My Alcatel One Touch 916 was very slow and freezed, so i took off the battery, and when i got it back it wont turn on... it's fully charged!
The phone is bricked...
The SP Phone Tools can revive it... but i need the flash files...
The phone is rooted and has android 2.3.6 so One Touch Upgrade S doesn't help because it doesn't reinstall the software, just said that the phone has the most new software and stop...
Can anyone help??
preloader and dsp_bl file... Custom ROM or Stock ROM...

My pop 8 tablet soft bricked. Stock recovery working, and normal boot ending the bootlogo.... Android not loading.
I used original stock 4.2.2 rom SP Flashtool , flashing ok, restart, Android not loading.
Alcatel Mobile upgrade 4.1.4-4.1.5 not found newest rom the tablet.
Request Full Rom please, (preloader.bin, mbr-ebr-custom-etc...)
I hope the tablet is working.... :good:

I'd also like to flash a custom rom to my tablet. so i'd be much thankful to you if you could tell me how to get a proper working rom to flash on my device.

I have problem with this tablet. I can't do anything! When I power it on, tablet turns black screen only and nothing happens. Computer is detecting device only for a moment, so I can't even flash the frimware! Do you think the tablet is dead?
After I flash a rom, my phone wont turn on but when i plug in my charger my phone will charge.

Better to revert to stock rom on your device. At least to recover a working device
Either your custom rom file were corrupted, or not for your device.
maybe my reply is out topic, my phone has got looping error , sysmtemui , acore has stopped!. I factory reset my phone but nothing happen the error are still there. I reflash my rom the error is still there.
I use Alcatel One Touch Upgrade I finish all step but nothing happen the error are still there.
...hello i have one alcatel 991d ..the phone was rooted and with a many rom installed before...now the phone is bricked , is freeze on jeffta v4 rom logo.
the problem is the connector of the phone doesn't work for data but only ofr recharge when i move it... so how may i trying to install a new cwm or stock recovery? sp flash doesn't see my phone...when i connect the cable...

I need help flashing a hard bricked phone.
The phone wont turn on and when i flash a rom, after
20-55 seconds with a 100% red bar i get a brom error 4032.
I have a Jiayu S3 Advanced mtk6752 shipped with kitkat
And i flashed a android 5.0 stock rom with sp flash tool.
After not using for a while and replacing a cracked screen. My phone restarts itself and it was soft bricked.
Then i flashed the wrong rom it was a rom for Jiayu S3+ mtk6753 and now its hard bricked. I did everything i can find on the internet except making a jumper on the motherboard. Please help.
Let me explain what exactly happended.
I bought the china phone and on the first day that i got it i flashed a android lollipop 5.0 stock rom with sp flash tool. After that i used it for a month or so. Then i cracked the screen and the screen wasnt responding. After 3 months not using the phone i ordered a new screen with lcd and i replaced it.
I used the phone for 2 days and suddenly the phone restarts itself when i was playing music. After restart i was stuck on the logo. After restarting the phone again it was again stuck at the logo.
I tried to flash my phone again, but used the wrong rom.
It was a Jiayu S3+ mtk 6753 android 5.1 lollipop stock rom. I tried everything reinstalling drivers with usbdeview and device manager. Tried flashing different. Stock roms. Tried different key combinations. Sp flash works and can see the phone when flashing a rom but stops after 20-55 seconds with a 100% red bar and a brom error 4032 pops up. I saw on the interwebs that i make a jumper on my motherboard but i cant find lcolo or something like that. Please help..
