Try using another cable or port.. If it doesn't fixes it then try using another PC.
If that also doesn't fixes it then try installing drivers again in ur PC .
Plz hit that thanks button.:sly::thumbup:

A few way to ressurect your phone :
Unlock its bootloader, flash a custom pre-rooted kernel, and flash a custom rom that are compatible with the krrnel, and hope your device can be turn on normally

Flashing factory images?Which type of images(I'm bad at this sorry >.<)
Okay, problem solved.Using the "ADB push" method will do.By following this guide:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1667929 Just simply push the ROM into the SD card through fastboot mod,and flash the ROM,then everythings work fine. The ROM I used is Nexus S original ROM download from net.

[Q] How to flash ROM without working ADB

Hello
My HTC J Butterfly is currently in a state where I cannot use ADB (cannot install USB drivers):
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2417098
Is there any way to install ROM without working ADB/USB ?
Of course if there is a way to fix the ADB/USB that would obviously help as well.
Thanks
Download the ROM on to your phone and install, that's if you have a working recovery.
Another way is OTA

Unfortunately I cannot download anything to the phone, because there is no ROM.
Bootloader and recovery are working fine.
Any other ideas ?
Thanks

I have flashed Droid DNA ROM to the phone. Since Droid does not support External sd card I cannot use the method you described.

It seems that the sideload option does not work either. Maybe it needs working ADB interface ?

Phone won't register in adb/fast boor

OK so the other day I was using my phone and it had cm10.2 on it. The phone started to act up so I went to recovery (cwm) and wiped everything but the sdcard. When I went to flash a new ROM the recovery said that it couldn't mount the sdcard so I instantly think OK let me try to flash twrp and this is where the issue come in...... I'm using Ubuntu and when I go into fastboot mode and plug the phone up Ubuntu/adb won't see the phone. I ran "adb devices" and it shows that the phone isn't connected even though in looking right at it and its plugged in.... Any ideas? Because I'm fresh out of them XD

I know that, I said both because both of them aren't working. I did it on windows no problem but I still would like to know why it wouldn't pick up. I had the phone in fast boot and put in fastboot flash recovery (file location here) and got stuck on waiting for device. Did it on my moms windows computer no problem though

Most likely something, who knows what, was interfering with the driver
Sent from my One Xl using xda app-developers app
As of now fastboot isn't working on Windows 8.1 due to driver issues. This might be the explanation for your problem.
Lol he was using Ubuntu?.....

I wonder why you are installing cwm via cmd when you have an unlocked bootloader.
