Hello XDA-dev community!
I need a stock firmware (or anyone which will work) for the 7-inch A13 android tablet below (I don't know the model)
I've opened it up and on the main chip, it's written:
Allwinner A13
CA0498A 1AN1
There's also a sticker with the following info:
M1190FA v1.01
and a serial number beginning with "HD1211..."
The tablet is current locked, with USB debugging disabled, so my only option is to flash it with LiveSuit.
I've searched all over the internet but I could not get the image.
Would be grateful if anyone could please give me a link (any firmware which would work)
Thanks!

I searched and found a thread about how to root my device and install firmware. So, I rooted first which worked. Then I tried a firmware from this site, namely MaPan7650B. When I did this my tablet boots up like all is well but my touch screen does not respond anymore. So, I need help removing this firmware to go back to defaults. I have no idea how to do it.
I'm desperate.
SPECS:
Android Tablet 7''
Model number: WM8850-mid
Android version: 4.0.3
Kernel Version: 3.0.8
Build Number: 4.0.3 ICS Ver1.3.0-20120911.025941

First, you should need to know which actual model of your MID.
MaPan & a few variants model mostly came from Eken W70 by different modules, mostly they change using different Touch Panel Chip Controller, you should have know it.
Even Eken W70 is came from different PCB version that they modified the board quite frequently.
Try to browse the "FirmwareInstall\config" folder, you should see the Brand name & Model no. .fwc file.
To select the right one to flash your device is just put the "+" in front the .fwc file.
If you haven't found one suitable, just try to search the different source of W70 WM8850 firmware, you might see a collection of different .fwc config file there.
Give a few tries, then you should able to find out what Touch Panel Controller is using.
My Asus ME302C is bricked and the factory reset did'nt help.
I see the following info in droidboot menu
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
IFWI VERSION: 51.33
SERIAL_NUM: 11111111111111111111111
DROIDBOOT VERSION: Local Build or ENG version
PRODUCT: US_EPAD
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
From what I have red on that forum for similar cases, I have two options. 1- Put the correct .raw firmware on a sd card or 2- Use fastboot commands
The problem is that I can't find the .raw firmwares that would fit with my tablet. I suppose my tablet is a US version and not a WW, but I dont know what version exactly is already installed. Can I find .raw firmwares for this model in US version somewhere?
The second option, using fastboot would be complicated as I can't find or install the windows driver to make my computer recognize the tablet when it is plugged with USB.
Anyone have suggestion for this problem? I would appreciate if I could have a link to download .raw firmware for US version of the Asus ME302C tablet.
Thanks!

Hello guys,
I’ve got a problem. I’ve bought a Tablet with android of a company called „CAPTIVA“
Now I’ve tried to flash another Firmware of a device called TitanX2. So my problem is that the tablet works but only the sound of screenshots and the lockscreen.
So now my question is:
Has anybody here this Tablet to make a backup of this device or does anybody know where to download the original firmware?
BTW I formatted the device completely and there is no chance I think to restore it without any matching scatter and system files.
Thank you in advance
I’ll post the link to the specs of the device later
Bye

Hello all, this is my first post.
I have joined the site because I am looking for help with an unbranded tablet that I have.
I would like to use this tablet as a very basic wall mounted control point for google home, in order to control my smart lights and other smart devices.
However, the tablet is old and has an old version of android. Subsequently it appears that google home cannot be installed on it.
It will also not update to a newer version, potentially because the 'firmware' is unsupported? I am unsure because this is all very new to me.
Because the tablet doesn't appear to have a 'brand', I am struggling to find any support or step by step instructions.
I know very little about 'flashing, roms, rooting etc., however I have managed to root it through kingo, but don't know what needs to happen next.
The device info is:
Model: N98
Allwinner A33 quadcore,
Android 4.4.2 (kitkat?)
Firmware: V2.0
Kernal ver' 3.4.39
Build number: astar_y3-eng 4.4.2 KVT49L 20151208 test-keys
I've also included a couple of photos of its motherboard.
Any help would be greatly appreciated and what steps I need to take just to get google home up and running on it,
thank you very much in advance
