[Q] How to go to recovery mode of Huawei G610 - General Questions and Answers

Today evening, I just installed a .pdf book from Google.com, when I opened that book my Huawei G610 suddenly stopped to work and showed just black screen. I just received a message that is " Unfortunately UI System has stopped to work". After some time when this issue didn't resolve I just shut down my cell phone and restarted it. But on restart it showed just Huawei logo and showed nothing not going further. But now this is only showing just black screen and nothing else. Please anyone can tell me how can I resolve this problem and how can I recover my cell phone again?

Its strange your phone is bricked to open recovery try holding vol+ vol- and power key
Sent from my A2 using xda app-developers app

Thank you so much dear, it really works it is on now and showing a screen on which some commands are showing that are:

Volume up/down to move highlight;
power key to select.
reboot system now
apply update from sd card

Do these
wipe date/factory reset
wipe cache partition
when prompt then hit Yes
this will reset your phone (sdcard will be safe)
than reboot system now! and check if it works?

If i use "volume up" nothing happens
but if i use "volume down" an exlamation mark" ! " appears within a triangle
Other info: This device is rooted and i had also deleted a file required for booting, dalvik cahe accidently
coz i thought they were responsibele For "random boot loop" (which was of course my irresponsibility and lack of knowledge"
now leaving that aside pls suggest whether there are any ways.

What happens if you hold the Vol+ and THEN plug in the USB? (Hold the Vol button while you are plugging it in)
Does your PC detect the phone?
If that doesn't work try the Vol- and THEN plug in the USB.
That should put your device in fastboot mode. You can then proceed on installing a recovery and hopefully being able to flash a ROM.
I followed the link and it directed me to a file"Celkon a9+ stock firmware.rar"
Is it the file i am supposed to download?
Thnx

reset impossible

Hello,
I have a moto g3 xt1541 and I wanted to reset the device in the settings but my phone got stuck while resetting: it kept on loading with a message " formating data" or something like that and after 10 min I just pressed the power button and the screen frozen.
I could reboot by pressing 10s the power button and nothing was deleted.
I had to use the recovery to wipe data.
That happened with 5.1.1 and also 6.0.1.
Does anyone have any idea?
Thanks in advance!

You don't specifically say it but I am assuming stock, locked bootloader.
Just ignore settings and do it in recovery.
Yeah sorry my phone has never been rooted and the bootloader is locked.
Thanks for your fast reply !
You need to wait more... Factory Reset can take 20+ minutes on this device. Otherwise do it through recovery or use fastboot erase commands.

android.com stopped working

hi all , i'm new so no idea if this topic is in the right category , but here goes , got a Huawei Y360 , an anoying update kept coming in my screen of the Y360 , so i did the update , now it keeps flashing ( android.com stopped ) , did a hard reset to factory settings , but no luck , found an update online , done it through a SD card NO luck , anyone a solution for this problem , replies in dutch english or fench is ok to me , thanks in advance.
hello
first and before we try to flash the phone again try the basic troubleshooting
1. clear data and cache of the "phone" app
2. clear data and cache of the "sim tool kit app"
3. run the phone in safe mode
- press the power button until the power menu appears
-leave the button
-press the button and the shutdown option at the same time to see if the problem still persist
you can try to wipe cache in recovery mode
Rom is faulty. Try loading the original rom again
