Hi,
Yesterday, my Razr i stop working, the screen goes black, but steel alive inside, because there's signal when anybody calls (in the source phone only).
I tried to reset with volume down + power, but after that, stil freeze at M logo. There's no way to turn off, just wait for battery turn of.
I tried to boot in recovery mode, fastboot, something to unlock and flash, but doesn't work, the M logo remains. The only thing I can do is reboot with volume down + power and wait for the battery goes down. After goes down, I can recharge and the % os battery recharge appears, tried to turn on into recovery... same thing, the static M logo.
Anybody can help?
Anybody no idea?

Dear friends, good afternoon!
I´m haveing some problemas with my Xoom MZ605 freezes everytime i try do boot, it just hungs at the Red M logo and stays there, i just cant even turn it off!
I have to press Vol Up + Power to sof reset it, but it goes again to the damned red m logo.
If I press Vol Up + Power after the reboot, I get the message:
STARTING RSD PROTOCOL SUPPORT 0
ONEWIRE: CHARGER IS NOT CONNECTED OR BATTERY IS NOT BEING CHARGED...
BATTERY CHARGE LEVEL: 25%
And freezes at this screen.
I get this message even witgh the tab plugged in wall charger.
If i try Vol Down + Power after the reboot, i get the message:
STARTING FASTBOOT PROTOCOL SUPPORT.
And freezes at this screen.
Maybe my Xoom just got bricked?
Strange that I didn´t do anything wrong with my tab, didn´t try to root or install apks, just websurfing ...
So, i don´t know what to do anymore ...
So I use Adaway on my M8 running CM11 M9 (I think it's m9), and I just updated the host files, and when it said to reboot, I said okay. Now, it's stuck on a black screen that is actually the screen being on, it's just showing the color black. Right now the plan is for the phone to run out of battery, and hopefully I can boot into the phone after that. Can anyone recommend something else? Because I might be stuck in a boot loop with a black screen.
Hold power and volume up until phone shuts off, it will then turn on again. If you get in a boot loop, hold power and volume up u til the screen goes off then hold volume down when the screen goes on and you will be in hboot
ok so i have a moto g that is fully stock and all my apps were from the playstore and i never noticed any bad lag at all. but one day, out of the blue, i wake up to my phone showing the blue m logo and then a black screen and repeat.
so i tinkered around with it and searched the internet and heres what i found out:
I can get into fastboot mode but cant use any tools except for the barcode tool otherwise the phone just goes back into its boot loop. (yes i selected with the volume up key)
the phone has no power what so ever unless its plugged in. and i dont have to press anything to start the loop, it starts on its own as soon as i plug it in. the led blinks white twice and shows the m logo for about 5 seconds then a black screen and repeats once more then it is black for about 5 minutes then its goes into the loop once more.
i cant flash the stock firmware because when i plug the phone into my computer and put it in fastboot mode, the fastboot menu pops up for a mere seconds then the screen goes black and goes into the loop again.
the phone is not damaged and worked with no problems a few days back. i have been through countless websites!
any ideas?
Hi,
Can you specify if it's a 2013 or 2014 moto X.... And I will have your thread moved to your device Q&A section.
Sounds like a stuck power button to me though.
Thanks!
Edit:
Ok so i guess it is not a software issue but a harware issue with the power button. It seems looser than the two volume buttons.
Anyone know how to fix that?
Hey
Sometimes my Moto G randomly restarts in my pocket without me doing anything, i have no idea why it does that but afterwards it still works fine.
Yesterday it did it again yet it didnt normaly restart and now its stuck in a Bootloop and as mentioned in the title i am not able to enter recovery mode to clear cache etc.
Ive let it sit over night to drain the battery so i can restart it in the morning. Still stuck in the loop.
It just shows the blue Motorola logo, then the screen goes black and it shows the logo again. Sometimes it does the boot animation where the logo transforms etc. but it just shuts down and restarts again after that.
I have managed to get a "flat" version of the logo and the charging batter once or twice as i tried to enter recovery but it just shut down and entered the normal bootloop again
the device is not rooted or has a custom rom. its running Stock lollipop 5.0.0/1 (not sure)
It is the german Retail version of the 2013 moto g
any help is appericiated
David
Is it under warranty?
If so I would send it off to be repaired.
If not take the back off absent unscrew the torx keys and have a look at the button see if it's wedged in.
Hello guys, hope someone could help me.
I have a Moto G that has a bootloop, I cannot get into bootloader menu either. I've tried combinations that worked for me previously (Power + Vol Down, Power + Vol Up + Vol Down) in different time intervals (Up to 2 minutes) and when I release the buttons the screen blinks and it starts again with the looping, like it tries to enter and fails. When I plug the charger it shows the battery logo and 0% and it loops in that screen too, it just won't charge. I was able to charge the battery externally and it's still bootlooping and no bootloader menu. What could have happened? I didn't install anything new, the last thing I did was plugged it with a car charger it was like 20% and it restarted and started looping. I've tried everything I could find on the Internet but I couldn't find someone with my same problem. Please help.
