MN800 Liveview on S5? - Galaxy S 5 Accessories

I've been trying to get my old Liveview watch to connect but when I scan for it my S5 doesn't find it at all where it works fine still on my S3, So does anyone have a clue what's going on since my S5 does find everything else over BT and I have the Liveview app installed.

Are you sure you are properly getting into pairing mode? The S3 probably sees it cause it's already pared to it.

[Q] Verizon M8 Bluetooth Issues

Ok folks, I know my situation is going to be a very focused group of people. I have an HTC One M8 on Verizon. This issue was first noticed when it was completely stock. It has since been rooted and had xposed modules installed. No change...
So here is the issue. My truck has a head unit with Bluetooth 4.0 in it. Every single phone I have ever tried can connect to it, Nexus 4, 5 Sony Z Ultra, etc.... Except my M8.
All other BT devices work with the M8(that iv had the chance to try) except my truck's head unit, It cannot find the signal the head unit outputs, so therefor cannot find and connect.
Any ideas of why this is or if anyone has issues with their M8 not finding BT devices? If anyone has found a fix or update to the radio, any info would help!

[q] bluetooth streaming

Hi guys, I'm enjoying my note edge so far. However, the bluetooth issue bugs me. When i streamed music via Bluetooth on my car, it lags sometime, the music would either stutter or stop then play again. It did not happen when i
first got the phone and i already tried on another car, same issue happened. I also performed a factory reset and the problem didnt go away, samething happen with my gf's note 4 as well. So i just want to know if you guys know
how to fix it? or it just a problem with samsung phone in general. Thanks

FWIW, mine works without a hitch even when using the power saving setting regardless of source (game for kids, local music, network streaming, movies) or client (car, multiple wireless headsets, home sound system...etc.)
The only time I've experienced any issues was when I was tweaking clock frequencies or when trying to optimize for low power usage.
When you say you're getting the same response out of two separate devices, that seems to point more to the client than the source... but that's just a guess - perhaps you have a common app or setting on the devices?
Good luck
I dont know what wrong at this point, I'm considering calling tmobile for a replacement phone. I test my old Htc m8 on my car and it works just fine. And i only install basic app, banking app... Any one else has this problem?

Mi Band 1S Bluetooth problem "Can't communicate with MI1S" on Stock G930F

Hey guys,
today I received my Mi Band 1S and wanted to pair it with my G930F, but then this error from above occures. Any ideas what I can do? I restarted bluetooth several times, but it did not work.
Some time ago I also had a problem with pairing a Jambox Mini. I was paired but the Jawbone app said, that there is no Jawbone device conneted.
Any ideas how I can connect my Mi Band to the S7?
Thank you!!
I've never had luck pairing my MiBand to any phone. I typically just do it through the Mi app and it works like a champ. Mine ( Mi Band 1S ) is currently paired to my SM-G930F via the app, doesn't show up under bluetooth devices, but, the app works perfectly, and my band syncs and gets all the notifications perfectly.
its like fitbit, it pairs thru the app
Thanks! Problem solved...
How did you get it solved? Same problem with my S6. Cant pair even thru app.
I have the same problem with Samsung S6. It pairs only thru Mi Fit app
But if you can't pair your MI1s with phone Bluetooth you can't use Smart Lock...
wait for an update for the app
app update?
How can it help?
The problem is we can't pair the MIband as a bluetooth device for it to work with smart unlock.
I think it's some samsung stock-rom issue.
Anyone solved this problem without changing rom?....

I've got the same pb... seems like because of Android 6.
I'm on a Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, and since I got the Marshmallow Rom, I can't pair with the Bluetooth yet!
I tried on a Galaxy A7 (SM-A700F, not rooted!), with Android 5, the pairing is instantly effective. I tried to upgrade through OTA, and since it's now on Marshmallow, the pairing fails. Smartlock is OK and approved... and still no pairing.
But on my Note 2, rooted, and on CM13 (Android 6), the pairing works perfectly.
Don't know where the pb is... Guess it's because of Samsung?!?
Any solutions?
Thanks a lot
V.
**Little up**
Hi all,
The Mi-Fit has got a recent update and still no pairing... damned!
I have note 4 with 6.0.1 stock rom and am facing the same issue. Literally tried every solution over the Internet and am really frustrated now. Can't use my band as a trusted device now, which is important as I hand having to unlock my phone again and again, but for security sake can't do without it:/

I wonder if this is a Samsung problem.

Gear S2 and Wiko Fever

Hi,
I just got a Gear S2 today and I think I regret it.
I'm unable to connect it to my phone (Wiko Fever)
I've done some searching, tried many methods and cant get it to work.
The phone detects the s2 and it gets paired but then it gets stuck at "Connecting to Gear" on the phone and "Setting up" on the watch, stays there for ever.
Tried many things, don't know what else to do.
I'm rooted, I wonder if that would be a problem.
Anyone with Wiko phones that managed to connected to a Gear S2?
Thanks

Bluetooth keyboard doesn't work with Galaxy S7

Hi everyone,
I've been using a bluetooth keyboard (iClever BK03) with my Samsung J5 on Android 7.0 without any problems, but when I switched to the Samsung S7 on Oreo, it doesn't work. It either says it connected and doesn't do anything, or it says it can't connect. I've tried everything in the system itself. Is there a way I can make the phone recognize it?

The keyboard Bluetooth connection standard is 3.0 and the S7 is 4.2. Its often the case that devices are not backward compatible. Check iclever website for a Bluetooth firmware upgrade.
Also worth noting that devices will be moving away from Bluetooth when the new short range WiFi standard is rolled out.
