My mmx canvas magnus (white)
Bottom keys are not functioning.Even though the touch is working properly,I cannot go back since those keys are not working.
Even the touch is not crack or broken
Plz help me

Mine problem was fixed
Even my white magnus soft button stopped working.....
i thought it happened due to the screeen guard but when i took it out then also the problem kept on...
but i dont know how it was fixed as next day when i woke up ,my soft buttons were working just fine......
i dont know the solution for it but u can just try navigation bar(nexus like soft buttons)..
navigation bar will help u to use ur phone just fine....
as magnus has 5` screen size so navigation will not take too much space......
i prefer u to use gravity box ...if ur phone is rooted..
or else u can download any navigation bar app from play store........................

my sgr bottom menu and back is not working ,,,,,,,,,some time works automatically without touching the keys ..and its so irritating to me ,,
so please create new mod to disable or lock that both keys permanently. because my phone not in warranty and its really touchscreen ishu

Take your phone to service center, they will check it,
dont worry abt the cost, they wont charge huge for these !!
My navigation buttons have stoped working then I moved to CM 9 and used on screen navigation buttons.
And suddenly in the evening touch screen stopped working I flashed XXKPE but no use so its is a hardware fault.
So What is the cost of replacing the whole touch screen in India.?

am facing a weird problem that is fake touches.. turned on visible touches in developer options and i see 4 to 5 fake vertical touches exectly in the centre of the screen and i see no issues in recovery was just toggling the options ib recoveru to check whether this happens in recovery or not but i see no issues in recovery mode don't know why it happens only when am using the phone.. help me plz and this happens on every rom.. and also the navigation keys lights automatically gets turned on..

Bro if you are in warranty, then go and get it repaired from mmx service centre....and shout like hell there.

how can I disable the proximity sensor ?

Hey guys I broke my phone's touchscreen glass (and the proximity sensor stopped working after that)
now when someone calls me the screen become's UnTochAble , so I can not for example dial a number or Hang Up when I am in a call .
I undrestsand it is because the phone's proximity sensor that thinks the phone is close to my ear and it shouldn't allow any button to be pressed. I cannot use my phone even after the call is disconnected...screen dosent turn on and the proximity sensor dosent stop
how can I disable this feature so I can still use my phone ?

Since I am on a different ROM I cannot tell you exactly the steps necessary.. But go to settings>accessibility.. There you should be able to find the solution.. Also there is an option power button ends call..
If your phone is rooted you may use GravityBox to change the way the proximity sensor works..:good:
Yes my phone is rooted..im using stock mmx os ..ive tried the power button method .but it dosent work.. Pls give me a way to disable the sensor... Please

if u use gravitybox, go to power tweaks, enable proximity wakeup
One day suddenly my magnus' 3 capacitive buttons and the lower part of screen stop responding, i thought problem might be occured due to rom, so i installed the deodex stock rom, but this problem doesnt get solved, i installed the softkey app but also that lower part is not responding. when i used to put my phone on landscape mode then only those softkeys works.. plz try help me to solve the problem... :crying:

I am not sure but it looks that your touch screen is damaged. One my sister had dropped her magnus mobile accidentally then touch was not working in middle part. So she had to replace her whole touch screen. Her model was white one.

Yes it is clear that your touch panel is damaged, go to the service centre and repair it as soon as you can
If your mobile is white then only touch will be replaced. Service center charges 2350 ₹ including tax.
If its blue, then whole touch n display will be replaced. Service centre charges 6350 ₹.
If its in warranty then you are lucky.
