Hi Guys,
I have a windows home server setup with a few drives full of videos. I was wondering if there's a good android app to stream that to my android device? Thanks!
has anyone had success sycing their phone with a blueray player?
i'm trying to sync my phone thru dlna to my bluray (sony bd-s570). no luck so far.

i've searched the market with no success too. any help would be appreciated. thanks in adavance!
EDIT: i downloaded a sony bluray remote control app that pairs the phone with the player. under photos, the phone shows up and u can select video, music or photo. i can stream the photos over but when i go to stream a video it says none are found. maybe format issue? in that case how would i change the video format when i record videos? there is no setting i found in android.
I have external hard drive connected to my router. I have music and videos in this drive. How do I connect to it using Windows Phone? I can't seem to find any any app for this.
Other DLNA clients are usually able to automatically discover and play media from that drive. But not sure how to get Windows Phone to access it and play media.
I tried TVersity, it kind of works but it does not seem to play all format (my .avi files aren't playing)
I tried OnePlayer - it discovers the drive, but it only plays music.
Hello everyone,
I last found an app with which I could play my videos from my phone wireless on my PC. I lost that app and now I am looking for it again. The only apps I can find are all only able to use your phone as a remote, so that you can play videos from your pc on your pc, by using your phone. However, I can't find one app that allows me to stream my mobile videos on my pc.
Anybody knows this app? I would be thankful!
Jelle
Hey guys,
I know it is quite common to stream media from PC to android or stream content from android to a smart TV or Chromecast etc; but is there any even reasonably elegant solution to stream media to PC.
I am well aware that I could use VNC (or similar) to control the PC or access files on my tablet from my PC using an FTP setup, however I am looking to playback media through PC from my devices.
Can anybody help?
Thanks in advance,

I have used this app but I was not able to stream it, what can be the possible reasons?
not to fimiliar with similar apps. but ya bubbleupnp is weird if you have movies or pics they have to be in the DCIM?/the camera folder where the device saves stuff from the camera.
