I lost my nandroid backup and need to restore to stock.
All the links in the forums for stock roms seem to be too old and dead.
Does anyone have a stock rom file they could share for the Verizon version i815?

What's the best way to recover from a bad flash. I am currently rooted and on a bloat free stock rom. If I try to load another rom and it does not work out, can I come back to my present ROM state? Any instructions on how to do that?
Thanks

All this info is found by searching. Look into nandroid backup. This is done from recovery.

you can try backing up your stuff with titanium backup and then doing a factory reset and start from scratch or you can look for the stock rom zip online and flash that...

You can try the ICSupercharged, one of the most best rom!
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1648421
Or the Numa which is simple and beautiful.

Both roms works fine on AT&T

Not sure for AT&T.
But if you want to back to stock.
You need to create a full backup of your current stock ics with Boot strapper (clockworkmod) or Bootmenu manager before you flash the rom.
If you want back to stock just wipe data and restore your backup.

The page say only bootmenu so you just use bootmenu.
Restore is enough, but please make sure you click the full backup, not the fast backup.
So yea basically what the main question was, I am on 4.2.2 and successfully flashed a rom via safestrap. I am not a dev edition but was wondering if I try to flash this to the stock rom will I have to RSD back to stock or will it work? Thanks <3333

i need to get my stock rom back up and running!
framework.jar & framework.odex
does anyone have these files?
:crying: PLEASE HELP
First things first. Your device is not " BRICKED " . You have several choices here. The two easiest IMO since you did not make a Nandroid Backup are, ODIN back to Stock NE5. Or flash another Rom. Rwilco12's Mostly Stock NE5 is a good choice if you want to stay very close to Stock, but have a few added features.

What stock firmware were you on? Download which ever firmware you have on your phone currently, flash through odin. This will get u to same point your at now but not rooted and no bootloop, so after your done flashing stock firmware, root with method you had used before, everything should be the way it was before, now make a nandroid with you recovery.

What happens when you make a backup? Usually when you make a nandroid, it names the file with what firmware your on. I know its senseless to make a back up, but at least you can find firmware out.
