Bicycle Holder - Galaxy S III Mini Accessories

Hey all, i finally found a bike mount that looks great and safe, but there's just one problem : in the description it says that it's compatible with the following devices :
Samsung Galaxy II
Samsung Galaxy S II 4G
Samsung Galaxy S III
Samsung Galaxy S4
Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini
Does that mean that my S3 Mini will fit in it, cause both the S3 and S4 have a 5inch display and the others have 4.3inch displays, yet they are compatible with the holder. My question is will my S3 Mini fit in it with its rubber case ('cause S2 has 4.3 inches, which means that there should be plenty of room for the S3 Mini AND its case.
Here's the link to the holder (it's in Bulgaria so it might not open up) : http://www.jmt.bg/аксесоари-cID=777...mount-universal-ii-for-smartphones-pID=28604/
Here is a pic of the holder in case the above link doesn't work for some reason : http://images.esellerpro.com/2167/I/176/43/145_Samsung_Galaxy_S3_mini.jpg
Please reply as I really need a bicycle holder for my phone

That should work, yea

New phone?

I currently have a x10 mini pro which I've got pretty tierd of.. its simply to small for me. I'm thinking of buying a Galaxy s2, is there any other phone that is like the s2 that you can recommend?
Motorola Defy with Cyanogen-Mod!
Best is - it also runs under water
u can try motorola atrix...
If you want a new phone right now, The galaxy s2 is the best bet, theres also the sensation, and the atrix. However, if you can wait a little bit, the nexus prime is supposed to be coming soon.
yeh,Galaxy s2 is good.
if you want to pursue cost-effective, you can buy xiaomi phone m1,it's new,and strong
hows the battery on galaxy s2? nexus prime looks nice
Although s2 16.5 mAh battery, but still a lot of power, should buy two batteries

Samsung just released a 2000 mAh battery that barely adds to the thickness at all. Might wanna check that out.
maybe 2000mah battery is a good choice,Provided that you do not worry about the thickness
I'm looking at getting the Xperia Neo myself. A little cheaper than the Arc and most other top models and comes with a pretty good camera from what I can see.
Only issue would be I have an X8 at the moment and Sony dropped support quickly so I don't know if that would stop you buying from them again.
You can try with Arc but it's a little expencive. My favorite phone is arc ^^ , but however i have an x8 and im happy
Ordered a samsung galaxy s2 it was between that and the sensation. we will see if I did the right choise^^

Brodit car holder

Hi
I have a Brodit car mount for my Galaxy Nexus... and I will be getting a Nexus 4.
According to http://www.phonearena.com/news/LG-Nexus-4-vs-Samsung-Galaxy-Nexus-vs-Samsung-Galaxy-S-III-specs-comparison_id36069 the Nexus 4 is only 0.76mm wider and 0.16mm deeper than the Galaxy Nexus ... so do people think you could make the Brodit car mount fit?
The mount is fairly hard ABS plastic - a bit of wet n dry paper culd shave enough to get the Nexus 4 to fit?
Based on the photos I've seen the USB charging port looks to be in the same position (dead centre, bottom)...
Has anyone else already thought of this?

I'm in a similar boat, I'm thinking of trying the Optimus 4G or the Infuse 4G cradle for my Nexus 4. Both are almost the same dimensions...
Got a reply from Brodit about the availability of Nexus 4 car holder.

I can gladly inform you that we are going to make holders for this Nexus.
We waiting for the unit to arrive, then we probably need a couple of weeks before launching.

I am using a free holder I got from the Confused.com driving mate app a while ago but only until Brodit release theirs. The windscreen sucker is ridiculously good but the holder is just ok. It does let me use the phone as a dash cam which is handy but it doesn't give me masses of confidence that it will hold the phone for more than a few months until the grippy pads and mechanism degrade. Also I want an active holder so I just slide it in instead of having to connect the charger separately.
Brodits are awesome and I've used one for every phone since my G1. Definitely beyond compare.

I have a Galaxy Nexus mount and the N4 does not fit. It slides down about 3/4 of the way and then gets stuck. I have heard that the Nexus 4 fits the Samsung Infuse 4g car mount according to a user on r/Nexus4.

Thanks for the heads-up! I checked the relative position of the USB socket on Galaxy Nexus and Nexus 4 and even if you made the Brodit holder fit, the usb wouldn't line up.

I have had a Brodit holder for my last three devices, whilst I love the way they fit I must admit I am getting a little fed up of having to buy one every time I get a new phone. I am thinking something like this http://www.brodit.com/product.html?id=511165 (scroll to the bottom of this page for more info http://www.mobilefun.co.uk/blog/tag/brodit-adjustable-holder/) adjustable holder will work. Then I can just set the right width when I get a new handset.
Any thoughts?

I am using an older universal mount from ProClip (US version of Brodit) and it works fine with the Nexus 4. I have used it with and without the bumper and with a little adjustment it fits just like their custom versions. If you can live without built-in charging then this is a great solution.
Between the universal mount, Bluetooth audio kit and the long battery life of the phone, I'm pretty much all set.

I've currently got the adjustable width passive one you pointed out and it works fine with the N4 in a TPU S-line case. Also used it with no problems with a naked N4 and the Galaxy Nexus I had previously.
There seems to be decent range of adjustment available so I can see it being well suited to support future handsets too.

Just saw this post on Facebook from ProClip:
Nexus 4 Holders are going through production right now. We should see them in two to three weeks here at our warehouse. We may try to have Qi charging holders available for the Nexus 4 but it's not a guaranty at this time. More news to follow late next week. Thanks!!

Galaxy 54? You mean S4 or S4 mini? I used to own Galaxy S1 which was wonderful phone, and now I own the One mini. Personally I regret the move to HTC... The build quality isn't as good as Samsung and HTC have restricted software development for this device, while Samsung devices have a very good development base here on XDA. In theory the One mini is a nice phone but compared to Samsung I don't feel they can compete.
I hate to say this because I want to see the fan base for this phone to increase, but if I could turn back time I would of gone for the Samsung S4 mini.
HTC is starting to slip and it seems they don't really care anymore about their phones.
I've only had my phone for 3-4 months and already things are starting to break. My micro USB port has worn loose, and many others have suffered cracks in the plastics. I'm on a 2 year contract and can't see my phone lasting the full term. Yet my old Galaxy S1 is still working great after 3 years intensive use.
I will not be touching HTC again once my contract is up. Back to Samsung for me.

I purchased a HTC One Mini to, it's my first HTC and maybe the last. I love the aluminium build but the plastic edge started to have cracks.
Also the 1 Gb of ram really makes it pretty slow sometimes, when switching between apps. I am waiting for the C.M. support.

Had an S6 or M9 and took a Note Edge?

Is there anyone who had either S6 or M9 before the Note edge?
If yes why did you chose the Note edge and do you regret it?
Sent from my HTC One M9 using XDA Free mobile app
I have had the M9 and S6 edge, and I keep finding myself going back to the Note edge, M9 there wasn`t anything really spectacular about it it was good phone, but nothing special about it, S6 edge it was ok it, its fast, but but the edge screen on it is limited to what you can use it for, also I love having the ability to have removable battery and micro sd card , and the edge part on the Note Edge is way more usable for me, has tools bar for stop watch and etc. and you customize the edge bars, can have different edge bars with your apps organized the way you want them. I just sold my T-mobile S6 on ebay and bought another Note Edge brand new on swappa, the S6 edge its a really nice phone, but I think the Note edge is a better all around phone, but it all depends on what your going to use it for.
The camera was a let down on the M9. Personally I liked the size and the features as compared to the s6. And the edge will leave you wanting. I pine for the note 3 but muscle memory made me re-activate the note edge once again.
And you are not afraid the Note Edge 2 will make the actual Note Edge "old"?
I had an S6 for 2 weeks, while I loved the camera I hated the absence of BT autoconnect, what I love in my M9 is that Car app is my daily car audio now!
Dunno if the Note Edge has the same trouble as S6 for BT autoconnect?

I dont have BT issues.. i stay connected to my lg infinums. They really are awesome.. i also have a HK Onyx that i use all the time.. According to Samsung, the Note Edge is already old and forgotten. As for the note edge 2. Im seriously disappointed with how they went about eliminating the expandable memory and the removable battery. I am also disappointed with the lack of development and updates.. i seriously will consider this phone to be my last samsing if they go the same route with the edge 2. I believe the 2 last great devices that left the samsung plant were the Note Edge and the Note 3. Innovation can go only so far before we start to realize that we dont need it.

swap for my s6 + gear 2?

Hi guys,
I currently have a galaxy s6 & galaxy gear 2, somebody wants to trade their pixel for them both.
The Samsung's are in perfect working order as is the pixel, although the the pixel does have a small crack in the corner of the screen (doesn't effect use)
Do you guys think this is a good trade?

Is it a Google edition or Verizon edition?
