[Q] Failed Cyanogen Installation -> Half-Bricked Desire S

Hello, members )
My story:
Since i never liked HTC Sense i tried to migrate to Cyanogen.
I performed the following steps:
1. Bootloader was unlocked with HTC site.
2. 4ExtRecovery installed.
3. Cyanogen "update-cm-7.1.0-DesireS-signed" was installed via 4Ext from sd card.
Now phone stucks at HTC logo. Access to bootmenu, recovery is available.
I tried to flash RUU_Saga_S_HTC_Europe_2.10.401.5_Radio_20.4801.30.0822U_3822.10.08.04_M_release_219480_signed.exe but it ends with an error.
Phone data:

Any chance to recover phone functionality?

Have you made a backup of your previous ROM? If not try one of the custom sense roms or run the ruu without attached device, don't close the first window and search for the rom.zip, copy it to another folder and delete everything in the zip file except the system.img, rename it to pg88img.zip and flash it in bootloader or flash the image itself with fastboot.
As much as I know is your problem that with htcdev the kernel isn't unlocked and cause cyanogen needs another then sense, it doesn't work.

first thing you should do is to go s-off, then you can install custom roms.

He's unlocked by htc dev
You can also try flashing the full package with all content from the rom.zip, but this sets also your unlocked state of the bootloader back and be sure that you use the latest version of the ruu.
Swyped from my Desire S

seems like RUU_Saga_S_HTC_Europe_2.10.401.5_Radio_20.4801.30. 0822U_3822.10.08.04_M_release_219480_signed.exe is te latest but it ends with an error.
I have already tried a few roms, but the result is the same HTC logo screen

You need to manually flash the boot.img from CM 7.1 when you have the unlocked bootloader.

Thanx for the help )
But i dont have cyanogen anymore since i tried to flash other roms.
Shall i install CM rom via 4extrecovery and then flash boot.img in fastboot?
I am ready to get back Sense because now nothing works (

1. CM rom was flashed in 4EXT
2. /boot was formatted
3. fastboot flash boot boot.img was performed (boot.img from the same rom)

First of all Im asking sorry from u guys,be cause im very new to the ROM Installing.
I Tried to install jellybean on my HTC , for that i unlocked the Boot loader, and install a Custom recovery,and i tried to install the jelly bean.
unfortunately i forgot take the backup .so i whip all system , and i download a Rom File and install it through the Custom Recovery,
after installation, my phone does't booting only the HTC screen appearing. please Help me.

instal 4ext recovery
enable smartflash from it(because you are on S-ON)
flash the rom

[Q] Stuck with installing custom rom

Hello,
I'm trying to root my HTC Sensation and install a custom ROM. I've read dozens of thread's and I followed them, as far as I can tell, how it supposed to.
Now I am at the point where I should install the new ROM from my SD card (phone is S-OFF using ControlBear.exe). But that isn't going so well. I can boot in hboot and select recovery, after that the phone reboots and nothing happens. When I regulary boot my phone it stay's in the HTC splash screen...
Is it possible that I removed everything on my phone and cannot recover anymore? And if so, how can I recover from my stupid mistake

try to flash another recovery such as 4ext via fastboot command
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

[Q] HTC Sensation bootloop with rom ViperS 3.1.4, V5.0.0 and Revelation 1.0.3

My Sensation Xe didn't install ViperS 3.1.4, V5.0.0 and Revelation 1.0.3. After flash rom, it stucked boot. But It install ViperS 2.0.0 and all CM are ok.

try again with full wipe
flash the rom
if it fails then flash the boot.img of the rom
see how it goes

I did but no boot. There are two file logcat. Can you help me find error to fix it.

I was having the boot loop problem when I flashed to Viper 5. I found that if I hold down the power button after getting to the first htc boot screen and continue holding it until the lights/buttons at the bottom of the phone flash, then it boots up normally.

Can abybody help me to get backup or stock rom from Orange UK with ICS version becouse Gingerbread can't be upload becouse it is older version that egsist in device actualy.

RUU_PYRAMID_ICS_HTC_Europe_3.33.401.53_Radio_11.76A.3504.00U_11.24A.3504.31_M_release_280871_signed.exe this one is flas ok but stock on htc screen
but same result ;/ error or if it flash all package it stock on HTC screen
