did pull her phone apart and destroyed her LCD and Touch screen before even separating the assembly as my tool slipped between the digitiser and LCD resulting in cracked/broken LCD
To be honest its a scam sellers are selling the glass only without clear warning of the dificulties ahead that LCD is sooooo fragile! and too much heat would just break the LCD..... and possibly de solder parts....
Now it still powers up and is visible via USB
Should I splash out the extra $30 and get the LCD only part from eBay and attach it to the touchscreen I already have?
or should I just buy the whole assembled unit for $90(Australian)
also Which LCD would I want? I have the Aussie Tegra version...(So I'm guessing the non AT&T version..)
Any Advice and experience would be appreciated Cheers!
To be honest I'd just buy the LCD + digitizer. The chances of being able to successfully join the two parts together yourself are fairly slim.

What timaaaaa said. I've yet to hear of anyone doing it successfully, and if there is someone they're definitely the exception. You know first hand how difficult it is to handle those parts, do you really want to risk it? Just put the digitizer you bought back on eBay (if your conscience allows you).

Hi,
Can anyone tell me where I can buy a new complete digitizer screen? Not just the glass, as I have bought the glass not realizing I need the digitizer itself as they can't be split without damaging the digitizer itself as its glued to glass screen and they can't separated.
Thanks
