Qtek8310 - White Screen

Hello! Sorry for my English. I have a problem. not included phone Qtek8310, just white screen and all. Hard Reset not working. In Bootloader does not include: (. Help me please.

Ok so what were you trying to do?
And what does white screen mean? Do you see the bootloader screen with the three band color? Or can you see the splash screen when you first power up the phone?
Sounds like a ROM update gone bad.

Bootloader, I see none. When you sign a white screen. Computer saw no phone.

How did this happen? What were you trying to do? That may be helpful in solving this problem!

This was probably due to the fact that I wrote in the program TeraTermPro format ALL. After that phone ceased to be included

Sorry my friend - this phone is now completely dead. I've heard of people trying to open their phones and trying to manually revive the OS by hooking up to the chip via JTAG, but I don't think anyone has been successful. See this thread, and you will know what I mean that the phone is dead. Sorry.

YES! TeraTermPro will kill the phone with the format ALL command. It happened to me recently but was lucky my phone was still under warranty. Send it to service center for replacement of the mother board. Luckily they did know what happened.

Phone display off but phone is working

Hey.
My Galaxy R display gone off after sometime of locking the phone. But phone is working fine. I can hear the ringtone when call is coming. When I switch any button phone display not work but I can use phone after rebooting and again it happen after sometime when the phone is lock. I tried installing another ROM and kernel but still it is happening. So what i have to do to solve this.
Sorry for my bad English and Thanks in advance.

I think there's a problem with the display backlight. Better take it to the SSC if the device is in warranty..

Sadly I don't have warranty and I don't think it is backlight problem. If it is then why would it work every time after reboot.

I figured something else and now I am sure it is not problem with backlight. Today I changed light setting to automatic off to 10 minutes. And after that I checked whether it happen or not. After sometime I tried to unlock drawing the pattern but it is very difficult to draw and goes wrongly and i tried every button but except power button no button work. I tried after that drawing the pattern and working fine. After sometime again it happen and it goes fine after pressing power button. But still it wont work it if happen when the backlight is off. So I think now you people have some more information. And i hope I can fix it soon with your help.

Hey buddy. this thing happened with me lots of time when I was over GB. If you are over GB then flash ICS or JB.. this will definitely solve out your problem. But if you think this wont help then can visit SSC.

I updated my phone to ICS. But still it is happening. i don't knw what is wrong with it. Is there any other solution.

Hmmm... me too faced the issue in GB... not sure about ICS.. coz I was very little time in ICS... can u connect ur phone with PC and run log cat... after it get stuck.. when u reboot it will get ended and u can send the logcat... developers can see what is going wrong...

Not sure.. how u have taken this logcat.. not getting anything interesting...
1. Run logcat after connecting your pc..
2. let it run till ur mobile get stuck...
3. after it get stuck.. u have to reboot(rite?)
4. while rebooting the logcat will get ended
5. send the logcat...
If u used the same procedure, then do one more testing after doing a factory reset(don't install any app and don't restore ur app)...

Well, we should figure out if it's a hardware problem or software problem.
Have you recently flashed another ROM or kernel, or messed with system files?
Have you dropped, pushed hard on the screen, or caused any damage to the screen?

Have you tried reflashing stock firmware with Flashtool?
I recommend you trying that, but be sure to uncheck the "wipe data" checkbox, else you will lose your apps and their data.
As reading your story it doesn't sound like a hardware issue, so reflash stock firmware, perhaps try the calibration patch once more after reflashing, and tell us the results.

[Q] Note 10.1 touchscreen not working. S-Pen works

Hi guys
I have a serious problem with my Galaxy Note 10.1 (GT-8010)
After installing wrong stock 4.4. update (for GT-8000) and rooted the device my touchscreen stopped working.
I was able to install the stock firmware (4.1.2. for GT-8010) but still no response from touchscreen. S-pen works though.
Is the anything I can do besides sending the tablet to Samsung?
And how can I know if it is in fact rooted?

I did but only the GT-8000 one... And had the same problem... I cant know wich zone I should use. Im in Portugal, but I bought it in Redcoon (came from Spain)
The last time I used Heimdall, because Odin not always works...
Am I using the correct ROM? is my tablet really rooted? (When I try an OTA update it says I cant do it because the tablet has been modified...) Maybe if I unrrot it...but dont know how...

Try to install any european firmware maybe, there is a spain version for your tablet its N8010XXUDNG1 you can try that. By the way you said you successfully went back to 4.1.2, what is written in download mode is it N8010 or N8000 at the moment? Try pc odin ver.1.85 or 3.07. If you want to know if your tablet is rooted , have install a custom recovery? And also check if you have superuser.apk or su.apk in app drawer if you have then your rooted.

Wow this is tricky.An N8010 tablet recognized as N8000. Look in the general section there are threads there with the same problem as yours if I'm not mistaken.If you have guts try installing a 4.4.2 spain for N8010. Or can try a 4.4.2 custom rom to try if that is a hardware or software problem. You have a 4.4.2 bootloader with a 4.1.2 firmware installed now maybe its not compatible?

Two days ago my N8000's touch screen stopped working. It could not detect touches at all. Booting into TWRP recovery which is touch - based gave me the same results. The display still worked perfectly but would not detect touches.
Is this the same problem you're experiencing? If yes then I can share with you what I did to get it to work again.

I think it is. But my s-pen still works.
Now I have my N8010 working with stock portuguese 4.1.2., only s-pen, and in download mode it says N8000..... maybe because some months ago I installed N8000 4.4 (early release) by mistake, thinking it was for 8010. But it worked fine...

Not sure we have the same case, but in mine, I had to resort to opening up my Note and unplugging the battery for a few seconds, then plugging it back in. Was so relieved the touch screen started responding as normal. Found a video in YouTube on how to open it. Seems like the equivalent of turning it OFF the back ON. But in my case I couldn't turn it off anymore because the touch screen wouldn't respond.

Kabayan, thanks for replying.I thought it's software base solution.Anyway maybe you can try pressing the power button for 5 to 7 seconds to restart your device next time.

Hi, can someone please help me
I rooted my phone like 2 weeks ago, the sounds were perfectly fine until I noticed that it became lower yesterday.
I don't know what happened. It was not dropped nor got wet. The volume suddenly became lower
I think it's the lower speaker.
It's fine when I use my earphones. I also tried to max all the volume thingy in settings.

UPDATED: I've been trying to figure out my phone's problem for the past weeks. I even started a thread about it [you can find it here].
I found out that the problem is the right channel or the bottom speaker.
I've been looking around and found out that some experienced the same.. No one said anything about solutions and what not.
Anyone here experiencing the same problem? If yes, did you do anything to be able to fix it?
I tried factory reset and flashing my phone. Nothing friggin happen.
I wanna know if I could resolve it on my own before I send it to the shop for service >.< (which is friggin far from me).

Hmm.. I can only advice few things.. But you should backup your stuff and have long process.
1. Factory reset as first measure.
2. Use PCC to repair your phone
3. Flash other firmware
If it is software it will sort our by this, if it is hardware, then mate you need to send it to Sony center.

And additional question pls (really sorry), if I'm going to do a back up when my phone is rooted, will my apps work fine in original firmware?
