Gs3 Rom with App to SD Feature? - Verizon Samsung Galaxy S III

I have been waiting on the Verizon GS3 OTA for the move app 2 sd feature and was wondering if there were any current Roms with that feature. Thanks in advance

[Q] Move apps to SD?

Haven't found anything about moving apps to the SD card for the Tab 2 7.0. Can anyone clarify for me if that is possible, and if so how?
I'm currently rooted on AOKP JB.

This might work. I don't see a downside in trying it.

Rooting Verizon Razr Hd, WITHOUT using roms

My first question is, is the Verizon version of the Razr Hd able to be rooted on jb?
Two: All I want to do is be able to remove unwanted apps, add superU and possibly over clock. No roms or anything else.
Is this possible and is there a one click root?
I've looked through a lot of threads and I can't seem to find a definitive answer for the Verizon version running jb and I've only rooted a xoom, so I'm new so any info would help.
Lastly, I would be more than willing to donate to devs for any help on this. Thanks!

You could use Matt's utility and just not do option 4 if you don't plan on installing any roms. That's all I did on my VZ HD MAXX and it's pretty much all OTA based. Takes a while though and it's not "one click". Took me about 20-30 minutes from start to finish.
You can freeze most apps in the stock build with no root.
I suggest not removing apps, since removing apps will prevent you from getting any OTA upgrade later unless your put them back or flash the phone.

Gettingmy S4 today!

Waiting around for UPS.. How I hate waiting! I certainly hope its worth the upgrade from the S3. I'll have to compare them when I get it. I'm glad I got the Black mist version.

If you care about rooting and roms DO NOT start it up with your sim card in. I would recommend you remove the sim card and do not connect to wifi. Run the root exploit and installed custom recovery and a custom rom or delete the update apk. If your phone gets the update who knows when you will be able to root/flash recoveries again. (it updates against your will)

Also soon as you root it and install a recovery, flash the omega Rom from the International forum (I9505) then flash right after( without rebooting) the Katoonez kernel (from the at&t forum). You'll be very satisfied.

The Google edition rom in the at&t section is better imo

i815 mobile data on 4.4?

Hi,
Does anyone have mobile data working on a 4.4 rom with an i815 Verizon?
Seems I've seen some conflicting reports in some of the other threads.
I've tried a couple of the 4.4 roms and their absolutely awesome but mobile data doesn't work for me.
When I select mobile plan in settings it tells me to insert a sim card and reboot.
Thanks in advance!

I just sent Daniel_HK - the porter of all the 4.4 roms for the sch i815 "as far as i know" - a Verizon sch i815 tablet just for this purpose.
He just got it the other day and of course he has his own life to live. But with that said he seems to always come through. Give him a bit of time and even a donation if you can.
Since he has received the tab he has already fixed the twrp 2.7 for our tabs and supplied me with the data to forward to mobile odin developers to hopefully get our tab supported there.

i have no data on my i815 with 4.4 and my tablet eat battery. I install battery stat plus app and discover that 'cell standby' process is eat battery and have '100% time without signal. But on 4.2.2 all is ok. So 4.4 right now is useless on i815
Data is working
IT WORKS ON THIS 4.4.4 ROM - AWESOME

You will need to get gapps for 4.2 with this.
Also you can visit

I put a lot of work setting the rom up to run at its best - well at least to me that is.
Nova Launcher
adfree
adblock
wifi reset
a number of great apps and features
its daniel_hk 's rom just modified a bit.
make sure you read the instructions for it is not a zip install but a restore in a zip that needs to be unzipped first.

AT&T Update

Do I need to have a Sim card inserted in my AT&T Note 8 to get OTA update?

Yes. And it has to be an AT&T sim card. Be careful if you have substratum themes installed. Several people here experienced problems with updating if they were using that. There's a new bootloader in the update.
