[Q] HUAWEI u8800pro any help please?

Hello guys. I just had an unexpected problem. i finally managed to install custom firmware (miui to be exact) and i have A BIG PROBLEM!!!
When i press the power button, in order to lock in, my phone just shuts down!
I tried installing different versions of miui, I even installed CM to to test.. but problem still apears. This means i cant use any custom firmwares, except standart one.
I saw many comments, that people saying it works and etc. but mine lock in button just shuts down the whole phone.

Please, i beg you, help someone! Give atleast a tip or smth, I would appreciate any help.

I was helping him with this, since i have more expierience with flashing and rooting phones (Hey DHD and Xperia X1), and i can add that the phone was stock bought, and CWM was installed. It was not upgraded to 2.3.5 (Why would you need to do that, if you later wipe it via CWM. Or maybe that update contained some baseband update we needed?), it was just CWM installation, and then zip flashing via the menus. 2x MIUI ROM's were tryed, one CM7 ROM. All three of which were causing shutdowns when you lock the phone. I had the same problem with my DHD some time ago when running MIUI, but then it was just kernel related, so we tryed the CM7 ROM, but it was hanging too. Would be nice if someone could help.

i have bought this phone pentech A850L
was running jellybean..
i found a way to root and install cmw on it
it was running fine i got a score of 19K on antutu benchmark
i flashed a stock based custom rom
and i accidently update the phone..
it was 39mb update over wifi
as the download finished my phone got into recovery mode
and since than never boot up
i flashed many roms
restore old back ups
up nothing helped
it stays in clockwork recovery mode
never boots up
can some one tell me
is it bricked
which one is it
soft one or the hard one..
plz respected members help me get over with this...

[Q] Boot loop

My son of 9 wanted a telephone so I bought him a LG P920 3D because I can't afford a new one now. I wanted to install CyanogenMod cm-10-20131006-NIGHTLY-p920 and gapps-jb-20121011-signed. I have done it before with my own phone (S3) and tablet (TF101) and that went just fine.
Now with my son's phone something went wrong. It's now only showing the round CyanogenMod logo which keeps spinning and nothing more.
I especially bought ClockworkMod Touch Recovery to flash it with. Please help me because my little boy is very dissapointed and he got a present, a car you can control wireless with a phone and that was the reason why I wanted to flash it. So he could play with his new toy.
I did a factory reset so I started flashing with a clean phone. Please help me!

First install ICS V30A baseband use this video (you may need to go in to the stock recovery after flashing and do a factory reset is a problem arises during flashing)

secound install WKparts bootloader and TWRP you can use a tool om this forum named simple tool can be found here everything you need is in the tool

and then load a rom on to the external SD card and flash it in TWRP or CWM touch i recomend

if you want the newest CM although it's a bit more hassle with this 4.2.2 pacman rom as you need to delete the first line in updater script for it to work properly on ICS

Finally back in recovery I could flash again another rom and that went fine. But now I have another problem and that is I don't have a baseband version.
So no 3G!! What do I have to do to get a baseband?? I really have no idea, I've search everywhere but I couldn't find anything.

i don't know where you can flash only the base band but the V30A haves baseband in it and it makes to that you have to flash the custom bootloader which works really good (can boot anything)

You can flash baseband with LG Flash Tool.

Can you please tell me how, step-by-step. I've read some tutorials here but they are so not easy to read because they always use so many different colors and fonts it becomes hard for me to understand what they are saying.

Mine is about as clear and detailed as you will find

please can you help me im 13 years old and handicaped and i have cherry tablet m1038 i think its rk 3066 im trying to find a cwm recovery touch version for this tablet.i have twrp at this moment it will flash the custom rom but always still when it reboots i have the same stock rom .i was told that maybe the kernel is old or something like that it is firware build nummer PC1038_ANDROID 4.1.1-V1.00.00 XENTA_TAB10_201_ENG 4.1.1 PC1038 20130309.142821 RELEASE KEYS please can you advise me there are lots of roms i would like to made for this tablet but it just goes back to stock thankyou sir oh by the way rhis tablet only has power button thats why i need touch :crying:

RECENTLY I STARTED HAVING BATTERY PROBLEMS WITH MY SAMSUNG GALAXY S DUOS
I LOOKED UP ON THE WEB AND SAW THAT CUSTOM ROOM'S MAY SOLVE MY PROBLEMS
I INSTALLED A CYANOGEN OS BUT STILL THE BATTERY PROBLEM PERSISTED
THEN I BOUGHT A NEW CHARGER
IT SEEMED THAT THE NEW CHARGER SOLVED MY PROBLEM
SO I DECIDED TO SWITCH BACK TO MY STOCK FIRMWARE
I THOUGHT THAT WHY NOT TRY STOCK FIRMWARE OF ANOTHER DEVICE
BUT BY DOING THIS I ENDED UP WITH THE-->>"FIRMWARE UPGRADE ENCOUNTERED AN ISSUE. PLEASE" ... BLAH... BLAH... BLAH

BUT AFTER A FEW DAYS I GOT BORED WITH THE LAGGY STOCK FIRMWARE
SO I SEARCHED XDA FOR ANOTHER CUSTOM ROM FOR GT-S7562
I DECIDED TO FLASH THE PMP LIGHT ROM ESPECIALLY MADE FOR GT-S7562
BUT AFTER FLASHING IT I HAD GSM CONNECTION PROBLEMS
SO BACK TO STOCK ROM AGAIN
BUT THIS TIME WHEN I FLASHED THE STOCK ROM IT GOT STUCK AT THE SAMSUNG LOGO
I COULDN'T GO INTO RECOVERY MODE THEN
SO I CORRUPTED THE DEVICE AGAIN AND INSTALLED THE STOCK FIRMWARE
BUT AGAIN BOOT LOOP NO BOOT SOUND AND NO RECOVERY
I TRIED MANY THREADS
