hi all , i'm new so no idea if this topic is in the right category , but here goes , got a Huawei Y360 , an anoying update kept coming in my screen of the Y360 , so i did the update , now it keeps flashing ( android.com stopped ) , did a hard reset to factory settings , but no luck , found an update online , done it through a SD card NO luck , anyone a solution for this problem , replies in dutch english or fench is ok to me , thanks in advance.

first and before we try to flash the phone again try the basic troubleshooting
1. clear data and cache of the "phone" app
2. clear data and cache of the "sim tool kit app"
3. run the phone in safe mode
- press the power button until the power menu appears
-leave the button
-press the button and the shutdown option at the same time to see if the problem still persist
you can try to wipe cache in recovery mode
Rom is faulty. Try loading the original rom again

I Have a GT-I9001 S Plus and I had a security lock on it , Some of my friends entered the wrong password and my phone show me a too many lock pattern !!! iknow this Error and iknow ways to fix this problem (1.Factory reset 2.Flash my phone ) but when i ganna go to recovery menu and press the Up (volume) + home + power get Ram Dump Message and when i press just Up(volume) + power and I see the Samsung logo and after a few seconds i see android box ,After a few seconds my mobile is reboot and boot normaly , when i try to flashing with odin progrm all step is pass , and my phone be restart but when again see a android box with progress bar again reboot normaly . and No changes will occur. what sholud i do ?? plz help me .

No, I didnt , my informaiton in my phone is not Important , I cant flashing and factory reset ,
Today evening, I just installed a .pdf book from Google.com, when I opened that book my Huawei G610 suddenly stopped to work and showed just black screen. I just received a message that is " Unfortunately UI System has stopped to work". After some time when this issue didn't resolve I just shut down my cell phone and restarted it. But on restart it showed just Huawei logo and showed nothing not going further. But now this is only showing just black screen and nothing else. Please anyone can tell me how can I resolve this problem and how can I recover my cell phone again?
Its strange your phone is bricked to open recovery try holding vol+ vol- and power key

Android system recovery <3e>
Volume up/down to move highlight;
power key to select.
reboot system now
apply update from sd card
apply sd card from cache
wipe date/factory reset
wipe cache partition
calibrate TP
now what should I do? what option should I press? I am attaching 2 pictures of my mobile's screen also.

Do these
wipe date/factory reset
wipe cache partition
when prompt then hit Yes
this will reset your phone (sdcard will be safe)
than reboot system now! and check if it works?

my recovery menu is in chiness language and have a lenovo title on page center .
i try for wiping data and cache but i cant .

Recently, I was so bored that I took out my phone, uninstalled any apps relates to Google, then I did a Factory Reset.
After reboot to the welcome screen, It says "Touch the Android to begin". I touched everywhere, but nothing happened, it stucked and didn't go to the Home screen.
Is there anyone encountered this problem? Please help me!

3.select recovery mode using volume keys n click on it using power button
4.select on wipe data & wipe cache
5. go back and reboot your phone.

It's not resolved my problem!
What I did was flash a new rom and my device is now usable again! :victory:
Not working even after doing the Hard Reset process several times. Also I have downloaded a stock rom from net but it says not signed. So process aborted. what should I do now? stucked at lenovo screen. please answer me at email: - [email protected]

well, there is no need for removing battery, first backup all your data also in internal storage , Use triangleAway to reset your counter for Official system status and getting OTA updates, download it , open and grant it supersu, click reset flash counter , when its done , power off , press vol down plus the power button it will say promt to continue , click vol up to continue , install usb drivers on your pc , connect your tablet to pc , open odin it should say added in the white info box , click on PDA and select the stock rom file "tar.md5" you downloaded from sammobile and then press start wait for it to end and then reboots , after that unplug your tablet , hold on your power button it'll reboot now quickly press on vol up + power again then release power when you the tablet logo appears and then in recovery select wipe data and perform it then click reboot and voila you got your stock rom back

Hi bro...switch off ur fon first then press volume down and power button simultaneously.afterthat select wipe cache option using volume button.press power button to 'ok'. U will erase old cache from fons memory.hope it works.
