Asus Apps is being discontinued in favor of a new "Arcade Modpack Zombi-pop Edition" This will include Lollipop Asus apps, Lollipop Sony Apps, Lollipop HTC Apps, among a few other extra features and tweaks. I know progress has been slow, but I have had lots of problems. Most recently the screen on my tf700 broke and I had to replace the screen. I assure you it will be released by the end of august.

I have updated the post on the 201 & 300 threads ..... :good:
@sbdags will have to update the 700 thread .... :fingers-crossed:
Great work here, thx for all your hard work ...
Thx Josh

I'm getting Hangs on the international keyboard switching for Asus Kebyard, so hoping that the TF701 pack will include a more stable KB for KK.
So this thread is awesome.
Thanks!!

The current asus keyboard is from the tf701 4.3 rom. The zin ui 4.4 based keyboard is more stable on kitkat. As soon as I can port the java framework classes for weather and time I will release Asus apps 2.+. Also I will take a crack at the new supernote and try to get it to work. The zen ui apps work great and are much smoother than the 4.3 based ones, Even the launcher works!. Development has stopped on the current asus apps unless any major problem arises. I have an asus apps 1.9.4 for Zombix ready, but I will just upload it when I get 2.+ working. Good things will be coming, i just haven't had much time to work on asus apps lately.

My Cloud Crashes
Thanks! I tried this pack in Crombi-kk and KatKiss but...
I need Mycloud (for Splashtop Full) and my cloud crashes, somebody have this issue too? all the other apps run perfect!

I never tested splashtop until now. I will run some logcats tomorrow and try to see what is missing.
PS. Asus apps 2.0 has a different remote control software that is completely Asus. It works really well. Asus apps 2.+ should be out next week. I also will make a final update for 1.+ that will fix all the remaining issues and add Zombix support.

I can offer a paid MediaFire and / or paid Google Drive link for mirroring, if you'd like.
With MF, I can set you up with a link that will allow you to upload automatically, and I will then send you the link to post for mirroring. Haven't looked into Drive yet to see if that is possible....

[App] Ice Cream Sandwich 2.4 Launcher

EDITED 12/2/2011
NOTE - The Pro version, ICS+, is now a key! You must install ICS Launcher to continue using it. This new system will prevent many errors from occurring, such as "Duplicate Provider Authority"
FINALLY! Here is the latest and greatest update! Not only is it rebuilt, it is redesigned and based off our not-so-far away launcher called Omega.
The latest build brings tons of new settings and advancements. It also received new scrollers so it should be buttery smooth now and not choppy like it was before. lol
Anyways, APK is available on syndicateapps.com and the Android Market.

When I click the circle app button on the launcher only some of the apps work. Like when I press the music Icon it f.c.'s. Is there a work around this???

Don't worry. honeycomb launcher is still being worked on. we are actually building a tablet version because many tablet manufacturers want it pre installed on there tabs since they can't get real honeycomb due to the devices not being up to standards. lol.
update this week hopefully! if school doesn't keep me too busy :-/
1.13ghz.Droid Incredible 1...197mb free ram,270mb free app space
In the running apps: Sms says device not supported, email-gallery-music all force close, and system settings does nothing. When you have the app drawer open and go from portrait to landscape it closes the app drawer and vice versa.
Mytouch4g running latest Miui
It looks really unique!
The only think lacking is the electric blue theme. The icons are a little blurry too.
Force closes on launching from "Running Apps". I dislike the font though.
yes, the running apps panel is not done. it is taken out of HCL because I am not sure what the real running apps looks like for Ice cream sandwich. I know the buttons force close for many of you because the package names for all devices are not in there.
after school today I will make an update of it and repost the apk.
Looks good
The dock background seems kind of unfinished though, as do other things as well such as the multitask button. Just polish it a bit and it'll rock.
Also, change the icon, it looks horrible

Downloaded from the market today and it works fine... shame it's huge(47mb), other than that the option to get my favs from the home PC is great.
Works fine with stock 240 dpi on s2/cm9 , but crashes straightaway @ 160 dpi, previous versions were working good @ 160 dpi

Which is why I specified the phone in question. Just wanted others to know this isn't a case of being Nexus only anymore and to watch their market in case it does show up for them later on.
I've edited the post to be more specific and change it to reference ICS leaks.

WHY, GOOGLE, WHY???
What was the version prior to the most recent published one? It apparently ran fine on non standard dpi.

Hi ads7112,

Hi Slither
what I mean is tha you viewer is very nice and light as widget but when you tap on a specific post it requires to open the official facebook that is not so light and fast.
Because other viewers are faster it would be nice to have the option to select the default viewer to use when tapping on the post
Alternatively
It could be used an INTERNAL viewer able to display small pictures and video previews
Hi ads7112,
I'd be happy to add the first feature you suggested since it will still allow the widget to stay lightweight. The option will be configurable via the Stackz app shortly
That's wonderfull Thanks
Looking forward to apply it

I'm not really sure what it could be? I've tested it on my S2 i9100 with both CyanogenMod9 and the stock Samsung ICS firmware successfully.
The only requirements I've put in the widget are :
Screen layouts: SMALL NORMAL LARGE XLARGE
Required device features
android.hardware.touchscreen
I had a look on the net and the three things that might be causing the Play store from filtering your device are if you have changed the dpi to something other than 160 or 240 and maybe if the build.prop doesn't report the correct phone model information to the market.
I've moved around a few image resources to their correct dpi related folders in the hope that was what caused your issue. The updated version 0.9.1 will be up shortly. You could give that a try and see?
Regards,
Steve.

Did you wipe data, dalvik before flashing? I haven't noticed this problem at all. Can you give me some examples of apps that are giving you trouble and I will test them.

For making it look right on a phone, see post 2
You want this on a phone? Here we go:
You'll need:
A rooted phone with ParanoidAndroid including per-app DPI
The apk from post 1
Method 1: Using ParanoidAndroid settings
1.) Install the apk as normal
2.) Go to your device's settings > ParanoidAndroid settings (Location and name differs per rom)
3.) Select apps > Tapatalk HD Beta
4.) Select the DPI slider to anything below 200
5.) Tap apply
Done, it will fit now. If you want the text bigger, go to Tapatalk's settings and set the font size from there
Method 2: Using the properties.conf file
Note: You still need to be running ParanoidAndroid to do this
1.) Open a root file manager, such as Solid Explorer
2.) Navigate to /system/etc/paranoid
3.) Open the properties.conf file to edit (Solid explorer has the built in text editor to do this)
4.) Add this line to the end:
Code:
com.quoord.tapatalkHDBeta.dpi=160
(Change the 160 to what fits you best between it and 200)
5.) Save the file
6.) Force close and re-open Tapatalk HD Beta
Done, it will fit now. If you want the text bigger, go to Tapatalk's settings and set the font size from there
Thanks, this is very nice. Running on ParanoidAndroid

Is the a apk posted here the market version?

Been using this on my Nexus 7 for a couple days and love it. Had to try it on the nexus 4. Thanks OP for sharing. Can't wait until its optimized for phones. I bought tapatalk and will certainly but this, but I hope they let current tapatalk users upgrade to this one.

I really am liking this app and it's all working great but with a couple of alterations, it would be much better.
1. I don't like how there's no way to get to your own profile, except for finding one of your previous posts and clicking your avatar from there.
2. Using this brings un-needed options on your profile with no way to get rid of them. They also show on xda app aswell. See picture below.
3. I don't like how I can't stop the stickied threads from showing. I understand that it's there so new users will definitely see them, but I don't need to be force fed them because if I want to view them, I'll do so anyway.
Still working great and looking great though

ATTACHED FILES
com.quoord.tapatalkHDBeta-1.apk - [Click for QR Code] (2.72 MB, 349 views)
so this file works perfectly fine on the stock nexus 4 as is?
I've been using this for a couple of days now and like it a lot better than the non-tablet version. The only thing I don't like is if you open a notification and then click on the back button in the top left it closes the app instead of bringing you back to your list of forums. That happened in the non-tablet version as well.

Great job. I like it!

Runs great on my tablet and I even played with it on my phone.
170dpi
Search is broken and causes fc's at random times. Maybe its due to it being on the phone. I have yet to test on the tablet.
Love the reply screen. Much better.
Can anyone upload the latest build, 0.10.1 according to Play Store, thanks.
It works on the GS2, I'll try on a SmartPad 7"

I'm sure Quinny will add it to the OP once he's online anyway.
