Hello, guys, Iam new here, by the way, happy New Years !
So, I have bought prestigio 5044,its cool phone, but had little problem, with screen going double... works fine, but only annoying screen problem. And installed cwm recovery into it, hoping to fix it, i tought its developers programming problem, tried some custom roms, trying to fix double screen problem, but no good, still appears, so , i got warranty on it, and want to bring it back to tech service. got original rom back on it, but cant bring back orginal recovery. Anyone have Prestigio 5044 multiphone recovery.img? im really on trouble. was roaming on russian forums, but cant find a thing, whats with original recovery... or there is any way get recovery.img from original roms?

Hello xda Community, My Girlfreind has the Samsung Wave and a while back a file got deleted which should'nt have, after that it would boot up to a blue screen stating there was an error with a missing file and would not go any further, she then got one of her freinds to flash the phone to a new rom "BADA" think its the 1st version, but ever since shes had this rom she gets really bad signal, No internet, no Camera, no alarm clock e.t.c. Im just woundering is there anyway to get the phone back to the "Original" rom that it would have come out of the Factory on, ive tried doing a hard reset but does not get rid of the new rom. Or is there another ROM that you lot could suggest i flash it to? Go easy with the answers as im not clued up about Flashing mobiles or ROM's.

please can you help me im 13 years old and handicaped and i have cherry tablet m1038 i think its rk 3066 im trying to find a cwm recovery touch version for this tablet.i have twrp at this moment it will flash the custom rom but always still when it reboots i have the same stock rom .i was told that maybe the kernel is old or something like that it is firmware build nummer PC1038_ANDROID 4.1.1-V1.00.00 XENTA_TAB10_201_ENG 4.1.1 PC1038 20130309.142821 RELEASE KEYS please can you advise me there are lots of roms i would like to flash for this tablet but it just goes back to stock thankyou sir oh by the way rhis tablet only has power button thats why i need touch :crying: i have found 12 custom roms made for this so please anyone have the solution thanks from holland have inclosed the recovery if anyone can work it out why it wont flash my roms
Hi,i own an THL T100s for a year now..i flashed many roms in my phone over the year from needrom and never had a problem...its benn a couple of months that iv installed miui on my phone everything was working perfect...but sudenly my phone was dead...i tried turning back on and was working for a couple of minutes and then off again..i tried to flash another rom throu recovery mode cause i had a back up in my sdcard but stucked...anyway when i came home i tried to flash with a new rom with flashtool and since then its keeps telling me tha dram failed...i dont know what to do...i sent back to china and they told it need to change the motherboard....can anyone help me please?

If you were recommended to swap motherboard, then that is your only option.

Hello everyone,
I know this looks like a pretty noob question, but I better be sure. Recently I took my S8+ to get its screen repaired at a Samsung Repair Center. Today I got an email stating that since my S8+ had an unofficial OS installed the main board would have to be swapped for a new one. I know thats BS, since I could totally flash a Stock Rom if I had the phone myself, and since the girl receiving my phone mentioned that they had "machines" that could return your phone to stock in minutes, I guess the would be able too.
I'm going to deny the main board swap, and ask them to flash stock if necessary and proceed with the repair.
In case they were unable or rejected to I'd like to flash stock myself, getting my phone back, flashing it with my laptop, and turning it in again.
What I don't know is if,
Does having a custom Rom prevent they/me from flashing stock the normal way? I have TWRP and everything, IDK if they/I need to take other measures.
Will I be able to just flash stock with just ODIN? The screen was destroyed, so I might not even be able to see what I'm doing. I guess is just getting the phone to download mode and flashing, but you never know.
