1. Nobody as far as we know.
2. Probably.
Please ask some expert to do it
it would be great to offically run 4.3 on Xperia L
I guess nobody will ever port stock 4.3 from Xperia E1 to Xperia L becuase there's only slight amount of difference between 4.2.2 and 4.3..
We will soon have Android 4.4 by way of Cyanogenmod 11..
Soon? You're kidding, not gonna happen, ever, seen so many senseless debates on that, just be happy with 4.2.5

Here's your CyanogenMod 11
varun.chitre15 is working on one too
Bugs
Deep Sleep --> Fixed in various kernels (ThunderZap & Phantom)
GPS --> Fix by Brinly
Internal Storage --> Fixed by varun.chitre15 in ThunderZap
Bluetooth --> A bit more complicated, devs are working on that. Including myself.

Who knows, maybe in the future. Chances are 'slim'
At least Sony gave us the AOSP binaries.

[emoji25]...Now there is another thread to blame someone for no reason at all. Because being polite is obviously something of the past. And waiting is just as bad too.

For developers: try to port 4.3 from Xperia M
Hardware almost same.

I find out that it's really easy to port a rom from another device so I will try making it by my self. Just need to download 4.3 FTF from XM.

No source build one. Porting is always a option.
Hi Devs, I had a small request for all the devs if someone can be so kind and generous to do a port of Android L to Samsung Galaxy Grand GT-I9082. I am so eager to test the new android but dissapointed as Android L is still available for only nexus users. :,(
Thanks in advance @satish

Gosh when will people realize that what google put out is a developer preview, this cannot be ported at the time being, Android L is not finished yet, and wont be ported until it is finished. try reading this here "Cyanogenmod The "L" is for Later"
I know that its a developers preview and cannot be considered as the the final built. But there are ports been made for different devices. For example a port for android l as been made for nexus 4 users. Check it out here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2807446

yeah saw that earlier today, we will probably see another for the nexus 7 2012, but there will be most likely no other ports, its a waste of time of porting the current android L code while it could drastically change and we would have to start all over again.
Yeah i believe that's the reason why we haven't seen much development in android L section. Although its a very hot topic now..

We already have Kitkat, we have an unofficial CyanogenMod 11 but it isn't stable and has some bugs (Camera doesn't works and other).
An update will be released at the end of june, maybe CyanogenMod 12 (Lollipop) but I don't know if it'll be more stable than Kitkat.
P.S.: Sorry for my bad English.
