[Q] ClockworkMod Recovery 6.4.0.6 - Optimus One, P500, V Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello everybody!
I need some help with upgrading my clockworkmod recovery...It seems I don't have the slightest idea about how-to. Can I just flash the zip file or is it a totally different procedure? I already have the CMW and I wished I could get this new one so to install CM11 on my littel Optimus One...
Thanks

Just flash.

Cwm recovery boot loop

Hi I've searched all over for the problem I've got but can't find the solution. My phone gets stuck in a boot loop when I put cwm recovery on and the only fix I've found needs Odin. I haven't got a computer so I was wandering if there is a zip I could flash that would fix the problem. Thanks in advance!

nope. use fastboot to flash recovery. nexus s hacks has links to everything you need. (USB & fastboot drivers, recovery img files, and su zip files)
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
replace the recovery.img with the actual filename of your recovery IMG file, then place the su zip on the root of your SD card & flash through recovery. I use cwm, but there are others available.

I fastboot flash the image provided in the thread by epinter and Cwm worked fine but it wasn't touch so I flashed Twrp, Didn't use the utility so can't speak to that best of luck to you
